We were traveling with family and were placed side by side in "garden" and "pond". Nice shade, loved the pond, quiet area. We would request those sites again. The office staff and grounds keepers were very friendly and recommended restaurants in the area. Campground is hilly but we would definitely stay again. ****

The facilities were very nice and the people were also. Everything ran smoothly from check in to departure. Only improvement suggestions would be better signage for people to pick up their dog poop in the dog park; and work on the shower drains, all of them appeared to drain slow.

As usual, the staff was great. The grounds were not as kept up as other KOAs we have been to. The men's room struggled to remain clean, albeit, Saturday was a rainy day. Something felt less clean, less kept up about this KOA. Not sure I would stay again.

The facilities are clean. The staff are super friendly. The KOA is located 10 minutes from town. We stayed in a cottage cabin, which had a shower and other amenities. I’d highly recommend considering this as a lodging option if you plan to visit the Hot Springs area.

The only thing that we weren't happy with was that we could not watch TV. Not everyone has RUKO, Prime, etc....

Smaller campground, but excellent. Each site has a nice table and chair set, and even a gas grill. Bathrooms in the main building were clean and private.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They accommodated my unexpected week stay in the hospital insuring that my site and RV were secure. Extending my stay longer than planned was easy and definitely worth it. Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and even helped me set up my RV to stay for a bit to recuperate. Thank you so much to all of you here @ KOA!

We had a great visit to your park! We stayed at the “pond” pull-thru RV site. It had a nice brick fire pit, new patio chairs, rockers and table. It also provided a gas grill that was clean and ready to use. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We used the campground shuttle van to transport us into town and pick us up. It was clean and on time. Excellent experience! Thank you.

Great place all around. Friendly staff, well stocked store, nice bathrooms. The shuttle service to downtown and National Park was just what we needed to spend our rest day exploring.

Wish we had more time! We enjoyed our cabin stay. It had everything we needed. The campgrounds were very nice and Betty at the office/store was very welcoming. I loved seeing so many pets being walked in the morning! Just an overall nice experience. We will be back.

Hot Springs KOA continues to be right at the top of our favorite KOA destinations; we went about 100 miles out of our normal route just to spend a few days there again. The Office/Store staff is way beyond normal, delivering superior service, friendliness, great advice, and a genuine joy is what she does!! Pricing there is a great value. We'll def be back!! Just a word - shower heads need work!!

Nice place with friendly staff. Problems are attended to very promply. The lights on the sites are too high though, shine right into RV windows. Follow text instructions for arrival. You will drag even with a rear bathroom RV

Very friendly manager and nice clean bathrooms. We stayed in a cabin that was a bit smelly and backed right up to the highway. The chairs on the porch and sitting area had to be wiped off in order to sit in them. Had to walk by the unopened pool (a bit too early in the season) that was quite unattractive and had many ‘critters’ (very loud frogs in the evening…)

Please dont lose the lady at the office. Nicest human ever. On the phone, and in person. As a young person traveling alone, she instantly made me feel like I had a best friend there at the office I could call. Also the texts close to the office closing offering to bring campers things was so nice. Felt like family.

Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. Receiving the text messages about events was great. Jesse went out of his way to assure we had a 5 star time. Thank you we will be back!

Located in a beautiful setting, it was so peaceful to wake up to the birds in the trees. Everyone was very welcoming. One of our favorite camp sites so far!

Spent 3 nights, accommodations were great. Conveniently located, easy access , nice amenities,, especially the supplied outdoors propane grill at each rv site !! Traveling in a Class B camper limits you to accessories, thus was delightfully surprised to see the grille,, steaks one night and breakfast one morning on the grill !! Betty ( in the office) very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

I gave a low rating as this park is not Big Rig friendly very steep sharp corners .The office staff are great The guy who took us to our spot dropped us off and left no advice help Also the manger talked to other guests nothing to us .We had a hydraulic line leak we couldn't stay as no vacancy thankful we got repaired even then the manger was around and still showed no concern. It is nice tho

Staff was great. Jessie was the most friendly manager that we saw. Entrance is rough, and some of the spots are tough to get in and out of without scraping the bottom of your RV.

So far one of the best KOA parks we have stayed at. Trees, quiet, friendly staff. They had a shuttle to the National Park which we used a few times.

Overall I had a mixed (but mostly positive) experience at the Hot Springs KOA. The camping grounds are beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. I had stayed at this particular KOA once before, in the spring of 2024. With my most recent stay, I noticed that the amenities had been scaled back somewhat. The cabin I booked also did not have hot water, and I only received a 10% discount for this

We were there two years ago and it was great but they took away our kids favorite parts, the free fishing poles for the pond and the mini golf. We won’t be back unless those amenities return.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
