Other than the campsites being too close to provide some privacy for campsite activities, the Hot Springs KOA is VERY nice.

Wonderful place to stay just wish pool had been open. Nice and close to Hot Springs National Park.

My family and I specifically came to this park to enjoy the pool that was opening early. When we get to check in we are told the pool is broken and waiting on a part.. it would’ve been great had they updated the Koa app to let us know. On top of that we get woken up to the sound of construction on a roof that they also failed to let us know about. Very disappointing stay..

Only reason for the 4 rating is the spot we were put in was pretty tight for our motorhome and tow vehicle. Our picnic table was way too close to the neighboring sewer hookup. :(

Beautiful campground. Great shuttle service for us travelers without an extra vehicle. Managers were great and very friendly which means a lot. Thanks!!!

Definitely one of the better KOA’s. Managers Jesse and Nona go above and beyond. Very clean campground and facilities and you’ll love the shuttle service they offer to Hot Springs.

One of the best campgrounds I’ve stayed at. Spot felt super cosy and tucked away in the trees and the staff was incredibly friendly. Even the heavy rain couldn’t dampen our spirits!

Good location in relation to site seeing. The parking sites were a bit tight for large rigs. Entrance to the campground on the road is a scrapper (not their fault) so slow down. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Most shopping and amenities are 10-15 min drive.

We enjoyed our cabin so much that we stopped on our way home with our new camper. Site was clean and daily level. Again such friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Clean showers. They have a shuttle to Hot Springs National Park for a small fee. That was great, no parking hassles.

Okay so my woman, myself, our dog, and granddaughter had a really really wonderful time/experience at the campgrounds of Koa, Koa holiday of Hot Springs Arkansas and will definitely be going back there soon and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel in Johann springs thank you KOA for your hospitality and have a great wonderful blessed day

Beautiful sections throughout park. Nice staff. The bath/showers: paper towels not stocked in the dispensers over the two days we were there; bath shower heads flooded the outside area around the little bench in shower closet making the shower experience miserable.

Close to town but yet far enough away to feel like camping. The renovations and upgrading of the WiFi were a little inconvenient. The renovations will make this an exceptional place to stay

I've never stayed at a KOA but I will definitely be back. Mrs Betty was so helpful and sweet and their amenities are awesome! The bathrooms are super clean and big and their camping kitchen came in handy!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
