The water quality is the top issue. So much dirt/sediment in the water, never seen anything like that. Ruined a set of brand new BluTech Filters in 3 nights. Park is under new ownership, you can tell they are overwhelmed as there were leaves everywhere, sites electrical not working properly, our site was 4 inches off level, power pole was lose and could be moved around.

Great stay, super nice staff. The bathrooms/showers were very clean s well as the laundry facilities. Campsites were clean with generous space between sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet! Great BBQ grill and utensils available right outside the door. Lovely water fountain and birds singing in the morning.

very helpful and friendly staff, great option to take the shuttle downtown and a very reasonable fee. campground and amenities were clean and convenient, laundry machines clean and conveniently located. All round excellent location and quiet at nite even though located next to a major road.

Fantastic campground. We've stayed here multiple times and have always loved it. All of their facilities are very clean and well maintained.

The little cabin was great. The only issues we found were the bunk bed mattress was very uncomfortable and short. Our replacement towels were tiny. Everything else was great

The campground itself was nice but the neighborhood was not great. We never met the staff due to Holiday but friendly on the phone. No heat in cabin besides a space heater which seemed a bit dangerous to run for long periods unattended.

KOA parks are the best, this is one of the largest and cleanest and has lots of dog pens for RV families

We have stayed at KOA cabins around the country and they have usually been in excellent condition. The deluxe cabin that we stayed in here was pretty run down. There was dirt in the bunk beds, no pillows in the bedroom, the towels were falling apart, and stains on all the chairs at the table. It's probably due for a renovation. The location is good, close to hot springs national Park.

Very friendly and helpful hosts but the cabin has no heater and it was cold. There were a few items that needed upgrading in the cabin.

The cabin in the winter needs more than a small heater. It did not put out enough heat to keep the cabin warm. The bed pillows need to be replaced.

Great staff. I needed a place to stay short notice overnight while traveling to the area. The staff was very accommodating for after hours check-in as well as early departure.

This is an excellent KOA. It continues to be one of the best. Staff is warm and welcoming. Wi-Fi is excellent. The areas are cleaned, especially rest rooms and showers. They have a shuttle to go downtown, and downtown is a great experience, especially at Christmas time.

First time to pull a camper and the site by the pond was great. A great place to walk our dog. The staff was super accommodating. The location was very convenient. We’d return if in the area.

The friendliest staff we've met! Facilities need a bit of upgrading, we were disappointed with the laundry facilities. We didn't refill our propane as it is in an awkward position.

I give this KOA a 5 star, not so much for its size, amenities or anything else like that, but because of its unique design and natural environment! Every site is pretty much a backup spot unless you go down to the lower level. Let me also mention that a 35’ travel trailer was a bit tight leaving our tow vehicle in a parking spot below our campsite which was okay only a few feet away, ADA spot.

Expected to have cable TV based on previous stays. No indication on the web page that cable TV was no longer available. No information given at check-in that there was no cable TV. Spent much time trying to connect to cable TV because the hook-up was readily available. Seems that you are now streaming which is not acceptable. Will NOT be back.

I was in awe of the design and cleanliness of the bathroom/showers and perfect for my mobility issues. Wish more KOA had similar setups. The staff was friendly and very helpful and made my stay easier.

The staff were terrific, I luv that the sites are staggered/layered. The only thing is my dog Joe hated the acorns landing and rolling around on the roof, and there were lots of acorns.

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was tidy, perfect for the changeable weather and close to the BEST restrooms I've ever experienced camping. Staff hosted a KOA community Thanksgiving Pot Luck that was fun and a warm touch for families and travelers.

As usual, very nice KOA campground, friendly staff only suggestion that I have is to remove that first KOA sign coming in on the right confusion. All you really need is just that signed by your main entrance as far as dragging I had no problem. Thank you very much Doug Warren.

We had planned for one night which ended up being three due to trailer issues. The staff was very kind, could be all of Arkansas has a kind streak. Great people. The showers were 10/10. Beautiful campground.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
