Weather sucked for one day, beautiful the next. Nicely trees for most camp sites. Clean bathrooms and showers, but the friendly staff is what made our stay more then pleasant.

Nice park close to Hot Springs. Staff very nice and helpful. My only concern I had a pull thru and the morning I left, it was blocked. We asked the people to move and they said you can’t get out that way. They seemed like locals. So I had to back out. I want to emphasize that a KOA employee showed up and another camper helped us out. He was VERY HELPFUL and apologized for what happened.

The staff are Awesome !! It was flooding rain when we arrived but they stepped right up and helped every way they could! A Great Experience even with the rain!

We enjoyed a safe, clean cabin, an excellent swimming pool that was well-maintained, and wonderful customer service. Thanks for taking good care of us as always!

Train ride for kids in the evening looked very unsafe… no helmets, no seat belts. Driver was going very fast, especially around turns. Place was very cramped. Not very relaxing.

Stayed in cabin ML3 for 2 nights. TV not working. Mouse droppings in the cabinets. Shower curtain was moldy. Staff was friendly.

Sites were not level. My front tires were 6 inches off the ground. Sites were very small.

My wife and I stayed here before in 2016. The bathroom improvements are GREAT. The only negative was the TV didn't work as well as the WI-FI. Management stated that this were in the process of being improved. Pool opened the day we left. I felt sorry for the family next to us. There 7 kids were disappointed. Downtown Hot Springs is very close. I highly recommend this KOA. Happy Camping!

We had a phenomenal time !! Facilities were superbly clean and all staff friendly. A shoutout to the manager Jesse, as he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our stay excellent. Will be back soon.

Other than the campsites being too close to provide some privacy for campsite activities, the Hot Springs KOA is VERY nice.

The campground was very nice. We stay in a lot of KOA's and Hot Springs KOA met our expectations. We were arriving late, after the store closed, so we called ahead and pre-purchased firewood asking for the wood to be placed in our site before our arrival. I'm thrilled to say the wood was in our campsite! It was a quick visit as we're traveling across the country but KOA never disappoints!

If I could give 10 stars I would, I really enjoyed my stay, the best and my favorite I stayed at yet!! the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Kabin was very clean/nice and well stocked with everything we needed! The campground was very pretty and well kept Enjoyed the whole stay and will be back again!

We always look for a pool when we book a cabin because we are usually on the bike. We had no notice online or when booking that their pool was not in working order so we were really disappointed. We also had a TV but no channels. The people were nice, the cabin was clean but there were no amenities for us. The over $100 a night was not worth it.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
