Our spot was pull-through and had electric, water, sewage and antenna. It was wide enough for our unit and had room to park our truck. It came with a lovely aluminum table. No shade. The laundry (affordable) and bathrooms and showers were clean…My only complaint was the hook-up next to us was leaking into and onto our outside carpet. We reported it and nothing happened during our 3 days.

Great place to stay for Petrified Forest NP and Winslow AZ. The wide sites are very nice.

I stay here frequently for work. The staff is always very friendly and the customer service is amazing before, during, and after the stay. Cabins and property are always clean and well kept. Folks who stay here also always seem to respect the quiet hours as well.

We splurged on the fancy campsite (Patio Private Super Site). While it was nice, we had NO internet. I left two messages at the office and never heard a word. The young lady in the office was very nice. Her conclusion was that we were too far away from a source. She said she would speak to the manager about some kind of refund and we never heard back. For our first KOA stay, we were dissatisfied.

The campground was clean and well kept. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and nice. It is close to a lot of attractions (day trips) and is conveniently located.

It’s a great layover. Easy in, easy out. Level, all gravel no frills site. My issue with the KOA’s that have new owners, they charge too much for what you get. I understand they need to make a buck to enhance the park. But man, this park is overpriced for what you get. But, will stay again due to proximity.

A 3 night visits to Holbrook to visit Petrified forest N. P. The Management team were excellent. Thank you for a great 3 days.

Always a great stay at Holbrook. This was probably about my 6th visit there, Effortless booking, check-in and checkout. Will be back when I'm passing through again.

Cute and comfortable KOA. Staff was very helpful and informative. I would suggest adding a few more pet waste stations along the pet walk, especially towards the back of park.

Made a reservation and told them we’d be arriving after closing. Found out paperwork (SAID HI to the person that was leaving and locking the door, THEY DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME). Unacceptable customer service. We didn’t use any of the amenities just the electricity. I hope others receive kinder service. All of our other KOAs on our recent 19 day trip were very polite.

Charged for a 35 foot or more ($81) because we had a 32 foot motorhome with car towed behind it, when looking this KOA up it said $50 a night, bathrooms were so so, Wi-Fi and cable didn’t work that well,

Booked online for one night and paid for the stay. Upon arrival I was charged additional taxes. The management did eventually reverse the charge. Only to have them charge it again 2 days later. I will never step foot on that property again. And will tell people about it. Management I feel owes me an apology and needs to permanently reverse the charge. I have been a koa member for many years.

Lady at front desk was rude and hasty. She told us our service dog wasn't aloud in the registration area then asked for his ADA papers which is illegal. BUT we do normally like to stay there on our way to and from Nevada.

Very nice campground with level sites. Neat and tidy. Grocery store nearby by. Lots of gas stations. Perfect stop before we head south into Mesa.

Campground was clean and located perfectly for our visit to Petrified Forest. But, like other KOA’s the WiFi was horrible, unusable! My phone with one bar on LTE was 10 times faster!

Stayed one night in site 109 which has an enclosed concrete patio with comfortable chairs and a new gas grill. After a long day on the road, we were able to have a very relaxing evening. It was well worth the few extra $$ to decompress.

Nice, spacious campground with great patio areas and good wide aisles for driving through. Noisy from train and traffic flow that's constant. Water is very low pressure also. And wifi sucks, so just be prepares foe those things.

Decent place, unfortunately for us we only stayed for a few hours due to the weather forecast in our route and had to get back on the road and ahead of the snow so we left. Clean restrooms, good dog park and nice staff —- entire place is gravel!

If you're planning on going to the Petrified Forest, this KOA is definitely the place to be. If they stick you at the south side of the RV park, there's very few trees and no shade and while they have some wind breaks... the sites are super exposed to the wind. Also, pretty close to I-40 so if are sensitive to truck noise... worth knowing when you check in and request a different spot. The little Chuckwagon was a really nice touch for breakfast and dinner! Being able to get some hot food after a long day of traveling. The lady at the front desk, however, was odd. It was kind of like talking to a statue with no response. Thankfully the rest of the park staff were pretty nice. Overall, 4 out of 5.

Great place to stay. Hotels are overrated. KOA's have clean & comfortable cabins.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The coin laundry was convenient, equipped with multiple machines. The pool area was clean and spacious, with ample seating. The playground was enjoyable, although it would have been better if it had been covered. Nevertheless, it still provided a fun experience. The cabin was aesthetically pleasing. The only issue we encountered was the water pressure, which was low and difficult to regulate. The hot and cold water were also hard to control. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Every other place we stayed afterward fell short of our expectations..
