First time at a KOA and it wasn’t what we expected. Definitely disappointed and will more than likely not stay at one again unless we have to. No shade, the amenities were not open but still advertised on their website. Site was not level and the “landscape” advertisement was a crape myrtle that when you stepped on a bud without knowing tracked everything in your camper, like stepping in dog

This KOA could do better in the description of the property for the benefit of Big Rigs. Though the site we chose for our one night stay was long enough for our MH & tow, the turns were very tight, roads were narrow & at times steep. Our site was somewhat level, but we did noticed numerous RV sites were extremely unlevel. Staff was helpful & friendly.

The park is exceptionally well maintained. Campers are informed of any type of maintenance being done. Staff is friendly, helpful and perform their duties well. The parkbhas all the amenities it claims to have. Check in is quick and easy. We have been there for the last 3 years and it's always a great place!

I do wish you would bring back the little breakfast cafe. I really enjoyed it so much! Also….. Make a pickleball court down by the park! Nothing fancy, slab net and lines!! It would be awesome. Bathroom facilities were exceptionally nice! Not sure putting trash on the side of street is smart! Trash bins would be cleaner. Great staff! And the store had everything you would need.

We arrived at your KOA later on July 4th and were so happy to still use the pool for our boys, see the fireworks. We LOVED your bathrooms. What a perfect idea to have the shower toilet and sink all together, per person. And it was all so clean and modern - best bathroom facilities we’ve ever seen at a KOA. Keep up the great work.

Old school campground... Bathrooms are nice. Nice pool. Only issue we had was low voltage at our site. This seemed to be an issue throughout the campground. We moved to a suite that had better voltage.

Our site was nice and easy to park our travel trailer in. The office staff were very courteous and helpful. We had a problem with our camper signal lights and one of ladies in the office gave us a number to call and the gentleman, John, took care of our problem.

Very disappointed with the condition of our site. Looked like it hand’t seen a string trimmer in months. Our fire pit was less than 3 feet away from another camper as it was on the very edge of our site. The picnic table was in very poor condition and also not in a usable location. The site was narrow and short for being “better for bigger rigs” we have a 35’ camper and pickup which barely

Shady spots, nice pool, accommodating staff. The shuttle to the bathhouses was extremely convenient and well worth the modest fee. We would definitely stay again!

Staff great. Property clean and well kept. Cable does not work…told to use the WiFi to stream but with everyone doing that we couldn’t get the shows to play.

Pics on the website need to be updated. They show a few arcade games and a pool table and were one reason we booked at the KOA . We inquired about these and were told those were old pictures and the arcade games and pool table weren't there anymore. However, a couple days later I received a text from KOA saying the pool table was available at the old Grandpa's Griddle building.

We had trouble getting level in the Garden site. The camp host (I believe his name was Jesse) came by and offered to move us to the next site over and we were able to get level right away. We have a 40’ Dutchstar. There were also some low hanging tree branches due to the rain the day before. Fred was great and came to trim the branches. Beautiful camp ground. Nice sites. No complaints!

New ownership. One thing missing: guidance during back up parking RV. One went through the barrier and needed a heavy duty 25 ton tow truck to winch him back up to the campsite.

Great Location to visit the Hot Springs Town. KOA offers a shuttle ride to visit the town Historical sites. The Campground Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Nice patio campsites with fenced dog runs. We enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool.

Very disappointed. Pool. Closed at 600pm. What if you had meeting All day when you get back pool closed!!!!! Also mud hole at camp site. To cheap for a little gravel!!!! Also. No cable. Rely on you to stream but didn’t know I had to bring it !!!! Probably never camp there again after many years

Horrible experience as the retainer wall on site 8b collapsed and I at my own expense had to hire a wrecker to pull me out costing me $666.00 because of KOA safety hazard neglect ion so as a customer I was very disappointed and unhappy

The staff are friendly if you get the right one. I had an RV spot and a deluxe cabin. In the cabin, there were ants in the beds. The park itself is not very well laid out. The roads are very narrow. The turns are very tight, and when it rains, it leaves deep, narrow ditches that trailer tires get stuck in. If you have a short rig, it’s fine if not, don’t go.

The spot where they put me was very hard to get in to. I have a 34' MH. The bath house needs work. Lots of gravel and holes/ruts all through the park. Site was very nice with the pet enclosure, outdoor table and chairs.

Betty & Tristan were very helpful. Campsite was nicely shaded with trees, our Starlink worked great and we were a short distance from the NP attractions!

I've never stayed at a KOA but I will definitely be back. Mrs Betty was so helpful and sweet and their amenities are awesome! The bathrooms are super clean and big and their camping kitchen came in handy!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
