The park was very crowded - all the RVs and campers were squeezed in like sardines. Definitely would NOT recommend staying here. The only good thing was the check in staff (Betty + others) who were very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our cabin was clean and our bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was a bonus. Beautiful atmosphere and very peaceful.

The park staff were all very friendly and helpful. The campground, while cramped was well keep, but five aggressive dogs, some of which appeared to be Pitt mixes, surrounded my wife and I while walking our dogs. Thankfully they did not bite but I’m sure that if either of our dogs had shown any aggression in return, that we would have been attacked. No one should be exposed to what we were.

We stayed overnight at Hot Springs National Park KOA and had a good experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided great guidance for site access. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Be aware that roads, turns, and sites are tighter than most KOAs, making maneuvering challenging for larger RVs. Also watch the steep entrance and follow staff directions to avoid dragging. Overall,

This is an older KOA, it was very nice and you can tell the manager and employees are working hard to do updates and repairs. The cabin was clean but old...it could use a remodel or at least a refresh (new paint, blinds,futon, bed/ mattress). The appliances worked but could be updated. We did enjoyed the shuttle service to bathhouse row. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Great pool and campsite! They may want to consider upgrading the bathroom facilities sooner than later. They appeared dated and wearing out.

This was our 3rd stay at this KOA—and that probably says everything because we’ve already booked another cabin for late June! This visit was especially meaningful because we brought together six other couples for a celebration of birthdays and long-time friendship. With friends traveling from both Kansas and Arkansas, it was the perfect place to reconnect, relax, and make new memories together

We had a great time. facilities are awesome and the staff is friendly. The shuttle option is great, but maybe add on Garvin Gardens in the summer? I know that location isn't easy to get to all year. Also the pool staying open a little later would be good for families. It's probably an insurance issue, but it closes when the office closes. 6pm on a summer night is a little early.

Bathrooms not supplied with soap nor paper towels Vacationers RV site mixed in with unkept live there RV Unsupervised small children in roadways with large trucks and rigs going down hill. All street lights in tent area not working. Man with loaded double chest holder wandered around park. Employees unaware.

Stay was great! Only thing I did not like were the chiggers….. I did not go any where in tall grassy areas but still got chiggers. Not sure if you can spray general camping areas but it would probably help.

Beautiful campground and cabins! We enjoyed our stay in cabin KT8. Had great evenings at the pool. The lodge has nice amenities for gatherings.

The only thing that we didn't care for was people who used the dog pens that they weren't allowed to use. Also people who left their dogs in the camper by themselves barking up a storm.

We had a wonderful stay in KL01 deluxe cabin. Everything was provided for our 3 night stay. We loved the cabin's location overlooking the pond, close to the pool and the road to Hot Springs Row. We enjoyed our fire in the evening and coffee sitting on the porch swing. We love it!

We were happy with our stay at Hot Springs NP KOA! Betty at check-in was great! She offered to move our site to be closer to the restrooms/office, which was greatly appreciated! It was also more convenient to get to the shuttle to go into town. We were happy taking the shuttle to enjoy the restaurants and mineral bath at the Quapaw Bathhouse. Good staff and good text communications!

Tight sites. Fifth wheel with pull thru site barely had room to park after unhooking. Raw sewage bubbled up in site below ours. Notified employee driving by he apologized and said it would be taken care of asap. Nice campground but it’s aging. All employees were outstanding.

Such a cute campground nestled on a hill. Staff was really friendly. Nice dog park for our beasts that needed some off the leash play time. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy. Highly recommend!!

We had a great family vacation thank you all for making it so special the park was great very clean bathrooms and showers with great hot water that's always a plus we loved it and can't wait for our next stay

The new camp host Mike and the rest of his crew treated us great it was a great experience for our second family reunion at the Hot Springs KOA. We had 34 family members for our family reunion and everyone had a great time with a mixture of cabins and campsites.

Very new to trailer camping and had a few issues ourselves with our trailer. The Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The grounds were nice and well kept. It was a wonderful stay.

Location and restrooms were good and good shape for restrooms. The cabin we stayed in was the worst in shape compared to all other KOAs. The cabin flooring were all falling a part, blinds are all damage and broken, ac couldn't really keep up, and the exterior needs some rehab . Second time staying at this location, no real improvements since last stay, a few years ago.

Staff is good. Bathrooms were not so clean. Camp sites are small and can be difficult to get to. Store is spartan. They do offer $5 shuttle rides down town which is pretty cool. Very hilly. Bathrooms are unusually far away from the campsites. The last day I was there, staff accidentally double booked my spot. There was a lot of confusion and the other camper got grumpy. It did get resolved.

Cramped crowded camp sites. Very little area to walk dog. Many grassy areas have grass/weeds knee high. Staf was, however, friendly. Dangerous entry and exit. Many rigs scrape pulling in and out.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
