Everything was amazing! But the WiFi, while the signal was strong, did not work for our tvs or phones. This is the same as last visit- think that there needs to be some adjustments to the WiFi! As far the location goes, we absolutely love it and would stay again! This is the second time we have been to this location.

Love this campground. Beautiful setting, easy access, nice spaces. Used the KOA transportation to town which was awesome. Great staff and very friendly.

Loved the camping cabin! Great stay. My only suggestion would be perhaps a small shelf near the bathroom sink to place toothbrushes, lotions and potions etc. on. Thank you for a great comfortable stay.

Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. The building was a little older but clean and well maintained in an absolutely gorgeous setting with a porch overlooking a pond with a fountain and surrounded by tall oaks in vibrant fall colors. The most beautiful KOA setting I’ve stayed at

Located in a great spot for seeing fall colors the time of year we came. Cabin was clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms.

Cell towers surround the campground. Difficult to navigate because of ditches , lights not working and fallen branches.

Great park and Nonnie was so pleasant to talk to and quite accommodating with our changes of plans. The shuttle drivers into town and to Oaklawn were knowledgeable, even the new driver was great! Would stay here again.

So excited they have a shuttle to bathhouse row! Didn't have to drive ourselves. Great location. The campground is very hilly, but sites are laid out well/level. Staff was nice. Bathrooms were nice/clean which is a must for me.

I arrived late but the check in process was well thought out and easy to follow. The cabin was super clean and the heaters kept it toasty warm. Its a great, low cost option for Hot Springs and the surrounding areas. Ill definitely be back!

It was a nice stay and the trees were breath taking, l hate you do not have cable anymore. Our nights were long without cable.

We have traveled to Hot Springs multiple times with the RV and decided to try KOA as a new place to stay. And we are very glad we did, the park is so quiet, well maintained, and beautiful with so many trees and very well laid out camp sites. The staff is also great, super friendly and very happy to help with anything. We enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning again soon.

The staff were friendly, and the grounds clean, quiet, and well appointed. The cabins had linens, microwave, refridgerator, and were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! Our weekend was so peaceful!

Incredible cabin! We loved the deck and fire pit. The campground was clean and quiet which was perfect for traveling with our infant. The cabin was well stocked. I recommend a lighter for the stove or one of those flint sparklers. I should have called to see what all the cabin had. Bedding was provided but I do recommend you bring your own pillow.

We were in the Pond site. It was very tranquil and quite. The park is about 10-15 minutes drive from Hot Springs National Park.

We had a Paw Pen sites, great for 2 dogs. Clean facility, friendly, helpful employees. Easy to get to touristy things but just far enough out of them to relax.

Unloading my truck for was difficult. Couldn't back up to the stairs because of the drop-off. (Almost fell off while unloading.) Kabin itself was wonderful & spacious. Enjoyed having a freezer to make ice for my cooler. Bathroom door scraped the floor; difficult to open more than a small amount. Trash from the previous Kamper had not been emptied. Enjoyed sharing the deck with the neighbor

We were put in a site right in between two other campers all while there plenty of open sites allowing more room. Very difficult to back in because of small distance between this site and the one across from it which was occupied. Over night we had tree nuts dropping on the roof so we did not sleep very well. The only positive thing I can say about the sire is that it was close to being level.

Nice clean campground. It was nice that they pick up your trash daily at your campsite, that is very convenient and something that few campgrounds do. The sites are nicely shaded and level. The roadway around the campground is paved. and in good shape. The campsites themselves are gravel, which is okay. The road leading into the campground is narrow and in bad shape. The sites are closer together

Very rustic campground, and beautiful. Sites were unlevel, difficult to get in and out of, and mostly dirt. The campground layout is confusing (multiple people asked us for help in the two days we were there, because they were lost). The campground entrance was so steep there were many, many scrapes on the asphalt. The entire campground is built on hills, which added to the access difficulty.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
