Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! We could not recommend it more to other people. Melissa at the check-in desk was awesome and helped us with everything we needed and Jesse the campground manager completely excelled in making sure we were have a good time and had everything we needed. After some severe weather came in they were more than accommodating for our safety! Loved our stay at the KOA!!

I arrived for my stay and every staff member that I encountered greeted me happily. They helped me quickly add a night to my stay (I misspoke that I wanted to skip a night and come back). When I found my mistake I called and expected nobody to be in the office. I was exhausted and stressed out and she immediately switched my reservation and added a night. Great team of friendly helpful people

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. As far as feedback I would like to offer the cabin was not up to par on cleanliness. It could use a real going over and deep clean. I would also suggest blinds instead of curtains. At night when the inside lights are on you can see through the curtains. Blinds provide more privacy and look cleaner. Staff was great, loved the store and the campground.

Sewer backed up at our spot, spilled onto neighbors spot below. Drain backed up in shower. Something wrong with sewer system.

Very nice campground with the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a campground. Would highly recommend this KOA. 10/10!!! Tons of fun things for the kids to enjoy. The actual campsite (L8) was amazing. Large concrete patio with a great fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of seating. I didn't have to get my chairs out or my grill at all. Very accommodating. Will be back!!

This park is getting old and needs some maintenance work. A lot of the sites are terraced and need some shoring work done. The roads are narrow and with wash outs and some ruts. Think twice about staying here is you have a larger 5th wheel or trailer as there are only a few sites easy to get into.

We loved our stay at Hot Springs KOA! The staff is so friendly! They made sure we felt at home and went above & beyond to make our visit a memorable one. The cabins were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing - impressively upgraded, clean, and private. Close to the Hot Springs National Park, Lake Catherine State Park, and Garvan Woodland Gardens. We hope to come back!

We really enjoyed this campground. Fabulous helpful accommodating staff, very well maintained. A great place to stay when visiting Hot Springs as in very close proximity.

Loved this campground! The staff was amazing and the owner is such a sweet guy. Everything was clean and well maintained. As a group of girls traveling we felt very safe here. We’ll definitely be back, and I can’t wait to bring my husband next time!

This place is conveniently located near Hot Springs and is built into a hillside. The office closes at 4 PM so we had to navigate to our site via the map which is nice but unclear. We drove around the place 2x just to figure out how to get to our site. Perhaps some better signage would help. Site was nice, long and level. Utilities and staff were great as well.

We had a very nice stay and met some new folks along the way. Great hospitality. Keep up the great work. we will stay longer the next time so we can get all the activities in. Very affordable transportation to town and back.

Very nice and clean. Excellent customer service. The office staff gave great advice as to where to park and visit in the historical center. Coming back to the campground at night is tricky. Very dark with no lights at the turn.

We were only able to stay one night as we decided to beat the impending storms home. But we have been to this KOA before and we will go back. The management was vey helpful and kind. The facilities are clean and well kept and INVITING. We really like this KOA.

We arrived late, after dark but the info left for us was easy to find and helpful to aid in us locating our site. Campground is adequate but a little “tired” I would say. The challenging site on a hillside required a lot of retaining walls which make maneuvering a little challenging. Bathroom was clean. Because of a short stay we didn’t use the amenities. Location to NP is very convenient.

Enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant atmosphere and accommodating. Loved the chairs with the fire pit and gas grill. The employees were friendly. Would recommend anyone to stay at this KOA if your out this way. My God bless you and keep you safe.

The park staff was very friendly and accommodating. Getting into the park and navigating around the park is a little challenging due to the many hills and steepness of the hills. We did damage our rear mud flap when leaving. Very nice setting amongst the hills and trees.

We loved our site at Pond with a propane grill, table for 4 and two rocking chairs around the fire pit. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they do a great job keeping the grounds and bathrooms clean and tidy. Several of the staff live on site and take pride as if it is their home.

Really nice. The site was excellent with all the amenities you could want. The campground was built when rvs were smaller so some of the turns getting into sites and around the campground are a bit tight. The only improvements we could see were the dog park is not in a central location and the open wifi was a no go for the security on our Apple devices and laptops but worked fine on the TV.

This is a beautiful park with extremely helpful and friendly staff. We were here three days, extending our stay by one day because it was so nice. The laundry room was very nice. We even left a sock in the dryer and staff tracked us down to see if it was ours. Will stay here again!

Very helpful at checkin, towels in cabin too thin!!! Goodwill has better towels. We had delivered to our cabin our bought wood for a fire but it was too thick pieces of oak and not rough wood and it didn’t burn��. Overall very nice experience

An oasis in the middle of Hot Springs! It is clear that the owners are investing in this property and giving attention to the smallest of details. Located with in a 15 minute drive of the Historic District, this KOA is worth a try when in the area.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. A shuttle service is provided to downtown which is very nice for a nominal fee. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. We stayed on the back in site with the deluxe patio that had very nice rocking chairs and a round table with chairs. Also a gas grill is provide for bar-b-que. We will definitely be staying here again.

As a vip rewards member and you gave us the worst pull thru site you had. Our 35ft fifth wheel just about didn't fit. With no room for our truck. Very disappointed.

Very accommodating as we stayed 2 nights a few days after a 8” snowfall. The crew worked hard getting our sight safe. We will be back when the weather warms up and we will enjoy the amenities. Kudos to management and crew

Campground was very clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Hot Springs was close shuttle was nice and the shops and attractions at Hot Springs were enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
