Sites to close to road. Kids coming out of the campers and are two foot from road. Sites were awful. Gravel, no grass or area to enjoy. Pull through site actually a parallel pull off. Highway noise was not for us. Lady on phone was very nice and helpful when booking.

The covered wagon was super cute and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and my kids loved the jumping pillow. The patio in front of the wagon was set up so well. Would suggest a paved path to the bathrooms. But the bathrooms were so clean and comfortable also. If you’re heading to Mammoth Cave, this is the spot to stay!

Stayed one night while traveling to Florida but the family has already said they want to come back and stay longer. Great KOA with the cleanest bathrooms we have ever seen. Lots of ways to stay weather camping, staying in a wagon or lodging in a treehouse. Staff was very welcoming. Stayed on site 84 which took some adjusting but got it leveled without blocks. Highly recommend this KOA!

The full hookup pull thru sites are on a steep slope (all 4 back tires off the ground by >5" to get level-not safe). The back-in full hookup sites require you to back up to the edge of a hill drop off. The pull thru water/electric sites felt like pulling off on the side of the road and I wouldn't have enjoyed sitting at campfire. The office staff were very nice, lots of great amenities.

The site was so lopsided there was no was to level the motorhome. Had to hold on to keep from falling out of bed. Would have stay two nights but none of the sites looked any better.

First campout of the season, this was a shakedown to see if everything worked. We have been here before and this was our second trip here. We love the area and the campground. If the season allows they have a great pool and things for the kids to do. Check out the new treehouse cabins and the teepee style cabins, I think they look awesome

Good location and well-kept campground. Clean laundry facilities, but only one working dryer. Neat having a horse on-site! And wild turkeys. We saw kids having a blast on the play equipment :) Only negative was no cable and no antenna reception at our lower tier campsite.

Nice people to deal with. Easy on and off highway. Level site. Would stay here again if passing through. Real convenient.

This campground was great! Lots of activities in close proximity to the campground and plenty of activities in the campground to keep my child busy and entertained. Staff was very friendly as well. Can’t wait to come back !

The facilities were very new, construction is ongoing, so clean but the value received for what we paid just really wasn’t there. Simple amenities were missing from the “deluxe” lodging. We would have been better served in an established hotel, and paid far less.

We generally like staying at KOA campgrounds but admittedly our experience wasn’t great. We had a “premium” lot situated close to the amenities, but the main ones which had us booking in the first place were closed like the pool and large slides. In addition the area itself wasn’t leveled which made the stay awkward in terms of water drainage, sleep, and overall comfort of staying in the R

We stopped in for one night. We were heading to Florida from MI and we just had our pop up tent. It was a cold night (25 degrees early AM) but the bathrooms and showers were toasty! A beautiful view to the west and a lovely campground. Reasonable rates.

We arrived at dark and it was really hard to see road up I towards the office. It didn’t help there was a car sitting in the private drive with its lights on that wouldn’t move or turn them off so we could see. Might want to consider a light post at the bottom of that drive. Everything else about our visit was great and we will come again. Excellent bathrooms �

The best KOA we have stayed at. When we are in the area traveling we always use this koa. The updates are amazing, I have never seen such great showers. Love that they have bathtubs. Didn't meet any staff, none around to rate but the place is so nice and clean.

The size of the lots are not conducive to long motorhomes. Not much grass. Lady working there was nice but we probably won't stay again.

I just want to thank them for a nice cabin and due to me not reading the entire reservation. I didn’t know that they didn’t have pillows or blanket for the futon. I called the after hours number and within 30 minutes there was a knock on my door. The lady had brought us a blanket and pillow. I thought that was so nice. This KOA is a really nice one!!

We canceled this reservation by phone and email. I called the KOA and spoke to the manager and she refused to provide refund despite offering to send screen shots of phone call and email. She refused and was very rude. I will be leaving a negative review on google and trip advisor.

Check in was a breeze. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival. The bathrooms were pristine. Our cabin was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

As a camper, just learning about KOA we could not be any happier With every avenue of service that this place has to offer. Very very clean and extremely accommodating. Amazing bathrooms and showers. They have truly put a lot of thought into the creation of each piece of property. And the staff is hard at work In the background and will come to your aid if you need them. And Jenny was very nice.

Perfect location for easy access on/off highway for a one night stay mid winter. Showers/bathrooms are clean, warm with hot water and good water pressure. Clean camp, friendly service at the front desk. Great view of the sunset across and up the hill behind the campground.

This camp ground has a lot to offer. Very nice bathrooms and unique cabins. The cabin we stayed in was nice, but it did smell like smoke and it looked like an animal had damaged the door seal into the room making it cold at night. Other than that it was a nice campground.

The hospitality & upgraded cabins elevated our experience! It is close enough to the interstate so you hear trucks. We knew that going in so that didn't affect our review. It is SUPER convenient to local National Parks; which was our goal. The scary part...camp roads where never treated for the snowfall and it was a sliding adventure every time we left and came back. However, we would come back!!

Husband says best bathrooms every! Friendly staff. Our pull through site was on a slope, so front of trailer down as far as could go; lots of blocks under tires. Also sewer connection was by the road instead of in center, so we didn't have long enough hose and had to back up to dump before we left. Otherwise would be 5* rating.

What an amazing, relaxing stay! We were in the area visiting family and decided to splurge and stay in the treehouse cabin. I didn't want to leave!!! Beautiful views at sunset, tons of outdoor space, and stunning interior. Lots for kids to do. (I had to try the jumping pillow for myself! Highly recommend!) The staff are so sweet, especially Lisa. Places like this are why we stay at KOAs and not hotels! Can't beat it!

Had a really nice, level site. Great amenities and the bathrooms are top notch! Only issue we had was with the internet/TV connection. We wound up using our phones as mobile hot spots to watch tv....
