The staff at Hot Springs was super friendly! The cabin was nice and overall clean. The shuttle service was wonderful and the drivers were amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. We didn't have to drive into the city, pay for parking or worry about getting lost. The pool was refreshing and the camp store was well stocked.

We really wanted to live the KOA but unfortunately our cabin was infested with bed bugs! So our stay was not ideal. The pool was also pretty gross and needed a good cleaning. It has potential but needs a higher standard of cleanliness!

Awesome time with family! I certainly missed not having the dad and son breakfast restaurant. This is a big highlight of our past trips. Bring it back! Pool tables didn’t fill my belly! Also, not having TV cable to get channels at night was so missed. Trash bins is definitely a must. Racoons and other critters will make a mess. Love the nice space and backup site was perfect and updated 30/5

Great KOA, very helpful to campers--for example, letting me check in to my cabin at 1:30 PM rather than usual 3 PM when I got there early. Really nice environment with forest, pond, mosquito-free, pool, bball, activities for kids

Great Customer Service. I like the single bathrooms as opposed to the normal Men/Women gang latrine. My wife uses a cane and being able to help her as needed is fantastic!

First time staying at a KOA, it was a great experience and I will be looking to KOAs to stay at in the future. We stayed in a simple cabin, which was a perfect fit for me and my 2 young children plus large dog. The pool was EXTREMELY clean and the updated bathrooms where amazing

We couldn’t get the tv to work so I called the office, they said that they haven’t had cable for 6 months but they have newer tvs in the back and haven’t had time to install them. Tried to stream but the WiFi was not hooked up to those cabins. Bought HDMI to connect to phone. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The camping cabins were very nice and the restrooms were clean and well cared for. The pool was great and the campground very clean.

We had so much fun at Hot Springs KOA! Our group rented 4 cabins and the facilities were perfect. Comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great, we were close to everything we wanted to do! The kids loved the pool and the train ride, so fun. Thanks for a great time!

The tv in the cabin didn’t work and when traveling with kids a tv at night sure does help. Someone had put big stones in the fire pit and when we tired to cook our dinner over the fire the stones exploded in our face 3 different times causing shards of rock to fly all over our face. We told a worker about it and they were supposed to clean the pit but never did so wasted wood money but no injuri

We enjoyed our stay. KOA was convenient to the off-road park and the downtown area. The Cabin was great. My only suggestion is to upgrade the bed pillows.

I arrived after the office closed and went to my cabin. The bottom sheet was wet and covered by dry top sheet and a blanket. The TV didn't work because they don't get cable any longer. The blinds were broken, missing slats. As a single female traveler with a teen girl it made me a little uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful though.

Been to 4 different KOA campgrounds and this was the worst. The catch and release pond should just be called a pond. There’s nowhere to stand to actually fish. There’s pretty scenery but not much else to do. Store wasn’t very well stocked. Apparently they stock it for weekend guests. Coffee not provided like stated.

Train ride for kids in the evening looked very unsafe… no helmets, no seat belts. Driver was going very fast, especially around turns. Place was very cramped. Not very relaxing.

My wife and I stayed here before in 2016. The bathroom improvements are GREAT. The only negative was the TV didn't work as well as the WI-FI. Management stated that this were in the process of being improved. Pool opened the day we left. I felt sorry for the family next to us. There 7 kids were disappointed. Downtown Hot Springs is very close. I highly recommend this KOA. Happy Camping!

If I could give 10 stars I would, I really enjoyed my stay, the best and my favorite I stayed at yet!! the staff was very friendly and helpful. We always look for a pool when we book a cabin because we are usually on the bike. We had no notice online or when booking that their pool was not in working order so we were really disappointed. We also had a TV but no channels. The people were nice, the cabin was clean but there were no amenities for us. The over $100 a night was not worth it.

The camp is clean and peacefully quiet. We only had two concerns. The AC unit in the cabin had a weird smell and a brown fluid in the cool air vent. Secondly the cable or satellite for the tv was shut off. But I would go back to this KOA, after the upgrades are done.

the sign for entrance is too small and too close to the entrance. When pulling a trailer going up a major hill when first entering is bad as far as no momentum. the welcome is too far in off the main road with not a lot of parking for checkin and or waiting trailers

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
