Very helpful and friendly! The reworking of the buildings and camp sites are great � lots of trees! Just a word of caution! Roads are narrow and steep but navigable! Close to town and spa’s! LOVED the place, highly recommend it

This was our second time staying here. In our novice KOA experience, this is the best one that we've stayed at so far. The property layout is great, and the staff is excellent! There is plenty for the kids and pets to do. Plenty of space to stretch your legs. I hear there are many improvements coming to the property in the near future. We look forward to visiting again!

It was good, they were getting ready to close so it was all good, I asked what there hours were and vague said they change with no elaboration on when theyu change. I did like the park it was very nice, and restrooms clean.

Park needs updating. WiFi was unreliable. Very tight for even our 25 ft class They said they were updating

We were there for 9 nights. Wi-fi went out after day 6 and did not come back. When I inquired about it, first it was blamed on electrical work being done at the park, then on the external provider. Electricity was intermittently out for three days due to site redo. We were informed by text whenever it was going to be out. Sites are packed in tight, with almost no room between sites. Not going back

The park was great overall. The staff was very friendly. The location is pretty close to most things. There was a lot of construction happening during our stay. They are working on improving some areas. The park area for kids is very rundown. Sites with patios were nice. Sites are very close to one another so there is limited privacy. Nice overall! Friendly staff made it nicer!

Scores would have been higher. We had no TV on the weekend of March Madness -- all wires cut, we were told, which is weird. We came to attend AK Derby. Last year there was a shuttle, not this year. Amenities at the campground were not open. Okay. Room was clean, set up was nice. Like I said, it could/ve been higher.

Because the weather was stormy, we were very disappointed to find out when we checked in that there was no cable or internet available. This should have been disclosed before we arrived.

Definitely a busy campground. Lots of other kids for our kids to play with which we really liked! The tent sites were good size, we fit 4 tents on it with room to move around. The bathrooms are decent, I do think they should leave a few extra rolls of toilet paper in them tho. Advertised that there would be fishing pond, pool, and tv. None of those were true. No heads up there was a burn ban. The mini golf was not up kept to be able to use. There was nothing to do.

Very nice. Appreciate the ease of access for late reservations. Two suggestions: The phone registration was either not working or not being monitored. There was no after hours pick-up to discuss the location. Cut off some of the lights at the camps after hours. Maybe put them on timers? It's very bright and tough to sleep. Overall great experience. Your bath houses are nice.

This is a very well managed and maintained KOA. Definitely one of the nicer KOA’s I have been to. We stayed in one of the mini cabins and it was well appointed. The beds were on the hard side, but for the price I think it is to be expected.

Very good accommodation late arrivals. Good location. Only negative is the water faucet wasn't working at the cabin rentals.

We had a wonderful time in our pop-up staying here. Easy access to bath houses, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and while we were on the side closest to the road the traffic really slows down after dark and you hardly notice it. Once the trees fill in I bet you never hear it.

All staff was friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the plentiful hot water in the showers and the delivery of firewood and trash pickup at my site. I feel spoiled! It was my first time at a KOA and a great experience! Thanks!

We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied with the campground. Sites were large and all amenities worked as expected park was clean staff friendly and access to and from main highways was easy. Nice place to stay and they had a shuttle bus to downtown hot springs which was great as parking was practically non existent. Bus was free and ran every 2 hours.
