Notified arriving after hours. They left key w map in box. Map said unit 3. It was after 11p, key didn’t work but unit was open, so we entered. No toilet paper, no paper towels. Unit right beside interstate w traffic, semis all night. Texted number to inform them, no one ever responded. Left before 8a to find office didn’t open until 9am (!!?!?). Noticed key was to unit1, but map said 3. Paid

This was our first time there. The accommodations were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will return to this KOA.

The facilities are clean. The staff are super friendly. The KOA is located 10 minutes from town. We stayed in a cottage cabin, which had a shower and other amenities. I’d highly recommend considering this as a lodging option if you plan to visit the Hot Springs area.

The only thing that we weren't happy with was that we could not watch TV. Not everyone has RUKO, Prime, etc....

Wish we had more time! We enjoyed our cabin stay. It had everything we needed. The campgrounds were very nice and Betty at the office/store was very welcoming. I loved seeing so many pets being walked in the morning! Just an overall nice experience. We will be back.

Very friendly manager and nice clean bathrooms. We stayed in a cabin that was a bit smelly and backed right up to the highway. The chairs on the porch and sitting area had to be wiped off in order to sit in them. Had to walk by the unopened pool (a bit too early in the season) that was quite unattractive and had many ‘critters’ (very loud frogs in the evening…)

Melissa was absolutely wonderful with customer service! The cabins were clean and the campsite kept in beautiful condition. We absolutely plan to be back here again!

Please dont lose the lady at the office. Nicest human ever. On the phone, and in person. As a young person traveling alone, she instantly made me feel like I had a best friend there at the office I could call. Also the texts close to the office closing offering to bring campers things was so nice. Felt like family.

Overall I had a mixed (but mostly positive) experience at the Hot Springs KOA. The camping grounds are beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. I had stayed at this particular KOA once before, in the spring of 2024. With my most recent stay, I noticed that the amenities had been scaled back somewhat. The cabin I booked also did not have hot water, and I only received a 10% discount for this

Jesse was very helpful. His pool tournaments in the evenings were a blast. Justin was very helpful. He made sure we were taken care of at our campsite. Our family had a great experience staying at Hot Springs KOA. We will definitely be back.

Cabin was not as expected. No place to put anything, no cabinets. Bathroom was so small I had to dry off and dress standing in the shower. Flooring was beyond horrible. Too pricy for what I got.

Overall the place is nice but if you offer an accessible shower please have a shower head that can be removed and used for someone in a wheelchair to shower.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. As far as feedback I would like to offer the cabin was not up to par on cleanliness. It could use a real going over and deep clean. I would also suggest blinds instead of curtains. At night when the inside lights are on you can see through the curtains. Blinds provide more privacy and look cleaner. Staff was great, loved the store and the campground.

We loved our stay at Hot Springs KOA! The staff is so friendly! They made sure we felt at home and went above & beyond to make our visit a memorable one. The cabins were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing - impressively upgraded, clean, and private. Close to the Hot Springs National Park, Lake Catherine State Park, and Garvan Woodland Gardens. We hope to come back!

Very helpful at checkin, towels in cabin too thin!!! Goodwill has better towels. We had delivered to our cabin our bought wood for a fire but it was too thick pieces of oak and not rough wood and it didn’t burn��. Overall very nice experience

The little cabin was great. The only issues we found were the bunk bed mattress was very uncomfortable and short. Our replacement towels were tiny. Everything else was great

The campground itself was nice but the neighborhood was not great. We never met the staff due to Holiday but friendly on the phone. No heat in cabin besides a space heater which seemed a bit dangerous to run for long periods unattended.

We have stayed at KOA cabins around the country and they have usually been in excellent condition. The deluxe cabin that we stayed in here was pretty run down. There was dirt in the bunk beds, no pillows in the bedroom, the towels were falling apart, and stains on all the chairs at the table. It's probably due for a renovation. The location is good, close to hot springs national Park.

The cabin in the winter needs more than a small heater. It did not put out enough heat to keep the cabin warm. The bed pillows need to be replaced.

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was tidy, perfect for the changeable weather and close to the BEST restrooms I've ever experienced camping. Staff hosted a KOA community Thanksgiving Pot Luck that was fun and a warm touch for families and travelers.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
