Campsite crowded. Entranace to campground itself (not road) not marked in advance. Sites not level. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Very nice campground. Maneuvering around the roads within the camp induces some anxiety if you have a big rig, but we fit on all the little curvy roads. Just be careful. 46 ft fifth wheel and dually CC fit through the entire park.

Betty was VERY helpful in recommending a local Mexican restaurant & accommodating us in changing our site to be by a friend. Unfortunately, someone from Clower Tree Service (501.538.1606) was not considerate and came and cut down 3 trees at 7:30 A.M.! right behind our spot at B4/B5. It was a very rude awakening with the chain saw and them just chunking the large limbs into the trailer.

It was a very quiet, beautiful location in the woods. We were close to the bathhouse, which was very nice the bath houses has individual rooms, which I really enjoy the privacy of that. The close proximity to hot Springs is great definitely would recommend this KOA

The staff was unbelievably nice and considerate The camp spots were small and extremely hard to back into my camp spot ( busted my tail light trying to get backed in without hitting the vehicle across the road or trees

The dog enclosures are wonderful for owners with dogs, however they are a great excuse to leave dogs outside with constant barking at anything that moved. We loved our site except for the irresponsible dog owner that no longer heard the annoying noise

We were in the GARDEN spot which was uneven and we had to park our truck perpendicular to our 35 ft trailer. Site was close to POND site and the outside koa light on the electric box was right outside our kitchen window which was bad. The light pollution in the park should be addressed (less bright lights and point them down). Roads are tight for larger rigs.Location to national park was good.

Fun one-night stay! Sites were a nice size, but some are a little close. We met some wonderful full-time RVers. Nice store, bathrooms and showers were abundant and very clean. Great location as it was easy to find off the freeway. Staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the dog parks too…very clean!

We stayed 2 nights to visit Hot Springs. Campground is only a few miles from the park. Site 01 was fairly level. Just a quick adjustment. Bathroom/showers were very clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.

The best campground in Hot Springs! Nice shady spots! Super friendly people!. Check-in was a breeze, and the gift shop was awesome.! I look forward to the next time.!!

The area and people were nice. However, the campground & entrance were not fun to navigate. There needs to be a description letting people know how difficult it is coming into the road that leads to the campground. It is very steep. We read there would be a guide to take us to our site, but no one was there to help. Having to go up the steep hill to the office was not fun either.

Great park, the staff was friendly & all the facilities were kept nice & clean. One thing I’ve noticed on other reviews is the turn in off the service road can be tricky to make - this has nothing to do with the campground, it’s a city/county road maintenance issue. Wonderful campground & will definitely return.

Lots of trees and well shaded spots. Clean bathhouse (some lightbulbs need to be replaced in two of the bathhouses). Loved shuttle service into town.

I travel a lot and rate the KOA on bathrooms and laundry room. Bathrooms were excellent - clean and modern. Laundy was good - worked and was clean and attached to the store which was nice. Otherwise, the campground is just ok - kind of a parking lot for campers with no real space between or scenery. It's consistent for KOAs and fine if you are planning to spend time at the national park.

The campgrounds were so beautiful, slightly hilly with trees avd foliage everywhere. Enjoyed the patio with rocking chairs, table sbd fire pit. It was a perfect place to enjoy the Arkansas outdoors!

Our spot, D18, was loud due to traffic noise, it was hard to get into and our truck got damaged because of difficulty backing in. Our spot was tiered, very hard to negotiate with a 35’ camper. The park itself was nice and wooded.

The 3 long premium deluxe patio sites are not deluxe patio sites. They are long, but are gravel and have old picnic tables, old firerings and no patio. The staff that guides you and parks you should know something about parking a camper. If a call comes in to say a vehicle needs to be moved so the camper can get out of the campground after the stay....listen and don't just tell them to try.

Although it made it a bit more difficult to back into out camp space, I really liked the multiple levels of the park. Unlike most parks, this campground is not just a flat piece of dirt with few or no trees. The campground could be really nice if some repairs to the driveways entering the property and the access roads around the property. There is free WiFi, that as usual is barley adequate.

Awesome place to stay and all of the spots are shaded. A little tight on backing into the spots so you better be on your A game. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
