2nights clean bath rooms, easy to get in & out, good location

Booked online for one night and paid for the stay. Upon arrival I was charged additional taxes. The management did eventually reverse the charge. Only to have them charge it again 2 days later. I will never step foot on that property again. And will tell people about it. Management I feel owes me an apology and needs to permanently reverse the charge. I have been a koa member for many years.

Lady at front desk was rude and hasty. She told us our service dog wasn't aloud in the registration area then asked for his ADA papers which is illegal. BUT we do normally like to stay there on our way to and from Nevada.

Very nice campground with level sites. Neat and tidy. Grocery store nearby by. Lots of gas stations. Perfect stop before we head south into Mesa.

Campground was clean and located perfectly for our visit to Petrified Forest. But, like other KOA’s the WiFi was horrible, unusable! My phone with one bar on LTE was 10 times faster!

Stayed one night in site 109 which has an enclosed concrete patio with comfortable chairs and a new gas grill. After a long day on the road, we were able to have a very relaxing evening. It was well worth the few extra $$ to decompress.

Nice, spacious campground with great patio areas and good wide aisles for driving through. Noisy from train and traffic flow that's constant. Water is very low pressure also. And wifi sucks, so just be prepares foe those things.

Decent place, unfortunately for us we only stayed for a few hours due to the weather forecast in our route and had to get back on the road and ahead of the snow so we left. Clean restrooms, good dog park and nice staff —- entire place is gravel!

Was a convenient stop on our way to Las Vegas. Corner cafe was easy to walk to and had great service and solid Mexican food.

We had a very nice site with privacy fences on both sides and a concrete patio equipped with a firepit, gas grill and a table and chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the Petrified Forest/Painted Desert Park and Winslow are within a 1/2 hour drive.

The lady running the office was most helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately, this KOA needs an infusion of capital to bring it up to KOA Journey standards. The roads have potholes and even though they are mostly gravel, we had a lot of mud. The dog walk is along a fence line and next to an interior road. That is unacceptable.

I feel like they took advantage of me when I booked I was just staying one , it was raining and cold they put me in a super site with and outdoor patio which we couldn’t use and charge me $100 for one night shame on them that is almost stealing!!!!!!!

Perfect place to stop and stay when visiting Petrified Forest National Park. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, especially allowing me a late check out time so I could finish visiting the park! The bathroom was very and the entire experience at the KOA was great for me.

Campground is one of the best Journey campgrounds that we've visited. Pleasant and efficient check-in, site was level, wide and long. Perfect for an overnight stay. Can’t wait to return to the area do we can explore the area sightseeing spots.

Worst place I've ever stayed at! First they parked us between two 10ft wooden fences which made the scenery terrible. We had on and off internet, mostly off. And upon leaving we needed propane. The gentlemen OVER FILLED our tank. So we paid for 2 extra gallons and my husband had to release our propane to get it where it needed to be. He filled it so much it blew the release value off! VERY DISAPP

The bathrooms had heat, and the showers were hot! (A prerequisite for me) The sites had some shade with mature pine trees. Children there were enjoying the playground.

It was clean and fit our needs for the night. The campground could use a little bit of an update. I had minimal contact with staff but the few interactions I had were very pleasant and helpful.

We spent a week here on our route 66 trip and this area is amazing. We did 3 days at the Petrified Forest doing hikes. Make sure you ask for off the beaten path trail map from the Park Ranger to find where the paths are.

Says dog friendly. But signs everywhere say no dogs. No fire pit in the gravel sites, no grass or shade. Picnic table unlevel and difficult to use as is. Unlevel grounds are very unsafe Host was nice Bathrooms were decent. Place was quiet

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
