Convenient to Route 66 and highway. Laundry cost is reasonable. Only downside was lady’s shower. Definitely needs more attention- not very clean.

we experienced a significant voltage imbalance on the campground’s 50-amp electrical service. Our RV’s Electrical Management System (EMS) reported a PE4 power-quality error and consistently showed the following readings: * L1 voltage: approximately 103–105 volts * L2 voltage: approximately 127 - 130 volts

We had trouble with our Jack and a wonderful angel (Donald) came to our rescue! He was polite and so helpful. We would have never gotten it taken care of without him. Thank you so much Donald and KOA Holbrook!!!

Got there after dark. Office was closed. Not enough light to see well. Wife was driving, eventually found a space that was large enough. Went to pay in the morning before departure, the clerk was very nice and had a great attitude. Price is a bit steep but if you had a use for the water and time to appreciate the facility it would probably feel better.

Check in was nice and easy, Girl at the desk was very friendly. we stayed at a patio site, it was not very level and when the irrigation came on it flooded the area around our rv. it was a real pain taking it down in the mud. internet was very slow, cable tv was fuzzy.

Might be advisable to try to lower simple tent camping fee. I was on motorcycle with tent and feel the cost at KOA is too expensive.

It has fairly level lots, great snack-food bar for dinner and breakfast. Not sardined in like the flagstaff koa. Well kept campground.

the kabin had a chemical smell that was so bad we had to keep all windows open. What was it treated with? anti-termite chemicals? anti-bed-bug spray? cleaning chemicals?

Stayed in a small cabin with a private bathroom, shower. The beds were not comfortable, but it worked. Cabin was very clean. Would suggest a small table to put items on. Entry door had a gap to where you could see light was concerned of critters crawling in. Did find spider in tub next morning.

We enjoyed our stay at your facility however we had one issue. We could not connect to Wi-Fi the entire weekend we were there. One thing I really like about the Holbrook/Petrified Forest KOA is the food that is available to the campers. We didn't eat there because we were out and about exploring the area, but it's a nice option. We noticed it was always busy so the food must be good!

Great office folk. Small fenced pet area. I did feel like my escape artist could escape so I left her leashed. The dog walk area has no grass. It's just dirt. Sites and roads are gravel with dirt. So dusty. Rocks were hard on my small dogs feet. They do have sites that have a dedicated pet area with artificial turf.

Pretty typical KOA all gravel roads and sites. Bathrooms were clean but wifi was not available. The most disappointing was site they assigned us. We are a 33 ft class A and not towing a car. They said the only site they had for our sized unit was $95 per night patio site. There were at least 40 sites that were more than enough room for us at cheaper price. We got scammed.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
