I know a lot is going on (my understanding was just bought to be a KOA) There is construction, nothing disturbing, putting in paw pens, new outdoor furniture etc.. If you like to walk, you will get exercise. It has a lot of hills, I did like how it's not all in a row (rvs) . There are 4 over here, 5 there, 6 there etc.. nice layout. Very nice campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms/showers were great, with private access. The bathrooms were clean, but the handicapped bathroom/shower was not cleaned during the time we were there.

Beautiful park! Every slot seemed level and shady. Plus it was only a short drive to downtown. The park was in the process of upgrading the Internet/wifi, so we were without TV and Internet service during our stay. That was our only issue, but it should be resolved with the upgrade.

The park and staff were nice, as stated the park was under construction. The pool was closed along with the mini golf course. It appeared that the mini golf has been closed for quite some time. Was looking forward to putting a beat down on the links with our group:) We will stay here again and recommend it to all and everyone! This statement is at corporate: bring back the free Koozies!!

We had a wonderful time. The site was great. The bathrooms were really nice. We absolutely loved Hot Springs National Park and we had a lot of fun exploring the area.

We have stayed at this KOA for 10 years now. First in a camper now in the Deluxe Camping Lodges. The new patio furniture was great! It made the setting much more comfortable and enjoyable. There were a few things that needed touched up, like a slow shower drain in KL02, and the toaster replaced in KL01. We have already booked again for next year.

It is definitely an older campground, but this also means that it is well established with lots of beautiful trees. The parking spaces are tight and so are the roads but the pull through sites make it doable even with a large rig. My only complaint is that the bathroom had lots of hair in it.

It was fantastic! Super quiet, clean and cozy cabin, and a great fenced dog park for the furry friends. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway

Quick and easy check in. Park is well maintained and easy to set up camp. WiFi leaves something to be desired, but they were under construction and they said that was one of the things they’re working on. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, we had a great stay. Our site had electrical hookup issues when we arrived. We were able to move to another site and were given additional discount for our trouble which we really appreciated. Jesse was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again, beautiful views.

We had a great time. The only problem was the electricity kept going out on days intermittently. The managers warned us each morning thry were doing work but it was an inconvenience because the ac would not come back on automatically in our RV and we were worried about the dogs when we went into town.

The internet was totally unusable at my site This is unacceptable in 2025. Cable tv access has been terminated. Bathrooms need to be monitored for service more closely.

Unfortunately we were there during storm season, hard rains washed out pea gravel. Night spent in small unisex bathroom with other campers during tornado warnings was a real adventure. Disappointed that cable tv was not available. Not up to my normal expectations of a Holiday KOA.

Staff was very friendly. Sites were well graveled, flat and spacious. Bathrooms were clean. The dog park was large and grassy! Dog bag stations were scattered throughout campground, a nice addition.

This was my first experience with KOA. It did not disappoint. I will use KOA more in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied with the campground. Sites were large and all amenities worked as expected park was clean staff friendly and access to and from main highways was easy. Nice place to stay and they had a shuttle bus to downtown hot springs which was great as parking was practically non existent. Bus was free and ran every 2 hours.
