Definitely one of the better KOA’s. Managers Jesse and Nona go above and beyond. Very clean campground and facilities and you’ll love the shuttle service they offer to Hot Springs.

The camp is clean and peacefully quiet. We only had two concerns. The AC unit in the cabin had a weird smell and a brown fluid in the cool air vent. Secondly the cable or satellite for the tv was shut off. But I would go back to this KOA, after the upgrades are done.

One of the best campgrounds I’ve stayed at. Spot felt super cosy and tucked away in the trees and the staff was incredibly friendly. Even the heavy rain couldn’t dampen our spirits!

Good location in relation to site seeing. The parking sites were a bit tight for large rigs. Entrance to the campground on the road is a scrapper (not their fault) so slow down. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Most shopping and amenities are 10-15 min drive.

We enjoyed our cabin so much that we stopped on our way home with our new camper. Site was clean and daily level. Again such friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Clean showers. They have a shuttle to Hot Springs National Park for a small fee. That was great, no parking hassles.

Wonderful place, always happy to return here. Many Koa’s could learn a thing or two from this location, especially regarding the bathroom facilities, so nice to have individually private rooms.

Okay so my woman, myself, our dog, and granddaughter had a really really wonderful time/experience at the campgrounds of Koa, Koa holiday of Hot Springs Arkansas and will definitely be going back there soon and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel in Johann springs thank you KOA for your hospitality and have a great wonderful blessed day

Restrooms were very good. Tent campsite was nice but it was far away from the restooms. WIFI did not reach our tent campsite. Even close to the office, the WIFI was not great. I was told that the WIFI was outdated and didn't work well.

Beautiful sections throughout park. Nice staff. The bath/showers: paper towels not stocked in the dispensers over the two days we were there; bath shower heads flooded the outside area around the little bench in shower closet making the shower experience miserable.

Close to town but yet far enough away to feel like camping. The renovations and upgrading of the WiFi were a little inconvenient. The renovations will make this an exceptional place to stay

The staff was nice , but the grounds needed a little care. Our site was gravel, but overgrown with weeds. The sites were too close together for my liking.

Super friendly staff, pretty area with lots of trees, nice asphalt, close to many attractions. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, the WiFi was weak (they were working on it), and that we could not empty our tanks (seemed like a possible blockage in the system) and that the sewer tank from the site above us began to overflow and run down to our site as we were leaving.

Manager Jess extremely accommodating and wears many hats well. Loved the shuttle downtown and all the things to do. Staff were also accommodating and friendly. Bathrooms clean and large. Wii definitely come back again. Brent

We absolutely loved this park. It’s a more “natural” park which we prefer over a parking lot. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Lots of updates were taking place while we were there so we’re looking forward to returning to see what all has been done. Thank you so much for a wonderful month long stay!

the sign for entrance is too small and too close to the entrance. When pulling a trailer going up a major hill when first entering is bad as far as no momentum. the welcome is too far in off the main road with not a lot of parking for checkin and or waiting trailers

Betty who checked us in was very welcoming. Jesse was awesome with the shuttle to and from town. Great site and we met our neighbors for cocktails and stories at the patio by the pond. Our 40 footer with a tow was able to get in and out without any trouble. Great Job ALL!!

They are Under construction with no WiFi, no TV channel s, no shuttles to the springs. And restrooms where ok. We will have to try again next yr.

Stay was great, staff was excellent and bathrooms were clean. Only note is site we stayed in could have used a quick weed eat as the weeds were very long. Besides that we will be back.

We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied with the campground. Sites were large and all amenities worked as expected park was clean staff friendly and access to and from main highways was easy. Nice place to stay and they had a shuttle bus to downtown hot springs which was great as parking was practically non existent. Bus was free and ran every 2 hours.
