Jessie and the office staff are awesome. They could be poster children for customer service! The park & our site were clean with an escort to the site. Would stay here again just for the smiles and customer service environment!

We are log time KOA campers and also belong to Rewards program. We always prioritize KOA for our camping needs. KOA Hot Springs is a good park. What we did find is the sites, for a rig our size, are small and a little difficult to navigate in and out of. We had very little space to put out chairs. The WIFI was very slow-not ideal if working while traveling. Staff was nice and friendly.

This is a great location if you're visiting the park. Super friendly host! Nice, clean pool and very nice showers/ restrooms. It has a well stocked store and roomy shaded sites.

Very nice and quiet but the roads are not very big rig friendly we had a pull through 43 ft Rv had to ask another Rv camper to put in his awning in so we could get through to pull out to tight pull through sites need to have wider roads. Only other option is to back out on to road but that can be kinda tricky with Rv across street with their vehicles

Nice. Spots a bit tight. I had locked a site 4 mos early and was told upon arrival that it was for long-term stays. We were 3 nights. The campsite we had reserved turned over during our stay, so think they just bumped us for their convenience. Good location if you’re headed to the baths!

When we first arrived the lady who checked us in was nice but when assigning us our spot looked at the map and said “I think you should fit here” well let me tell you it was super tight the roads are super narrow and do not leave enough room to maneuver if the sites are full when pulling there was a green box in the ground in the driveway that broke and messed up our camper tires .not happy

Tight back in parking. It will test your experience and patience. Go slow! 2 of the 4 dryers were not working. Took the money just fine but no dry clothes. Everything else expected was delivered. Internet was consistently good.

Campsites were too small, hard to get into. The road has major potholes. The location advertised cable tv, has none. The location advertised mini golf, overgrown and closed. The site advertised a breakfast restaurant, closed.

Although we experienced issues during our stay, the folks at the campground went well beyond normal courtesy to deliver outstanding service. We appreciate it.

Excellent site! BIG pet pen. The park is going through some renovations so not everything was available. The dog park could use some attention as it flooded, the putt putt was unavailable. The store was very well stocked and the staff was excellent!

lovely campground! very close to the Hot Springs National Park and town. Staff were friendly and our site was clean and very nice. We were able to check in a little early. The ONLY drawback is that it is a very hilly campground. We were originally supposed to be towing a car. That would have been very difficult to manage inside the campground. But overall it was a great stay!

Weather sucked for one day, beautiful the next. Nicely trees for most camp sites. Clean bathrooms and showers, but the friendly staff is what made our stay more then pleasant.

Nice park close to Hot Springs. Staff very nice and helpful. My only concern I had a pull thru and the morning I left, it was blocked. We asked the people to move and they said you can’t get out that way. They seemed like locals. So I had to back out. I want to emphasize that a KOA employee showed up and another camper helped us out. He was VERY HELPFUL and apologized for what happened.

I've never stayed at a KOA but I will definitely be back. Mrs Betty was so helpful and sweet and their amenities are awesome! The bathrooms are super clean and big and their camping kitchen came in handy!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
