Beautiful campsite! Lots of trees and shade. The employees were super nice and helpful. Nice pool area but didn't use it. Nice clean bathroom and shower facilities. Only stayed one night, but would have liked a longer visit. Would definitely recommend this KOA.

Good location to visit downtown Hot Springs. Roads can be narrow, sites are not level, water pressure very low. Not one of my favorite KOA’s but an adaquate stay.

I stayed for six days in a nice level shaded camping spot in my RV. The bathrooms/showers were impeccably clean and looked fairly new. The KOA store was well supplied with drinks, ice cream, snacks, OTC medicines, and camping supplies/utinsels. The camp has nice paved roads that were easy to walk. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Not too far from Hot Springs National Park. Campground was great. Nice showers with private bathrooms. Entrance to the campground was a bit steep, but they communicated well about what roads to take to avoid any trouble getting in. Overall great experience!

Great location, clean and friendly staff. It can get crowded because it is so popular. Section D is our favorite Section.

Nice campground. A little tight but not bad. Quiet, clean and staff was nice and friendly. We had the buddy site, deluxe, it was really nice to hangout with friends, I’d stay here again.

Hot Springs Campgrounds are very well maintained, the facilities are very nice and clean, the sites offer a level pad and trees, and there is a shuttle into Hot Springs. What really made this KOA one we would go back to was the staff, as walk-ins they made us feel welcomed right away, the staff were very helpful, and everyone was very friendly, from the office staff to the shuttle driver!

This was one of the nicest KOA‘s that we have had the pleasure to stay at. Staff “Betty” was gracious, informative, helpful, and genuine. The type of personable interactions you seldom receive unfortunate, in today’s culture. I would rate them as one of the best and highly recommend. This KOA was very clean and stayed that way. Jason our shuttle guide to downtown was very knowledgeable

This is a very nice campground. It is conveniently located to the town of Hot Springs and it’s many attractions. It’s very quiet and well maintained. All of the amities are easily accessible and nearby.

First two days started and ended with dogs (4) next to us barking at anything/anyone that moved. Owners said one was feral and it would not stop barking and would bite if too close�� That was my que to avoid that side of our camper. Watch the garbage truck running out of the campground at a high rate of speed. Was quiet after dogs left. Enjoyed music one evening.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice and well maintained campground. The shuttle service to downtown was an excellent choice for avoiding traffic and parking issues.

The nicest and most efficient staff working the office. I don't remember the lady's name, she and her husband are working this season--she was excellent at picking a site to meet our request and was very good at providing information on area restaurants, attractions, etc..

Paid for Premium site but had to share patios with neighboring Rv facing our Rv so close awnings touching. Site was not level, and water pressure was very low. Exit very skinny road against one way traffic

Very quiet, clean and well maintained campground. Highly recommend it for travelers visiting the Hot Springs area.

The only thing I found wrong was the showers needed to be cleaner. Other than that, our stay was great! Enjoyed the pool....and it was clean! Great location. We arrived at the end of the day and the lady that checked us in was very pleasant. That seems to be rare anymore.

We really appreciated the Staff's warm hospitality. We enjoyed the Campground Private Shuttle Service that took us to and from the downtown area so we could enjoy exploring without the concern of parking.

Had a beautiful site and staff was awesome. They even provided shuttle service to go down town. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place �ϋ�

Very comfortable, staff very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed it, however, I don't think it is for everyone. Could use some upgrades, a little difficult to locate. However is convenient to the city, has a nice laundry & pool, but older guests who like to walk, beware....lots of hills, tight turns and close to your neighbor.

Our stay was really awesome. The campground is tucked away and feels like its own little escape. The staff is always doing something to improve or keep things ready to go for campers. We were very impressed with this visit as the only other time we had stayed was following Covid year and even then we enjoyed it. We are already planning another trip!

Very quiet ,restful, laundry facilities were clean and operational.Hosts were welcoming and informative. Campgrounds were well kept and easily located off highway.

The park was clean. Bathroom was clean. The pool was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the roads in the park are kinda narrow and could be challenging for a big rig or new RVer. Over all a very nice KOA.

The one set of restrooms wasnot as clean as others and there seemed to be people just wandering in the park.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly. We enjoy cooking over a campfire so we were a little disappointed with our fire pit which was smaller than the others around us. What made it difficult was the height and size of the grilling area, which we felt was too small and too short. Other than that we had a wonderful time, thank you.

The cabin that we stayed in was very welcoming and extremely clean. It was pet friendly very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us as well.
