We arrived at 1759 and the clerk was rude. I understand you close shop at 1800 but her customer was good. Toilets was not very clean. The stay was pleasant and easy asset to highway.

A lovely gift shop greeted us when we went in to register our spot. The campground is spic and span. The showers are great. On of the better KOAs we have visited.

Nice stay. Pool not open til May. Food station closed for renovation but heard they serve good food Looks like they’re doing quite a bit of updating the grounds which will be nice. I would stay here again, hopefully after all the improvements.

Spent 3 nights in your camp. Clean and well maintained! My gravel site was wide and level. It was quiet at night and all the hookups worked 100%. Great access to National Park. Will definitely stay there again!

We had electrical issues. Didn’t report because didn’t confirm until had no issues at next campground. Site 39 or 29 I believe. It was one with a pet fence, which prior camper had not cleaned up after their dog.

We had an end site which was large. The bathroom and showers were clean and the office store well stocked.

Dirt and gravel lots. Close together lots. Laundry is very small and not kept clean. But the machines work fine.

Very clean. Very polite staff. Great spot to see the Petrified National Forest. If you want a keepsake, do not stop in gift shop at the National Forest. Use the coupon provided by the campground for a local merchant…It was half the price !!

We had to change plans, and this KOA was just what we needed. It was close to the Petrified Forest, clean, and friendly. I find that KOAs are generally reliable places to stay.

I think the campground was about 80+% full. Seasonal pool not open yet. But it was 85 degrees. More importantly the restrooms at the back of camp were also closed. That left only the ones up front open for 100s of guests. Tv and WiFi were terrible. It just looked shabby compared to so many others we’ve stayed at.

This is the worse KOA I have ever stayed in. First impression it looked like a salvage yard. Old rusted equipment, tires, etc. laying around. I paid for an XL wide site and it wasn’t much wider than the standard. Some were wider, but not mine. It did not meet the advertised description. When I approached the office about it, it turned into an argument and I was told I could leave.

We've stayed at the Hollbrook KOA at least three times and will be back again for our next visit to Petrified Forest NP. Theresa at the front desk is professional and kind. She remembered me from our last visit. We'll definitely be back.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Issues were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. The site we were given was so unlevel I had to request a different one. That one was not much better and it had a tree that was threatening to hit our slide out. Had to rewash a load of laundry. The dryers took forever to dry, even on high. Bathrooms were clean but shower backed up, standing in water.

Seasonal things all closed up but price doesnt reflect that. Site too small. Didn't plan to unhook, but we had to due to the size of the site.

Very convenient to Petrified Forest National Park. Lots of road noise from I40. Sites were level, but very close together. I spent two nights and that was enough. Electicity did not work when I arrived at my site and it had to be repaired. Laundry facility was dated and the washer barely spun the water out of my clothes.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, they couldn’t turn the heat down. It was a bit warm and we were slightly disappointed that the pool wasn’t open yet. We were a week early for the pool. Bathrooms were extremely clean�

We have stayed at this KOA many times. Sites are long and wide. Always stop here on our way to Phoenix or to Albuquerque.

Our site 41 was mostly covered by dirt. Please add gravel so that your customers are not tracking dirt into the RV.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
