Excellent location for our recent travel. Staff was kind and park very clean. Within walking distance is a wonderful restaurant, Camileon.

Very nice park. The gas grill was too dirty to use but I think that's a hard thing to maintain with public use.

Wonderful stay. Well positioned for a Petrified Forest visit. Especially enjoyed the large spa and the friendly help at the park. Would recommend!

Great location to access the Grand Canyon. We took the train ride today and it was a wonderful experience. Our site is a back in and there is plenty of room. Very nice campground.

Conveniently located for overnight stops, and wide open for big rigs. But I sure wish they would do something about their dog park. It’s like an old cow field - nothing but ruts and the vague memory of grass.

The office hours are a suggestion. The staff acted like they were doing you a favor waiting on you. I guess I would consider this a one-night stay campground. Also, the laundry room smelled like raw sewage. It was not very clean.

Only one restroom was open so we had to walk the length of the grounds otherwise the campsite is great

This was our second time staying there. It's a good place to stay for a trip to Winslow, the Petrified Forest and the crater!

Couldnt get level on first site, i am not great at leveling, but couldnt get side to side and front to back to level and i didnt have enough levelers for 5 to 6 tires.. so asked for different site, got level with that one but couldnt put slide out because of tree... an uncomfortable stay

Just stayed one night, but were impressed with everything from the time we checked in to when we left. Clean park. Big pull through sites. All hook ups worked well. Enjoyed our stay and definitely will return.

We've stayed here a few times. This stay was not as good as others because the dog pen was not clean and was unusable (obvious residue of dog poop in several areas of the pen). Aren't the pens cleaned and sanitized after another pet has used them? Not what we would expect from a KOA.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They have one of the cleanest and definitely most well stocked store I have ever seen at a campground. Will be back when in the area.

We have stayed at this location a time or two and always enjoyed our stay. Very clean and friendly. However, this time it was Very disappointing. We called for reservations and got the message machine, I left a message to call back .Never got a call back!!! When we arrived it was 5:00pm. The sign said they close at 6:00pm. The girl locked the door wouldn’t look at us and left. Won’t be back!

We love the Holbrook KOA. It is well-managed and well kept. It is easy to get to. The sites are big and level. The rest rooms are clean. The managers and employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You can stop without unhooking your dingy if that is what you are looking for, but Holbrook has nice restaurants and shopping, so we recommend checking out the town.

Stayed only one night as we passed through. It was a very nice campground. It was VERY windy that night. Not fun to be outside.

Extremely overpriced for what it is, the whole campground is tight and not for large rigs. I paid more for this parking lot site than I did for the resort KOA in Tucson with a world of amenities. The pet area is just a dirt spot that was left. Overall wished we hadn’t of stopped

Clean and comfortable site with all amenities and friendly staff. K9 area was small with spotty grass. Overall good experience except WiFi is really poor. Expected better connectivity at $85/night.

The office/store staff was pleasant. The store was nicely stocked. The lots are narrow, but as a new RV traveler, I'm finding that that is common.

Pleasant stay; we stayed in off-season so vey few sites occupied. Nice store at office. Park needs more lights; very dark when sun goes down.

Kudos to Holbrook KOA ! We had a Horrible trip East bound I 40 today, the 40 was shot down at exit 357 because of a Train derailment ! We sat on the 40 for over 4plus hours and no way to turn around!! Finally they ( troopers) open up an exit and made all of us head back west bound!! Being late in the afternoon! My wife called and said that they had a pull through site 👍👍😎😎😊😊we were very happy to have a place to park for the Night!! Yes a 5 star service and thank you folks!! We will be back again!!Don and Linn

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.
