We arrived on Sunday and the Campground office was closed so they left a map to find our site. I requested pull-through for a 40' Motorhome plus tow vehicle and although there were not that many RVs there, we were given (in my opinion) the least desirable and smallest pull through that I saw. The roads were very tight for an RV our size to navigate. Also I was given wrong code to enter bathrooms

The campground is in a beautiful setting, is very well maintained and the sites are spacious and well layout. The staff were very nice and helpful and the bonus was there are nice grounds and trails for walking our dog! The campground is very convenient for getting to bathhouse row. Really nice place to stay overnight or for a few days.

We arrived early afternoon, after the recommended check in time and the office was closed. The entrance/exit to the park was a steep incline. Our site was large and level.

We enjoyed our stay in a nice pet friendly cabin - close to all the best Hot Springs offers! We did have some issues with popped breakers and no hot water but Jesse was quick to fix! We will definitely be back to this KOA as a favorite pet friendly destination.

The stay went well, great staff. Internal of the cabin was in good shape and updated. The outside of cabin needs some up keep with the landscape. Flower pot boxes falling apart and has not been touched for years, maybe just need to be removed to make the cabin look better.

This is by far my favorite KOA. It’s an easy trip into town and there are multiple trails throughout the campground to walk

When we arrived at the Hot Springs KOA we were greeted by Jesse the manager, he was very helpful setting us up with a great campsite even giving us a lead with his ATV to the site. Had a couple of great conversations and recommendations for restaurants and things to do,very professional and helpful and would come back again.

We so enjoyed the spot that we had next to the pond. It was also nice that there were not very many campers there this time of year and we definitely hope to come back.

Staff very helpful. Jessie was great when we checked in he helped us get in our site. Campground very clean. Will be back in the summer when not so cold.

Thank you to the staff member who guided us in and picked up the dog poop left behind. 3rd time staying here- always on our stop- just be aware of the steep driveway in/out and prepare for the curvy roads- unique and beautiful place to stay short or long.

My husband and stayed in the smaller cabins and really enjoyed our experience! The cabin and bathrooms were very clean and well kept. We liked that the cabin was equipped with a heater as it made for a way more comfortable stay during the winter too!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hot Springs KOA. We never were able to find/connect to wifi and it didn’t bother us so we never asked about it. We expected the breakfast griddle to be open but apparently it’s not available at this time of year. The facilities were as expected and grounds were great. Site was level and well maintained. Beautiful spot and nice for walks. Unfortunately our neighbors were very noisy but to no fault of the campground. Would come back to Hot Springs.

Great KOA with wonderful private restroom and shower setup. Only negative was with late arrival without reservation we did not have codes and Office doesn’t open until 10AM. Not ideal for the late night registration but wouldn’t be a problem with regular registration.

Rented 4 cabins for Christmas along with Grandpas Griddle. Everyone was friendly and helpful and cabins and grandpas griddle was clean.

Broken heater never got replace, pick a cabin I use all the times I’ve gone and was put in another cabin. So if you want brown cabins you better call to make sure you get it, Towels were so thin you could almost see thru the. I’ve camp here for over 20 yrs and never had a problem new owners take over and they don’t care

The cabin was the perfect size for me. The bathrooms were clean each day. The location was great. The only change I would make was that the microwave was in the store, and that closed at 6pm. The restaurant/kitchen was closed. For those of us without an RV, it would've been nice to have a microwave somewhere else too. Not a big deal, and still an amazing place to stay!

We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied with the campground. Sites were large and all amenities worked as expected park was clean staff friendly and access to and from main highways was easy. Nice place to stay and they had a shuttle bus to downtown hot springs which was great as parking was practically non existent. Bus was free and ran every 2 hours.
