The wifi was horrible and the camp sites were way too close together. I did like the walkability to restaurants and circle Kay. The staff was friendly.

We stopped here to clean and organize our trailer after 2 weeks of boondocking. We had a great space. Kids were loving the grass and playground. Good spot all around. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay at a KOA ground, the booking was so simple, the site was great, easy checking with friendly and informative staff, the spot was very tidy and utilities were easy to hook up to, had a great nights sleep ready for the next day of driving, would definitely stay here again

Rented spot with WiFi & cable for 1 night. Tried to access the WiFi both evening & morning of departure but never got connected even though my computer & smart phone were on their network. Called the office after-hours number and reported issue via their voicemail but no one got back to me.

We stopped at Holbrook KOA as part of the Route 66 100th anniversary trip. We are following the road to St Louis and KOA is part of the plan because there are parks along Route 66. We can stop, drop, and grab the camera. The WigWam Motel is maybe 2 miles from the campground, various signs and murals. Winslow is west of Holbrook, for those looking to “stand on the corner”.

We loved the unique options provided by this KOA. Spots with dog kennels and spots with completely private patios. We will come back to Holbrook and make sure we camp at this KOA.

WIFI didn't work. They said they would fix it. But didn't fix the problem. If your going to advertise all the amenities than make sure you have them. They wouldn't contact me about any of it and told me to call back if I still had a problem. Maybe they could have followed through. WIFI is very important to people especially for streaming when you don't have cable or anything. Disappointed.

Check in was very easy. The staff was friendly and personable. They have a small store with necessities and a good selection of souvenirs. I splurged and stayed in the site with an enclosed patio. There is a grill, fire ring, patio furniture plus table and chairs. My dog was off leash inside the enclosure. It's very private. I have stayed here before and recommend it.

Front desk lady very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms clean, nothing special. The row of pull thrus used (assume) for short term overnighters like us: gravel, not quite level - doable but a bit more level would be great improvement. We enjoyed our stay and would (will) recommend to friends visiting the area.

Nothing to block the ever present winds. Not really dog friendly… too many “no dos allowed here “ signs. Bare sites, just gravel and not marked well. Very pricey, not worth high nightly rates.

The campground is okay. The facilities are old and bathrooms and laundry smelled. Sites are nice and the place is quiet. The staff were okay but not friendly with the exception of the maintenance guy—he was helpful.

This is a fantastic KOA with a lot of different site options. The grounds are clean, well graveled and weed-free. It's obvious that a lot of care is taken in regard to maintenance and upkeep.

The internet was very intermittent. There were many times it was unusable. Next time I would ask for a specific spot. We had asked for the quietest area of the park and were placed right up front with everyone coming and going from checking in and leaving.

Until it rained the last night, we had a great time but unlike almost all other sites, ours didn't have near enough gravel around both the in ground services connections and the side of our camper with the service hookups. It was a mud bog. Our site was the only one on our row like this and it made unhooking and leaving a huge mess. We are big KOA fans and this was disappointing. #10 I believe.

Stayed one night. Your two downsides are that obnoxious street light making everything close to our site over lit and the common shower building. The water never got hot and it’s an old dirty space. Take your head lamp just to find the door! (Or use the facilities prior to dark)!

Very clean and functional restrooms. Our site was too narrow. The extension of our neighbors was over our picnic table! Also Avery noisy close to the playground when you don't have kids .... Finally wifi works well only if you go sit next to the laundry room.

Nice campground. Level spots, clean restrooms. My only suggestion would be to have a small grass area for dogs. I understand that grass is a premium in AZ, but it would be helpful for some dogs.

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Stayed overnight and used the bathrooms and showers. Bathrooms were very clean. Will stay again when in the area.

Easy to get in and out and right off the highway. Road noise was minimal. Sites were what you would expect from and KOA Journey.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
