Nice little cabin. The only thing that did t work was the TV other wall...we couldn,t get it to work. Maybe some instructions???

We have stayed at this KOA for 10 years now. First in a camper now in the Deluxe Camping Lodges. The new patio furniture was great! It made the setting much more comfortable and enjoyable. There were a few things that needed touched up, like a slow shower drain in KL02, and the toaster replaced in KL01. We have already booked again for next year.

Comfortable cabin. Clean bathhouse. Super nice at checkin! Only stayed one night but would stay again!

It was fantastic! Super quiet, clean and cozy cabin, and a great fenced dog park for the furry friends. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway

We had a great time. The only problem was the electricity kept going out on days intermittently. The managers warned us each morning thry were doing work but it was an inconvenience because the ac would not come back on automatically in our RV and we were worried about the dogs when we went into town.

Scores would have been higher. We had no TV on the weekend of March Madness -- all wires cut, we were told, which is weird. We came to attend AK Derby. Last year there was a shuttle, not this year. Amenities at the campground were not open. Okay. Room was clean, set up was nice. Like I said, it could/ve been higher.

Advertised that there would be fishing pond, pool, and tv. None of those were true. No heads up there was a burn ban. The mini golf was not up kept to be able to use. There was nothing to do.

This place was great. Family oriented. Clean and well key grounds and cabin. Only thing was our tv did not work. Highly recommend and we will be back. March 23, 2025

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.

Everything was great except the breakfast. I would advise against that/ pancakes served that were burned on both sides
