It was very comfortable in KK4. Luxurious even, considering the previous two nights were spent in a tent. It's a short walk to extremely hot showers, and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. Not our first time, and won't be out last.

Stayed for 2 days from out of state. It was a tightly packed crowded campground. No good spaces to walk our dog. Our 'deluxe' cabin was anything but. It was super outdated, not user-friendly (no hooks in cabin, especially in bathroom...no place to set your clothes or essentials when showering. Needs deep clean. Dust everywhere. Fridge broke, set to freezing, no way to adjust. Had to toss our food

Hot Springs Koa Arkansas is a lovely facility! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service down to Central Avenue was convenient. The family activities were great! Our Mini Lodge was very nice and comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the park, the lounge and fishing pond. We would definitely go back!

We spent one night in a cabin here. It was a great choice! The campground was decorated for the season in festive welcome fashion. The staff were friendly and very prepared to help us navigate our first visit to the area. The store had a variety of goods in stock. The cabin itself was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. We have been to many KOAs across the country and this is one of the best. It has a lot of privacy and the trees and hills are very beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Had a really nice stay. We thought the cabin would be a little small, but it ended up being bigger than the diagram implied. We were able to comfortably sleep 4 people and a dog in a small kamper cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable, the only complaint was the ac was quite loud. The dog park was spacious and clean. Our dog had a great time running around. Love the stick library!

The staff were superb and very helpful. Our stay was very relaxing and lovely.The only recommendation we suggest is to upgrade the mattresses in the cabins. Very, very uncomfortable, legs and arms kept going numb.

With the exception of one of the cleaning persons, all the employees were very nice and helpful. The TV in cabin 6 never worked. The key pad locks to the baths are questionable. One didn't work at all from the outside. The manual dial on the insides of another one did not work either. Someone is going to get trapped in there one late night...that won't be pleasant.

Needed additional pots & pans (skillet too small & terrible bent), cups, butter knives, dinner plates to be able to accommodate 6 people. Bedroom table filthy on bottom self, baseboards behind bedroom door filthy as well as bath baseboards. Hot water nonexistent in shower. Beds were comfy, however.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The cabin we stayed in, SL4, was clean and had several amenities such as dish soap, coffee/filters and a coffee maker. The camp activities were a lot of fun. The RV sites did look small, but there was plenty of room for the cabin since no RV parked next to it. There was a burn ban, so I really appreciated the use of the gas grill in the club house.

I only stayed one night. I plan to return and explore the area more. The only recommendation I have is that they install darkening window covers in the cabins. The cabin I had only had mini blinds and that does not block out the lights from the campground.

The cabin was perfect! And they waved the early check in for us (only for this year we were told) which was nice since we got there 2 hours before the normal check in time! The staff are extremely friendly and the campground was clean and shaded which made it nice for when we walked our dogs. Only 2.5 miles from bathhouse row so it was very conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again!

People next to our cabin were loud past quit time. RV above had loud barking dogs most of the day. In the middle of the night when we went to take our dogs out a dog was running around lose.

We always enjoy our stays at this KOA, and our fifth visit was just as wonderful! We rented three cabins, and all were spotless. A special thank-you to Kiki for making sure everything was ready for our early check-in. Betty is always so helpful and friendly, Cindy and Justin went above and beyond by organizing a Sunday morning train ride for the grandkids before check-out since we missed Saturday!

We were only there for one night but the park and our cabin were very nice. We had no problem with anything like highway noise. The only problem we had was one that would be hard to fix with a small cabin that had one window air conditioner. It was 106 degrees outside when we arrived and the inside of the cabin was 90 degrees. It was very late at night before it started to cool down.

We stayed at the lodge cabin. Really need to upgrade, very old. Had ants all in the kitchen area. Bedroom fan made such a noise, we were not able to use. Refrigerator was rusted on the outside. Horrible sofa/ futon. No where to put clothes away, Porch needed to be power washed, thick green gunk.

This is my 4th stay at KOA in Hotsprings, when i have family to visit, I book cabins though a local, to stay at the KOA in Hotsprings. We love it. Super nice workers. Only complaint once was an AC and last visit was a hard bed in L3. Everything else has been top grade.

Fabulous location and great amenities. The deluxe kabin was great and very close to the laundry which I appreciated. Close to all of the things Hot Springs has to offer. Highly recommended.

Cabin was great, I have to use a walker or wheel chair to get around,. we rented #1 and I had room to use my walker. Folks were great. Camp spots look good. Only thing I will say is there's lots of hills in the park so walking was hard, there was no path for me to take my dogs to the dog park. As well as sugar ants in the cabin (thats going to happen. They were sparying while we were there).

The staff greeted us with smiles and answered our questions during our stay. Cindy, Rachel and Mike were extremely professional, courteous and provided superior customer service. The facilities were well maintained, KOA staff were busy cleaning restrooms, performing timely repairs and offering up unique experience such a s’mores happy hour. The shuttle is an additional service, that was great!

We absolutely love this KOA! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic. We've stayed here several times, and when we decided on a last-minute getaway with our grandkids, there was no question this would be our destination. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool, the games in community building and making new friends.
