Un level space, too much light at night, too narrow, couldn't use awning for shade and closes bathroom was a disaster needing cleaning.

No paper on the night check-in kiosk, so we guessed where we were supposed to go based on our own problem solving. Showers were hot and bathrooms were but need some serious work.

We had a enjoyable experience at the Hot springs AR KOA the staff were very helpful and answered my questions about the area they treated us like family.

The sites are nice but the campground lay out a bit wonky and very hilly. The owners were friendly and the grounds very clean.

What a great RV park we found. The KOA campgrounds are always a delight but this is our #1 now. Betty and her fellow people were so nice, kind and professional. They all made it a great stay! We will be back!

Betty who answers phone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Bathrooms and cabins were spotless and comfortable. Dog trail and park clean and pretty

This is a beautiful park in the woods with happy and helpful hosts. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hookups were easy and neat. The park is cleverly designed around the topography. There is a store/office combination and a handy bathroom in the same building. And it’s a beautiful place. Did I say that already?

Nice park. Well maintained. Friendly Staff. The turn up the hill at the entrance is very steep. Front cap of 5th wheel almost contacted the bed rails of the truck. Enter with LEFT turn in, NOT a RIGHT.

This was our first stay at the KOA in Hot Springs, and we really enjoyed it. We used the campground primarily as a basecamp for exploring Hot Springs National Park and the surrounding area, rather than as a destination campground. We also took a day trip to Little Rock to visit the State Capitol, Clinton Presidential Library, and MacArthur Museum.

The staff were superb and very helpful. Our stay was very relaxing and lovely.The only recommendation we suggest is to upgrade the mattresses in the cabins. Very, very uncomfortable, legs and arms kept going numb.

Beautiful campsite! Lots of trees and shade. The employees were super nice and helpful. Nice pool area but didn't use it. Nice clean bathroom and shower facilities. Only stayed one night, but would have liked a longer visit. Would definitely recommend this KOA.

Was amazing....rented a cabin with bathroom for 5 days ...pets loved it quiet clean and will definitely rent again next visit to hot springs...staff was great

Good location to visit downtown Hot Springs. Roads can be narrow, sites are not level, water pressure very low. Not one of my favorite KOA’s but an adaquate stay.

I stayed for six days in a nice level shaded camping spot in my RV. The bathrooms/showers were impeccably clean and looked fairly new. The KOA store was well supplied with drinks, ice cream, snacks, OTC medicines, and camping supplies/utinsels. The camp has nice paved roads that were easy to walk. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Not too far from Hot Springs National Park. Campground was great. Nice showers with private bathrooms. Entrance to the campground was a bit steep, but they communicated well about what roads to take to avoid any trouble getting in. Overall great experience!

Nice campground. A little tight but not bad. Quiet, clean and staff was nice and friendly. We had the buddy site, deluxe, it was really nice to hangout with friends, I’d stay here again.

Hot Springs Campgrounds are very well maintained, the facilities are very nice and clean, the sites offer a level pad and trees, and there is a shuttle into Hot Springs. What really made this KOA one we would go back to was the staff, as walk-ins they made us feel welcomed right away, the staff were very helpful, and everyone was very friendly, from the office staff to the shuttle driver!

This was one of the nicest KOA‘s that we have had the pleasure to stay at. Staff “Betty” was gracious, informative, helpful, and genuine. The type of personable interactions you seldom receive unfortunate, in today’s culture. I would rate them as one of the best and highly recommend. This KOA was very clean and stayed that way. Jason our shuttle guide to downtown was very knowledgeable

With the exception of one of the cleaning persons, all the employees were very nice and helpful. The TV in cabin 6 never worked. The key pad locks to the baths are questionable. One didn't work at all from the outside. The manual dial on the insides of another one did not work either. Someone is going to get trapped in there one late night...that won't be pleasant.

Needed additional pots & pans (skillet too small & terrible bent), cups, butter knives, dinner plates to be able to accommodate 6 people. Bedroom table filthy on bottom self, baseboards behind bedroom door filthy as well as bath baseboards. Hot water nonexistent in shower. Beds were comfy, however.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The cabin we stayed in, SL4, was clean and had several amenities such as dish soap, coffee/filters and a coffee maker. The camp activities were a lot of fun. The RV sites did look small, but there was plenty of room for the cabin since no RV parked next to it. There was a burn ban, so I really appreciated the use of the gas grill in the club house.

The cabin that we stayed in was very welcoming and extremely clean. It was pet friendly very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us as well.
