Our spot, D18, was loud due to traffic noise, it was hard to get into and our truck got damaged because of difficulty backing in. Our spot was tiered, very hard to negotiate with a 35’ camper. The park itself was nice and wooded.

The 3 long premium deluxe patio sites are not deluxe patio sites. They are long, but are gravel and have old picnic tables, old firerings and no patio. The staff that guides you and parks you should know something about parking a camper. If a call comes in to say a vehicle needs to be moved so the camper can get out of the campground after the stay....listen and don't just tell them to try.

Although it made it a bit more difficult to back into out camp space, I really liked the multiple levels of the park. Unlike most parks, this campground is not just a flat piece of dirt with few or no trees. The campground could be really nice if some repairs to the driveways entering the property and the access roads around the property. There is free WiFi, that as usual is barley adequate.

Awesome place to stay and all of the spots are shaded. A little tight on backing into the spots so you better be on your A game. I would definitely stay here again.

Second stay there. A bit difficult to navigate when arriving at night, due to lights being inoperative, but all in all, well above par for KOA.

We had a wonderful spot but was extremely unlevel side to side. This made setting up a challenge. Office staff were awesome and very friendly.

This KOA is a very pretty park. However, it’s somewhat tight when pulling a large 5th Wheel. I pulled a 40’ rig there for one night and found it a little difficult to get around once inside the park. I’ve been pulling for many years and found this park pretty narrow in comparison to other KOA’s. It’s doable, just tight. Everything else was very nice and I would recommend staying here.

The cabin was nice but had spiderwebs inside and needed a quick dusting but other then that is was good. Outside at night by the firepit we could smell the sewage from the campers on the hill above us. The patio could use some updating

We loved our stay here and extended two days. Betty was wonderful and picked the perfect spot for us. Close to everything and the pool was so clean! Speaking of clean-the lovely lady that cleans the restrooms does a great job!

The KOA was close to the National Park so that was convenient. The KOA itself had the nicest restrooms that I have ever had at a campground. The setting was nice and the staff was friendly.

We arrived late but check in was easy, however it was dark and couldn't see much. In the morning everything was very pretty, clean and the bathrooms were very nice. My only complaint was our cabin. There were cob webs hanging from the ceiling, one of the blinds was missing a piece which made it so anyone could see in and there was a locked door that made us feel creeped out.

campground was clean and quite, only stayed one night and was traveling on motorcycle, arrived after hours and office was closed but they left campground map for me to find my spot, bathrooms were clean, I left in the morning before office opened. campground felt safe and friendly, would stay again.

We usually stay in KOA Little Rock North but wanted to try something different. At KOA Hot Springs we reserved a pull through site for one night. On arrival we found our designated site was very tight and too small for our 30-foot trailer. We moved over to the next site and made it work. This KOA is pretty scenic but a little too confined for our taste.

I stayed with two other groups of campers, and the office was very accommodating in helping to put us close to one another. I stayed on the "Pond" site, and it was clean and comfortable. I had plenty of room and was able to gather with the other members of our group for meals and fellowship. It was close to downtown and the National Park campground. The store was well-stocked.

Campground is clean. Staff is friendly. We stayed three nights in a cabin and enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in our camper here as well. We definitely will be back! Thanks to all the staff!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and well maintain. It is located within an easy drive to everything we wanted to do in the Hot Springs. We'll definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.
