Very new to trailer camping and had a few issues ourselves with our trailer. The Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The grounds were nice and well kept. It was a wonderful stay.

Back to the old quality of the previous owner family. Nice check in, great check-in host, guide to our spot. Grounds clean, all greenery well maintained; Glad to come back here !

Staff is good. Bathrooms were not so clean. Camp sites are small and can be difficult to get to. Store is spartan. They do offer $5 shuttle rides down town which is pretty cool. Very hilly. Bathrooms are unusually far away from the campsites. The last day I was there, staff accidentally double booked my spot. There was a lot of confusion and the other camper got grumpy. It did get resolved.

Cramped crowded camp sites. Very little area to walk dog. Many grassy areas have grass/weeds knee high. Staf was, however, friendly. Dangerous entry and exit. Many rigs scrape pulling in and out.

Just stayed one night. Took their shuttle into Hot Springs to walk the National Park. Nice to not have to worry about parking and directions. Did laundry in the evening. Lean and working well. Out pull through campsite had nice views. Top marks for their WiFi.

The road to get in is very steep and we scraped the front of our rv. Judging by the grooves in the street we are not the only ones. This is a nice park but spaces are a little tight.

Very nice park. Great facilities with many private restrooms with shower. Private and secluded in the trees, yet close to downtown. Shuttle service is convenient with drop-off at bathouse row. Very friendly staff. We were assigned spot C4. There are 2 large trees on this spot that make it very difficult to back in. It was too small for a 42' 5th wheel.

Overall nice KOA. Roads are a bit tight but we navigated them. If get paw pen go for the deluxe if you want to sit with your pet. The regular one is just a fenced area with artificial turf. For us it didn’t really work well. Nice dog park.

Nice area, not their fault, but sites were flooded, heavy rains. Was eaten alive by some no-see-ums. Guess it should be expected for Arkansas in the Spring. Still, alot to see and a nice setup.

The park location isn’t bad. The thing that I disliked the most was the setup. It’s extremely hard to back in due to the set up and trees. The individual across from me had to move his truck so I could back in to my location. Had he not been there, I wouldn’t have been able to back in. Also have concern with the retaining walls that are leaning and timbers are rotten.

We really enjoyed the camgrouds. Lots of trees so you felt like you were in narure. walking around the camp and found small trails through the woods that were also fun to hike. Grounds and restroom rooms were clean with hot water. There is a shuttle that will take you bathhouse row and back.

Campsites were a little too tight. Couldn’t use the firepit, because the steps in the camper came down right at it. Neighbors couldn’t use their fire pit because our slide out was just about over their fire pit. Otherwise it was ok for a last minute stay

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, and we like the spacious unisex bathrooms. The wide variety of campsites and cabins is great. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating in site selection to maximize comfort and privacy. It was our third stay at the park and we will be back again.

The directions are incorrect and should be corrected. We drove right past the exit and made a big loop out and around before we got there. The manager was both helpful and friendly. KOA's need to find more employees like her. I do not understand why we were warned about our trailer dragging. Our 30' trailer sits low and the bumper did not drag!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the inexpensive shuttle into town. Very scenic location. Bathhouses are clean and well maintained. Streaming WiFi is great! Main campground road is steep, but manageable.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
