We only got to stay one night, but everything was clean and it offered things to do right there at the park. It was very relaxing which is something I seldom get to do.

The park was nice, but our site was not. I paid extra for a pull through thinking it would be better. It was site L4 and was not level and small, and no room to park cars and the picnic table didn’t even fit on it. So everyone’s cars were partially blocking the road. I am really bothered that I paid extra for a bad site ($68)

Well, I previously sent you a message and have not heard from anyone. It was horrible awful day. We were in a pool through behind the cabins. bathrooms had been closed all day due to repairs. Once reopened my better half went to use the men’s toilet. smaller toilet was stuffed full of toilet paper, larger toilet falling over. Management called us liars over the phone. Cabin was cute & cozy. Love the location, clean grounds. Absolutely Loved the porch swing and walk up ramp to cabin. Bed was very uncomfortable, not enough toilet paper(we were to busy to tell office, but should of been more anyway, weitherwe extended our stay or not). Otherwise had a great stay. Office staff is amazing, helped with everything. I'll just have to bring a mattress topper next time.

Our cabin wasn’t ready for an hour after check-in (4pm vs 3pm). The kitchen trash was left full, and there were dirty socks left under the bunk. We stated we would wait and then come back to the office. When we walked back to the office it was closed. It would have been nice if the office staff mentioned the closing time, considering they were aware we had to wait an hour to get into our cabin

We stayed 2 nights with our daughter and her 2 children in one of the deluxe cabins w/bathroom and mini kitchen. It was cozy, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Also, the location away from major roads made it calm and quiet. Honestly, the only complaint is that the WiFi is awful.

It was awesome! We hosted a 3 day event with about 20 guests. Jesse and his staff were so accommodating and helpful with everything! We would love to do another one soon!

We stayed for at KOA for a long weekend. We chose the Deluxe Cabin. It is adorable, comfortable and well equipped. The porch swing and outdoor seating fire pit was a big plus. Jesse, one of the caretakers, always made sure we we well taken care of. I look forward to another fun weekend soon!

Our cabin was cozy and warm. The location to downtown and a few parks was a short drive. Jesse made sure we had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you to his team for the hospitality.

Great campground with easy access to the national park. We went to the downtown area where all the hot springs resort hotels are. Then cruised the park. Great location for your base of operations with nice clean showers.

Overall it was very nice. We did a late check in and i was very happy with the ease of everything except for the fact that it took about 15 mins or so to finally get a person to give me the bathroom code. Several phone calls to several numbers i finally got it. Nice bathrooms.

Office closed early, was unable to buy firewood because of this. Heater in cabin did not begin to keep it warm. Pretty miserable experience compared to our other trips to this KOA.

This is very pretty campground on multiple levels. I appreciated that each site is lit which makes walking the dogs in the evening not scary. Also, we had to extend our stay several times because home was hit with an icy/snowy storm and I have to say they were very gracious to accommodate. Note: there are bathroom showers and a laundry also on the lower level. A great stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied with the campground. Sites were large and all amenities worked as expected park was clean staff friendly and access to and from main highways was easy. Nice place to stay and they had a shuttle bus to downtown hot springs which was great as parking was practically non existent. Bus was free and ran every 2 hours.
