Loved the camping cabin! Great stay. My only suggestion would be perhaps a small shelf near the bathroom sink to place toothbrushes, lotions and potions etc. on. Thank you for a great comfortable stay.

Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. The building was a little older but clean and well maintained in an absolutely gorgeous setting with a porch overlooking a pond with a fountain and surrounded by tall oaks in vibrant fall colors. The most beautiful KOA setting I’ve stayed at

I arrived late but the check in process was well thought out and easy to follow. The cabin was super clean and the heaters kept it toasty warm. Its a great, low cost option for Hot Springs and the surrounding areas. Ill definitely be back!

The staff were friendly, and the grounds clean, quiet, and well appointed. The cabins had linens, microwave, refridgerator, and were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! Our weekend was so peaceful!

Incredible cabin! We loved the deck and fire pit. The campground was clean and quiet which was perfect for traveling with our infant. The cabin was well stocked. I recommend a lighter for the stove or one of those flint sparklers. I should have called to see what all the cabin had. Bedding was provided but I do recommend you bring your own pillow.

Unloading my truck for was difficult. Couldn't back up to the stairs because of the drop-off. (Almost fell off while unloading.) Kabin itself was wonderful & spacious. Enjoyed having a freezer to make ice for my cooler. Bathroom door scraped the floor; difficult to open more than a small amount. Trash from the previous Kamper had not been emptied. Enjoyed sharing the deck with the neighbor

Our cabin was perfect and we enjoyed walking the grounds and using the dog park. Friendly, welcoming staff. It was a great stay while traveling with a dog.

The cabins were in a good location. There was enough room in the cabin to move around. Also really enjoyed the individual shower facilities. Also loved seeing the kids enjoying the train ride.

Myself and 3 friends loved our stay in the cabins at this KOA! Although we didn't get to stay very long we absolutely want to return! Would highly recommend, the whole booking, checking in and out process was super simple and theres plenty of privacy

Overall, GREAT!!!!!! We would recommend spraying for bugs. We killed about 10 stink bugs in the room while we were there. Wi-Fi was spotty in KK4, ended up using our hot-spot for the TV. Other than that, fantastic. Shower rooms were great (could've used a bit more pressure from the shower) but clean and modern. Great staff communication and pleasant to work with.

The cabin was nice but had spiderwebs inside and needed a quick dusting but other then that is was good. Outside at night by the firepit we could smell the sewage from the campers on the hill above us. The patio could use some updating

We arrived late but check in was easy, however it was dark and couldn't see much. In the morning everything was very pretty, clean and the bathrooms were very nice. My only complaint was our cabin. There were cob webs hanging from the ceiling, one of the blinds was missing a piece which made it so anyone could see in and there was a locked door that made us feel creeped out.

Pool closed the whole time we were there during a heat wave. Air conditioning unit had mold on and in it. No additional trash bags were provided to unless we asked, we stayed 3 nights. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner took awhile to really kick on, but eventually did

They were great! We had an issue with our cabin being warm and they switched us to a shaded cabin that was an upgrade at no additional charge. We were there during a heatwave and the original cabin was directly in the sun so I’m sure that didn’t help. We were very grateful for the change and it made the stay much more enjoyable �

Was thrilled they could put us up for 1 day at last minute in a cabin. It is a nice park. It's convenient to downtown. Only thing I would suggest is maybe blackout curtain in the cabin....it took several hours to cool our cabin...we put blankets on the windows to speed up the cooling process

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
