This is a very nice campground. It is conveniently located to the town of Hot Springs and it’s many attractions. It’s very quiet and well maintained. All of the amities are easily accessible and nearby.

First two days started and ended with dogs (4) next to us barking at anything/anyone that moved. Owners said one was feral and it would not stop barking and would bite if too close�� That was my que to avoid that side of our camper. Watch the garbage truck running out of the campground at a high rate of speed. Was quiet after dogs left. Enjoyed music one evening.

I only stayed one night. I plan to return and explore the area more. The only recommendation I have is that they install darkening window covers in the cabins. The cabin I had only had mini blinds and that does not block out the lights from the campground.

The grounds are very clean and well maintained and the whole staff are extremely friendly and helpful we had an amazing time

The cabin was perfect! And they waved the early check in for us (only for this year we were told) which was nice since we got there 2 hours before the normal check in time! The staff are extremely friendly and the campground was clean and shaded which made it nice for when we walked our dogs. Only 2.5 miles from bathhouse row so it was very conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice and well maintained campground. The shuttle service to downtown was an excellent choice for avoiding traffic and parking issues.

The nicest and most efficient staff working the office. I don't remember the lady's name, she and her husband are working this season--she was excellent at picking a site to meet our request and was very good at providing information on area restaurants, attractions, etc..

Paid for Premium site but had to share patios with neighboring Rv facing our Rv so close awnings touching. Site was not level, and water pressure was very low. Exit very skinny road against one way traffic

People next to our cabin were loud past quit time. RV above had loud barking dogs most of the day. In the middle of the night when we went to take our dogs out a dog was running around lose.

Very quiet, clean and well maintained campground. Highly recommend it for travelers visiting the Hot Springs area.

The only thing I found wrong was the showers needed to be cleaner. Other than that, our stay was great! Enjoyed the pool....and it was clean! Great location. We arrived at the end of the day and the lady that checked us in was very pleasant. That seems to be rare anymore.

Neat, clean, friendly.... has everything you need. The cabins with the bathrooms are excellent, comfortable beds, tv, coffee, patio area, porch spring.

it was quiet, well maintained & clean, and in a good area that was close enough to where we wanted to explore. staff was friendly, courteous, & helpful.

We really appreciated the Staff's warm hospitality. We enjoyed the Campground Private Shuttle Service that took us to and from the downtown area so we could enjoy exploring without the concern of parking.

Had a beautiful site and staff was awesome. They even provided shuttle service to go down town. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place �ϋ�

We always enjoy our stays at this KOA, and our fifth visit was just as wonderful! We rented three cabins, and all were spotless. A special thank-you to Kiki for making sure everything was ready for our early check-in. Betty is always so helpful and friendly, Cindy and Justin went above and beyond by organizing a Sunday morning train ride for the grandkids before check-out since we missed Saturday!

We were only there for one night but the park and our cabin were very nice. We had no problem with anything like highway noise. The only problem we had was one that would be hard to fix with a small cabin that had one window air conditioner. It was 106 degrees outside when we arrived and the inside of the cabin was 90 degrees. It was very late at night before it started to cool down.

Very comfortable, staff very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed it, however, I don't think it is for everyone. Could use some upgrades, a little difficult to locate. However is convenient to the city, has a nice laundry & pool, but older guests who like to walk, beware....lots of hills, tight turns and close to your neighbor.

Our stay was really awesome. The campground is tucked away and feels like its own little escape. The staff is always doing something to improve or keep things ready to go for campers. We were very impressed with this visit as the only other time we had stayed was following Covid year and even then we enjoyed it. We are already planning another trip!

Very quiet ,restful, laundry facilities were clean and operational.Hosts were welcoming and informative. Campgrounds were well kept and easily located off highway.

The park was clean. Bathroom was clean. The pool was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the roads in the park are kinda narrow and could be challenging for a big rig or new RVer. Over all a very nice KOA.

The one set of restrooms wasnot as clean as others and there seemed to be people just wandering in the park.

We stayed at the lodge cabin. Really need to upgrade, very old. Had ants all in the kitchen area. Bedroom fan made such a noise, we were not able to use. Refrigerator was rusted on the outside. Horrible sofa/ futon. No where to put clothes away, Porch needed to be power washed, thick green gunk.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly. We enjoy cooking over a campfire so we were a little disappointed with our fire pit which was smaller than the others around us. What made it difficult was the height and size of the grilling area, which we felt was too small and too short. Other than that we had a wonderful time, thank you.

The cabin that we stayed in was very welcoming and extremely clean. It was pet friendly very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us as well.

Great well kept camping getaway spot. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could stay longer. Will plan to come back for sure.
