Friendly staff. We stayed there to see the Petrified Forest which is underrated of you are a geology lover. The wide open, non-delineated spots make it hard to know where to put your camper of you are first in like we were. Few trees help guide you but not enough. Bathroom facilities very dated.

Teresa was awesome at check-in, the facility was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast at the campfire kitchen was amazing. A little better signage pointing to the KOA on the main road in Holbrook would be helpful.

The campground was neat, clean and very inviting. The staff was very polite and helpful and all of the amenities were excellent. We were just a short drive from Winslow Arizona and really appreciated the location of this campground. Would definitely come back.

We loved our night here. The park was quiet and we loved the private fenced area for our weary dogs. They enjoyed every minute of their time!

Other than gravel parking lot where we were and had a tree between sites, the facility was clean and the offering of dinner and breakfast was a treat.

Clean campground close to Petrified Forest and Winslow attractions. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We stayed for five nights to enjoy the Petrified Forest. There are not many options for campers. The site we had was well treed and reasonably private for a KOA. The swimming pool is of a good size and was clean. The side walls look like repairs will need to be made. The laundry was not very clean in my view. The wifi is quite poor.

Nice koa. Spaces are big enough for large rv's. Easy to get to. The one thing I could'nt figure out was they keep the pool closed when the wind's blowing. The wind blows in Holbrook all the time! The pool was closed most of the time I was there which was 4 days.Other than that, it's a great koa.

Holbrook in general is run down, but some TLC inside the park would help offset the noise off I-40 and trashy town appearance. Bathroom fixtures need tightened/replaced. Restrooms are hit/miss meaning good when clean, but some guests think trashing and not flushing the toilet is acceptable. Lots of potholes, old tires, concrete, rubbish. Laundry iffy. Friendly staff and nice store though!

The campground was very nice and we enjoyed their cookout. On the other hand if you had to do laundry it was awful. Filthy facility with broken washers and dryers. Definitely needs improvement.

Don't quite understand. You say you're a pet friendly koa. But everywhere we walked it said NO PETS ALLOWED . Hmmmm.! Tv wifi was terrible, wasn't able to see TV 90% the time we were there. ..

We stayed the night of 9/11. The lady in office was less than friendly. Next day (9/12) lady in office very nice. Laundry had issues with multiple machines out of order or failed to complete load after paying. Women's bathroom showers were disgusting. Drains full of hair and clogged water up to ankles. Gross standing in that much water. Wife followed cleaning lady and still hair everywhere.

Electric poles are all tilted, laundry needs repair and cleaned. No breakfast or supper due to owners emergency .. not really dog friendly .. dog area was small . Keep off the grass no place for pets to run.

Friendly staff, easy to access sites (we have a 34' 5th wheel). On-site walk up food facility that offers breakfast and dinner. Older facility but clean.

Very pleasant place to stay. The chuck wagon serves a great breakfast. If you're going to the Petrified Forest, this is your best choice for your RV. Biggest disappointment was wifi, an experience we've had before on KOA properties. Wifi shouldn't be advertised if you can't get your email on it. I did email the office (using my hotspot), but never received an answer.

The campsite was great. Patios with furniture help keep the mess out of the camper. Worth it! The Cowboy cookout was fun too!

Went to the Cookout place between the hours stated on the sheet given to us durning check-in and it wasn't open for meals. Wondering why, no signs to give information. Also, the person that drives around in the blue golf cart does not obey the speed limit and kicks up lots of dust. Enjoyed the pool and appreciate the clean bathroom and shower.

I felt lied to! I booked the site because I needed the internet for a meeting. We came in around 6:30 pm and I imediatly tried to connect to the internet my meeting was at 7pm. it would not connect so I called and was told she would have maintenance man go reset it. 6:50 nothing. so I called back no answer. 7 pm NO INTERNET! called back 2 more times and left messages no return call no internet!

This was just an overnight stay for us. We always know what to expect with KOA, so they are our first choice! Great location and clean park. The wifi, however, was a disappointment, little to no connection.

The camppground is well kept and the office is like a gift shop has a wonderful selection of gift items and necessaries. Sandy greeted us when we arrived and was very personable and professional. We took full advantage of the campground canteen that served breakfast and supper. We highly recommend this KOA Campground.

We always stay here on our way across Arizona and it’s always a quality stay! Love the option for dinner at the Cowboy Cookout and pancakes in the morning!

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
