The stay was great. My only comment is not to put a long fifth wheel on site A 13. There isn’t room to park the truck.

Realized you are new owner. Lot’s of clean up needed. Especially leaf clean up. Parker on golf cart needs a class on parking signals.

Only negative is that the store/office hours are short and don't start until 10 am. Campsites are clean, location is perfect to go to the National Park.

The campsite was good and very convenient. The staff was quick to address any issues and concerns. I did however not receive a receipt for my stay that showed what was paid even thou the office said it would come in my email. I think that may just be the fact that they were new managers. I did get another reservation confirmation but no information on what was charged to my credit card.

It was very affordable, nice accommodation, close to the restrooms for those without. The only problem was the air conditioner in the rooms. They all need to be alike. Super friendly staff. And the restrooms are very nice. We didn't use the showers, but noticed no bench to sit on while bathing for the handicap. Definitely would come back to stay longer!

Friendly welcome from the staff. There was a transition in ownership which temporarily closed the restaurant on site. Our cabin was comfortable. The setting very peaceful.

Sites way to close, neighbor fire pit less than 5' from our slide. Saw many larger rigs having issues maneuvering around to get out.

We Ioved the whole atmosphere of the location. The people that ran the site was truly so warm, friendly and eager to ensure we had everything we needed.

We reserved a 60 foot pull thru but there were no signs to transit the incredibly narrow roads. NOT ONE EXIT SIGN The employee that directed us on how to get out must have been a part time employee but after a staff member cut down a 4” pine tree and a number of scrub oaks got out. OVER 35 FOOT MAX-BEWARE

We stayed for 3 nights with KOA and was very pleased with the cabin. Only minor issue we ran into was there was no heater to use at night when it was cold. However I feel if I had asked for one they would have likely provided one for us. Overall our stay was pleasant and we will definitely be staying with KOA again in the future.

I was blown away by the amenities we got for the price. The personnel was super courteous and arranged for us to roll in after hours, very seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this KOA for any lenght or type of stay.

Hot showers were wonderful after a day of exploring the area. Staff very nice and welcoming. Convenient to Hot Springs downtown area.

3 nights to visit HS NP. Entrance road is too steep for large RV's as evidenced by the road being torn up by everyone dragging. Interior campground roads very narrow and steep. Site 7 needs re-grading to level out the holes and level entire site. Old rotten picnic table, rotting stump next to sewer connection. everyone with a large motorhome or trailer was struggling to navigate campground.

Front desk staff were as helpful as they could be and friendly! The KOA just went under “new” management or ownership. They changed the time of checkout and a lot of info wasn’t the same as advertised online. There wasn’t a ATM and you couldn't use a card to get cash back for laundry. Mini golf is shut down and was a huge let down for my kiddo. Could hear traffic from the highway all night

The staff were great. But the site was very cramped - we started joking that we weren’t camping we were ‘cramping at the cramp-ground’. Stepping out front door right into picnic table and fire pit for prime example! Then the sewer hole was elevated from the parking spot so we had to do some rigging to get our poop to go upstream to clear our tanks! But guys on carts guiding us in were GR

It's very convenient to Hot Springs National Park but the sites seemed tight to us and the roads narrow inside the campground and the road at the entrance needs repaired, .

We enjoyed our campsite. It had two levels which made it spacious. Our spots were pretty tight to get into or out of without having the people across from us moving their vehicle. We have a longer TT. We also had electrical problems that kept us without a/c for a few hours, BUT, Jesse worked his butt off to get it fixed as quickly as possible! Overall a nice campground and would stay again.

Excellent office staff - very nice! This RV park is well kept and pretty but a lot of the sites are tight. There are 4 'unisex' bathrooms w/showers that are medium sized (not to small but not large either) and somewhat dated. It's very close to the Jeep trails which is a plus for us and not far from downtown Hot Springs if that's your thing; right off the highway but no noticeable road noise

We absolutely loved our rv spot. We had a nice patio with table and chairs and a fire pit…best spot yet out of all the places we’ve been. We brought firewood but found out upon arrival there was a burn ban so we couldn’t have a fire. (although there was a couple others in the campground that had fires going while there and nothing was ever said about it.) Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic bath house. Spoke to the woman that takes care of them, very nice lady, told her they must be brand new and she said the were built about 3 years ago. She does a great job!

High probability that anyone booking a motorhome + toad in a pull-thru site for 1 nite doesn't want to disconnect. We were put in their smallest pull-thru and told to park our toad across the street in the grass. All sites were similarly too small for occupant rigs. on leaving there were so many pickups parked out into the narrow 1-lane road that we barely squeezed thru. Would not stay here again.

We stayed at this KOA on our way down to Texas and it was such a nice stop! We loved the hills, the cabin was centrally located in the campground, the lady that checked us in was so kind and welcoming, and the bathrooms were clean and so nice. Great stay!

One of the better KOAs that we have been to. Service was great. They took the kids on a train ride almost every night. The bathrooms and pool were clean and well maintained. Some of the sites were a bit small making it difficult to fit a travel trailer and tow vehicle but we managed. WiFi signal was strong but not completely reliable. There is adequate cell service for Verizon and ATT. One of the best parts of this location is the water. Probably the best water of any campground. Completely odorless and tasteless as it should be.

This facility is very lovely - located in the forest. The RV sites are easy to get to and the access roads in the park are easy to maneuver larger units. The bathhouse was very nice - and warm (it was cold outside). Nice dog park. Some of the amenities could use a little updating.

We recently stayed at this KOA in Hot Springs. Our site was beautiful. The place is run so well. The staff working in the office were incredibly helpful and nice. I would like to especially thank Jessie who helped us after we accidentally tore off our awning. It was an extremely stressful moment but he helped us keep things in perspective, gave us kind words and went through the work of getting rid of our awning for us, and that was everything that day. I cannot say enough kind words for this incredible man. I hope KOA knows his value.
