While the web site talks about it being “big rig” friendly, the steep grades and looping roads make it very difficult to maneuver around . The spot we were lead to was very far down hill from the Laundry facility and we were unable to use any of their facilities. If you are long, or towing the dip and grade to enter is extreme.

Great KOA, we purchased a premium spot which ended up including a grill, wrought iron table and chairs, and a paved spot. ONLY issue was spot wasn’t very flat so we struggled a bit trying to level out our rig. (We are in a C-Class so don’t have jumbo levelers) otherwise this was an AMAZING campground and would definitely recommend staying again!!!

The park was great, the staff were GREAT, we met them in town and they remembered us. But the park is close to the springs and is near great roads that will take you to some beautiful sights.

What a gorgeous place to camp! The camping spots are roomy and the lamp post at each is a nice touch. The store has everything you may need, plus some and the restrooms clean and nicely furnished. Very convenient to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff is very nice. The campground is very close to the National Park. If you go I recommend going on the indoor and outdoor ranger tours. Both were very informative.

I appreciate how well all the staff maintain the grounds. It was such a pleasant visit and we have already scheduled our next stay. I really like that there are sites that have a pen for my fur babies.

While I basically just used the Lafayette KOA as a place to rest after a long trip, it was great being in a place that was so well kept and appreciated by the community at large. I’ll be back!

Out of all the koa’s that I’ve been to this is by far the hardest to find. There is zero road signs indicating where to go and the only two KOA signs you have is right in front of the park and they’re covered by trees. And I believe your website said something about a fishing pond, the only pond I saw was a glorified mud hole. You really need to get some KOA signs out on the main roads.

Very nice stay. Location was convenient to downtown and other outlying areas. Park was clean, and sites were spacious. Showers were modern & clean.

Enjoyed the cleanliness of the grounds and ares. Liked the idea of getting a shuttle to downtown for personnel shopping and the return. Had an issue with electric at post and your staff jumped right on it to resolve it. Thanks for letting us stay. Hopefully will be able to return again..thank you for everything

Very beautiful park. Friendly staff. The only thing was the water pressure seem lower than most parks. Only between 20 & 25 psi. I got around this by filling my fresh water tank and the house water pump kept the pressure up for a good shower

Park was nice and clean. Park is not big rig friendly and this needs to be visible on koa website. Several guest with larger rigs were disgruntled die to small size of park. Park is clean, neat, and staff was very friendly. Just not made to accommodate todays larger rigs.

Close to the main road and loud. Very squishy park-sites are so close together you can reach out and touch the camper next to you. Pool area nasty-messy paint job. Areas of the park smell terrible. Overall disappointed.

Got Thursday night had no problems with anything. Loved the grill at the sight. Loves the chairs and table are there. I will be returning. I would recommend that anyone who wants to see Hot Springs Arkansas give a call or download the app.

Nice clean bathrooms. Pretty campground. Only real negative was we had a late check in and were not given the code to get into the bathrooms, even after sending a message. Had to get from nice neighbors as campground text line didn’t respond.

The park was clean and maintained. The shuttle to Hot Springs was a very nice option. The facilities were clean and worked great. Nice KOA to stay at!

The roads in the RV park are steep and turns are tight, I have a 32 foot pull behind travel trailer. This RV Park needs to update the roads and focus on making more room or eliminate some sites so adjoining sites can be larger. Also building another KOA in the town would eliminate the limited space of the RV park.

I've never stayed at a KOA but I will definitely be back. Mrs Betty was so helpful and sweet and their amenities are awesome! The bathrooms are super clean and big and their camping kitchen came in handy!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
