We just stayed one night and found this park clean and well maintained. Easy access from highway.

Advance booking worked well and reception staff very helpful upon arrival. Have been staying at KOA Holbrook during transit for many years. Site as offered and advertised fell quite short of expectations. While utilities (water and electric) were adequate, overhanging tree branch interfered with unit parking (too low). Cable TV service was poor and internet/wi fi was non existant.

Wifi was not working for the three day stay Cable was nothing but fuzzy for entire stay bathroom showers were dirty at 5:00 pm pm Thursday Nov 30th Very low water pressure that we could not use our own shower. Guests behind us had 3 big dogs in the special kennel barked all the time during the night and early mornings, not supervised We paid a premium price for less than KOA standards.

I stayed here in April 2025 and wasn't impressed. But I stayed again in November 2025 and saw many great improvements. Lots of nice new cabins, RV spaces separated by hedges and fences, and some great, super wide sites. Store is very well stocked and organized - the best I've ever seen.

There’s so much to see here at Holbrook! Take the private O’Dells tour. Worth it. This campsite was so spacious! The paw pen is bonus! Huge dog runs as well. Visit Jim Gray’s!

They met us when we got there and helped us to our site. Told us where to eat very nice and we definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed this place. It was nice and quiet, clean and of course friendly staff. We reserved an extra wide site and was well worth it. We weren’t sitting on top of our neighbors nor were on top of us.

Door step landed within feet of the sewerhose next door. Very noisy, next door couldn't have their slider out.

The woman at the office desk was extremely rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. I had used the website to confirm a space (fell for the "only one left"notice which I saw wasn't true when I pulled in) and didn't realize that I had paid for a space with a "patio" and was also paying for a rewards membership. The woman said she couldn't change anything and didn't even look at me.

Stayed here two nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My second night I didn't book online but came anyway for a late check-in. I was so thankful for a spot and a good nights rest. This is a big campground but kept very clean and tidy!

Been there multiple times. Never been disappointed. Sites a little larger than most KOA's. Nice (left-handed) gal at the desk. Easy in and out.

Stayed 3 nights in our 40' 5th wheel pulled by our F350 longbed. Able to easily unhook and stay parked on site. Staff in office and crew were friendly and professional. Very clean KOA JOURNEY easy to enter and pull into our level FHU pull-thru. Quiet location. We did not use restrooms laundry or shower. Office was neat and stocked with interesting items. We would stay again if we came through.

Very clean park. I always enjoy the Chuckwagon meals. Nice having food available. Site was very uneven. Time for fresh grading and rock.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
