We absolutely loved our stay in the Teepee. The employees, especially Lisa, were friendly and kind. The only issue we had is a concern for safety in the teepee. There is a closet next to the bedroom that has a trap door that leads underneath the teepee and under the back deck .It is not locked and the door under the deck leading into it is not locked either. Anyone could enter, needs to be locked.

We had a wonderful time. The tree house was awesome. The staff was very polite and friendly. Great location if you're planning on visiting the Mammoth caves.

It was a wonderful experience. A lot of things for the kids to do. The sites are clean and spacious. The cabins are wonderful and clean. All the employees are friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.

The tree house was cute. We arrived late around 9:30pm. We prepared immediately for bed & my girls discovered the beds in the loft were not clean. We had not choice to have them sleep in them as it was past biz hours. The outside was very dirty also, tons of leaves which isn't the safest with all those steps & it needed a good pressure wash or wipe down. Furniture was too dirty to sit on.

Great campground!! Great employees!! Very clean!! Only issue was mattress. Folded up around us when we laid down. Hard for an old man like me to get out of bed once I was in it. Thanks for a great place for an overnight visit with our daughter and her family.

This is by far the nicest KOA I've stayed at do far. Many are more run down or just not updated with the nice finishes. And having a fridge with water and ice? WOW, I never expected that, great surprise. The views are wonderful, fire pit area was super nice. Only negative is not having much close by but there were activities if you drove a little further out.

This was our first time at a KOA site and we agreed we would look for KOA for future trips. We were very impressed with amenities to enjoy there, how everything was set up and run, how our treehouse cabin was, etc. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others as well!

This campground is amazing. We stayed in the covered wagons. They are reasonable and beautiful and the shower house is the nicest I have ever seen. Highly recommend

Very clean cabin the highway noise was not a bother but someone needs to fix the shower nob where you turn the water on because very hot water is leaking from it so you get burned because of it but it was doable to work around other than that the cabin and campground is very clean and beautiful

We rented a teepee and it was perfect. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely recommend and hopefully stay again. We want to try the treehouse and the wagons. Staff was very friendly and one of the cleanest campgrounds we’ve been to. Perfect location to Mammoth National Park and surrounding caves to explore

We had a great time. Love how secluded the cabins feel even with neighbors. We had to request bedding for the couch bed, and they only had one pillow to give. It was still ok bc I shared some off the main bed but having bedding already in the cabin would have been preferred since we needed it the first night and didn’t realize til too late/store closed. Still loved this place/the location to MCN

We enjoyed the campground. The description of the tree house was not complete enough. The televisions did not work and we were not advised that the ceiling on the loft was very low.

At almost $300 a night- dirty sheets, dog hair in loft, used bandaids on stairs. AC struggled to keep up due to dirty air filters. Back deck furniture cushions were moldy. Hornets nest was under cabin, and we were constantly chased by them. Told office 2x, and they sprayed. Child got stung. Cabin was built a year ago, and no tv still. Sliding door had no handle on outside. Pool was dirty & cloudy.

We had a great stay! Would definitely stay again! The only complaint would be that the rocks around the cabin were super sharp on my dogs paws so maybe a different kind of smooth rocks would be better and with out a lot of shade being able to let the dog swim somewhere would have been great, wanted to let him swim in the fish pond but the lady at the desk said the owners didn't like it.

The treehouse cabin was wonderful and we loved the patio below. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend the treehouse and the Horse Cave KOA.

It was a fun experience to stay in a tree house. There are only a few small challenges we faced that I would have otherwise given 10/10. Cleanliness- there was poop marks still on the toilet. Food stuck to clean silverware. A bug under the pillow- it's the woods I get it- sofa blanket was dirty/stained. 1(not full) roll of TP for 6 people 3 days. Overall my family loved staying in the tree house.

Fridge leaked, ice maker didn’t work, dishwasher was broke, toilet ran after flush, had to jiggle handle to stop.Deluxe cabin is right next to highway, very loud at night when sleeping. I felt like since the cabin wasn’t what it was advertised, they should have discounted my amount paid but when I checked out I told everything except the location of the cabin and the girl responded thank you!

We loved our stay in the Horsecave KOA treehouse #1. Nicely decorated & clean. BUT I slept on the couch, and was kept awake by itching.I assumed a mosquito had gotten in & was attacking me. I awoke with 13 bites but they are diff than mosquito bites. They itch more like tick bites, but my research says they’re likely bedbug bites since in a line or zigzag. Property clean, bathrooms need to be stocked in evening. By 10 pm half of the bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Highway produces a lot of noise pollution. Air conditioning not strong enough to keep up with summer temps- possibly add a fan?

Tv did not work in the cabins. They knew they had issues with their internet but were not upfront with the issue and were not able to fix the issue or not willing to do it.

What an amazing, relaxing stay! We were in the area visiting family and decided to splurge and stay in the treehouse cabin. I didn't want to leave!!! Beautiful views at sunset, tons of outdoor space, and stunning interior. Lots for kids to do. (I had to try the jumping pillow for myself! Highly recommend!) The staff are so sweet, especially Lisa. Places like this are why we stay at KOAs and not hotels! Can't beat it!

Had a really nice, level site. Great amenities and the bathrooms are top notch! Only issue we had was with the internet/TV connection. We wound up using our phones as mobile hot spots to watch tv....
