Spent 3 nights, accommodations were great. Conveniently located, easy access , nice amenities,, especially the supplied outdoors propane grill at each rv site !! Traveling in a Class B camper limits you to accessories, thus was delightfully surprised to see the grille,, steaks one night and breakfast one morning on the grill !! Betty ( in the office) very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

I gave a low rating as this park is not Big Rig friendly very steep sharp corners .The office staff are great The guy who took us to our spot dropped us off and left no advice help Also the manger talked to other guests nothing to us .We had a hydraulic line leak we couldn't stay as no vacancy thankful we got repaired even then the manger was around and still showed no concern. It is nice tho

Nice place to stay, clean and attractive campgrounds. Helpful and friendly staff want to make your stay a positive one. Would choose to stay here again.

Staff was great. Jessie was the most friendly manager that we saw. Entrance is rough, and some of the spots are tough to get in and out of without scraping the bottom of your RV.

So far one of the best KOA parks we have stayed at. Trees, quiet, friendly staff. They had a shuttle to the National Park which we used a few times.

We were there two years ago and it was great but they took away our kids favorite parts, the free fishing poles for the pond and the mini golf. We won’t be back unless those amenities return.

It was very clean and close to what we wanted but we were also extremely close to our neighbors. They had a fire in their fire pit and it was so close we could feel the heat. So space in between or some bushes for privacy would be welcomed. Other than that no conplaints

The campground is well kept. Adhere to their advice on how to approach the entrance to the campground. They offer a shuttle service to downtown Hot Springs which saves you the hassle of parking.

Excellent Staff! Friendly, helpful, and they went above and beyond to assure that our stay was perfect. The sites are woodland located, shaded, level, and reasonably spacious. The KOA offers a convenient shuttle to Hot Springs NP which alleviates parking and traffic concerns. When we are traveling this way again, we will definitely stay here.

Can Brenda is very pretty and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and suddenly. The shuttle into Hot Springs historic area is absolutely essential parking in area is expensive and hard to find for large trucks.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had some issues with our tow vehicle, and they went above and beyond to assist. We highly recommend this park!!

The KOA campground work staff was very nice. We were traveling with fiends and both paid extra to confirm specific campsites next to each other. The campground manage choice to moved our friends to another campsite sighting issues with a year long tenant. We ended up not being next to each other. He offered to refund our $25. specific campsite fee and a 5% discount. NOT ENOUGH!

My stay had a rough start BUT due to the managers, Jesse, jumping in and doing an OUTSTANDING job of making us happy the stay got much better! Ty for the extra effort!

This was a great KOA to stay at. It was close to the historical downtown area while still being out of the way. We loved having the KOA Paw Pad to hang out with our dogs in the evening.

Very clean bathhouse and friendly staff. Ms. Betty was so patient with my several phones calls ahead of our arrival. My only recommendation is to have some local sweet treats for sale in the store. Thanks again. Our 2nd stay at this park and a wonderful experience.

The office lady was very friendly and helpful. The sites are pretty tight. It was really very nice.

Shuttle driver was very pleasant, prompt, safe driver and even had the heat on when he picked us up from the St. Patrick's day parade, making the ride even better. I appreciated the text alerts during the weather alerts and for other activities around the campgrounds. Campground was clean and trash was picked up daily from sites.

This parks layout and facilities are superb and the personnel were extremely friendly and professional. Though I would recommend that others request a campsite further away from a well traveled road, the camp is in very close proximity to the wonderfully relaxing hot springs, as well as the rest of what Hot Springs, Arkansas has to offer.

We have stayed at this KOA multiple times over the years. It is our favorite campground in Hot Springs. Lots of activities and the staff are phenomenal!

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it was a great time. We had a very quick trip, so I don't have much feedback. But the staff was very friendly and we have no complaints.

Really nice KOA! We enjoyed how pet friendly the campground was, and our dog loved the dog park. The facilities were very clean, and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

KOA is going downhill with the male management that’s there. Barney fife- Koa campground King thought it was a good idea to harass a solo lady traveler. He was so nasty to me then he had the office lady text my personal cell. It wasn’t enough of a power and control for him to yell at a woman. He had to tell her tell me. Hes mean to her. She won’t tell. I am. Support small y’all not koa.

Very pleasant, beautiful level gravel site, all hookups worked perfectly, and really loved the spacious bathrooms that had shower, toilet, and sink all in one - new and clean! The shuttle to the bathhouses and national park downtown area was also a great convenience! We'll be back!

They were great at texting updates For a national park campground Hours of operation were short, last call for wood and ice was 3:45 Seemed unprepared for a full campground DO NOT FOLLOW THE GPS Take N Westinghouse Terr exit to McClendon RD They texted directions that shouldn’t bottom your camper out but it still will. Overall nice campground

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
