This is my 4th stay at KOA in Hotsprings, when i have family to visit, I book cabins though a local, to stay at the KOA in Hotsprings. We love it. Super nice workers. Only complaint once was an AC and last visit was a hard bed in L3. Everything else has been top grade.

KOA came in clutch when we arrived to town at 9:30 PM and realized we had accidentally booked the wrong night elsewhere. The stay itself was fine, but the after-hours experience had frustrations. No answer at the after hours number (received a call back days later), available tent sites were inaccurately listed, and restroom codes were nowhere to be found. We had to ask another guest for help.

Fabulous location and great amenities. The deluxe kabin was great and very close to the laundry which I appreciated. Close to all of the things Hot Springs has to offer. Highly recommended.

New manager doing lots of upgrades and tree trimming. We enjoyed our time there. Cleanest bathrooms around. We’ll be back.

Cabin was great, I have to use a walker or wheel chair to get around,. we rented #1 and I had room to use my walker. Folks were great. Camp spots look good. Only thing I will say is there's lots of hills in the park so walking was hard, there was no path for me to take my dogs to the dog park. As well as sugar ants in the cabin (thats going to happen. They were sparying while we were there).

The staff greeted us with smiles and answered our questions during our stay. Cindy, Rachel and Mike were extremely professional, courteous and provided superior customer service. The facilities were well maintained, KOA staff were busy cleaning restrooms, performing timely repairs and offering up unique experience such a s’mores happy hour. The shuttle is an additional service, that was great!

This was our second time staying here! Fantastic KOA, lots of trees, kids had a blast! It's also a great location to visit the Hot Springs NP area. Will definitely stay again.

As always we love staying at your campground. This time however we chose a pull through rather than a back in and, because if no fault of yours, the person who made our reservations did not supply our correct camper dimensions so we were quite cramped in the spot we had. We were unable to put our awning out, etc. We will ensure next time the correct camper info will be indicated.

The stay was amazing. Everything was great. My only suggestion is more hooks in the cabins for hanging bags. Can't wait to come back.

We absolutely love this KOA! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic. We've stayed here several times, and when we decided on a last-minute getaway with our grandkids, there was no question this would be our destination. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool, the games in community building and making new friends.

I did not intend to walk in 5 minutes before they closed but the staff didn't rush me, she went through all of the information and even said I could extend my stay the following morning if I liked to. I would have loved to but I happen to be stopping through during a heatwave and passed on the opportunity.

We only spent one night in a cabin so it’s hard to say. I will say the smell at the bathrooms near the office was bad. I’ve stayed at much better cabins at other KOA’s. Staff was very friendly.

This park is nestled in the hills outside the town of Hot Springs AR. It's a short drive to the national park and the village of Hot Springs. Park itself is quite hilly but the roads are manageable. My site wasn't very level but was large enough for me to park my towed vehicle. Utilities worked without issue.

Super friendly check in staff and main building was nice. However, the sites need some work. Our site had a huge dip at the entrance where the water washed away the gravel. Made it hard to pull into and especially out of our site. Had to put the truck in four wheel drive. Needs major work. Laundry room in lower camp was small and needs cleaning and work as well.

The site we have originally chose was very sunny so after we were there, we asked if we could move to a shady or side and they accommodated us very smoothly without any problems. It was awesome. This is our second year returning to the KOA in Hot Springs and we definitely enjoy our time there and the close proximity to Hot Springs downtown is awesome.

The cabin that we stayed in was very welcoming and extremely clean. It was pet friendly very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us as well.
