Nice park. Well kept. Roads a little tight for our rig but manageable. Its hilly so in some sites you’ll need a block or two to level Great concrete patio areas equipped with nice furniture and a clean gas grill Large centrally located dog park with some grass . Unfortunately a fair crop of burrs growing though We would stay again when in the area

RUN if you are over 24 feet. The drag on tail of RV from the hillside lots was seen on almost all site, tar scars. Everyone had issues as we watched them arrive. On a hillside the sites were teared. Google Earth it so you know what your getting into. Horrible site for a KOA, unless your 24 feet I would NOT chance it, .. Could use a good clean up of dead trees We wont go here again!!

The check-in process was wonderful bathrooms great and a wonderful site. We loved everything about it. The Lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful little campground. Quiet and peaceful. We stayed 3 nights in a 33’ Class A MH with Jeep in tow.

Very enjoyable, will come again. A few asphalt areas need correction and attention. The pool was off color and had a lot of leaves.

Our site was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check in to departure. We will definitely be back.

Hot Springs National Park KOA has so much character. It is kept clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The roadways allow plenty of areas to walk your dog. There is dog park and some campsites with paw pens. The roadway in and around is a little hilly but we found our site and others to be level. One of the nicest campgrounds that we had been in for the last 6 weeks.

I’m a disabled veteran Upon arrival, I found my cabin in an unsanitary condition, containing animal, insect, and human waste.When I reported these issues, the head of housekeeping and an employee named Jesse responded unprofessionally, stating I could leave if dissatisfied. Subsequently, I was removed from the campground and the police were called because I had to report the dirty conditions.

Betty the office manager is amazing - welcoming and always helpful. The restroom/showers by the office are the best, thank you for that!!!

We were traveling with family and were placed side by side in "garden" and "pond". Nice shade, loved the pond, quiet area. We would request those sites again. The office staff and grounds keepers were very friendly and recommended restaurants in the area. Campground is hilly but we would definitely stay again. ****

The facilities were very nice and the people were also. Everything ran smoothly from check in to departure. Only improvement suggestions would be better signage for people to pick up their dog poop in the dog park; and work on the shower drains, all of them appeared to drain slow.

As usual, the staff was great. The grounds were not as kept up as other KOAs we have been to. The men's room struggled to remain clean, albeit, Saturday was a rainy day. Something felt less clean, less kept up about this KOA. Not sure I would stay again.

Smaller campground, but excellent. Each site has a nice table and chair set, and even a gas grill. Bathrooms in the main building were clean and private.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They accommodated my unexpected week stay in the hospital insuring that my site and RV were secure. Extending my stay longer than planned was easy and definitely worth it. Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and even helped me set up my RV to stay for a bit to recuperate. Thank you so much to all of you here @ KOA!

We had a great visit to your park! We stayed at the “pond” pull-thru RV site. It had a nice brick fire pit, new patio chairs, rockers and table. It also provided a gas grill that was clean and ready to use. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We used the campground shuttle van to transport us into town and pick us up. It was clean and on time. Excellent experience! Thank you.

Great place all around. Friendly staff, well stocked store, nice bathrooms. The shuttle service to downtown and National Park was just what we needed to spend our rest day exploring.

Hot Springs KOA continues to be right at the top of our favorite KOA destinations; we went about 100 miles out of our normal route just to spend a few days there again. The Office/Store staff is way beyond normal, delivering superior service, friendliness, great advice, and a genuine joy is what she does!! Pricing there is a great value. We'll def be back!! Just a word - shower heads need work!!

Nice place with friendly staff. Problems are attended to very promply. The lights on the sites are too high though, shine right into RV windows. Follow text instructions for arrival. You will drag even with a rear bathroom RV

Located in a beautiful setting, it was so peaceful to wake up to the birds in the trees. Everyone was very welcoming. One of our favorite camp sites so far!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
