Excellent stay. Great hosts. Great camp store and immaculate restrooms and showers. The shuttle was truly very nice and the driver was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. Would return again and highly recommend.

We had a long pull thru with full hookups on gravel. Site was level and all amenities worked including the WiFi. The road leading into the campground is steep with evidence of rigs scrapping the roadway. The roads in the campground have several washed out areas that must be watched when driving thru. Very close to downtown Hot Springs.

This was my second stay here. Nice level sites with trees. Two clean laundry facilities with reasonably priced machines. The pool looks great and I will plan my next stay in season to make use of it. The staff are friendly and helpful. On this visit I asked to move sites and the manager was very kind and accommodating. Great customer service at this KOA.

For an old park it was okay. I have stayed at prettier journey and Good Sam's campgrounds. The office help was simply fantastic. We were going to do our laundry but decided against it due to cleanliness. The camping spaces were small and I did not appreciate a campfire next to my dining room window which needed to be closed. Propane only fire pits would be great and you could rent them.

Very nice location close to the heart of Hot Springs, bathhouse row, and the conversation center. Staff were awesome, facilities were ok, site was shaded and level.

This was very enjoyable; the office staff all were very nice and friendly. If you needed something they took care of it now. The man with the bread (sorry) I think was the owner and he was very nice and enjoy talking with you. We stayed their 5 nights and six days and we will go back again. We love site D22 because we have a small dog, it worked out great. 5 STAR Jeff

Our cabin was perfect and we enjoyed walking the grounds and using the dog park. Friendly, welcoming staff. It was a great stay while traveling with a dog.

The cabins were in a good location. There was enough room in the cabin to move around. Also really enjoyed the individual shower facilities. Also loved seeing the kids enjoying the train ride.

The Capground is great. Clean, friendly staff, lots of room to walk your dogs! We had a space with a private dog run, 5 steps from our trailer.

Really liked the pay shuttle service available to go downtown. The lower campground ladies room & disabled restrooms weren’t cleaned during our two day stay - I told the office rep that they needed some love and was told they have a cleaning schedule but for two days it wasn’t done. A bit disappointed since they touted sparkling restrooms. Not sure if I’ll return.

So rude! The site we were given didn't fit our 28' trailer. At the office Peggy was helping me when her colleague stormed in (man with beard) to yell at her, and completely ignore me. When he finally finished his rant, he said if I didn't like it I could get a refund, knowing I was stuck. He was a real jerk to Peggy and to me. Horrible experience!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.

Everything was great except the breakfast. I would advise against that/ pancakes served that were burned on both sides
