We have stayed at this KOA many times. Sites are long and wide. Always stop here on our way to Phoenix or to Albuquerque.

Our site 41 was mostly covered by dirt. Please add gravel so that your customers are not tracking dirt into the RV.

We were told our pull thru was 75' long and it ended being more like 55' long. In addition, we had to back out of our space when we left due to the fact that someone had their 5th wheel at least 10' into the drive lane not giving us room to pull out. No one was there at the space so we could not ask them to move forward. We called the office to let them know and no one ever called us back.

Wonderful campground very close to Petrified Forest, Homolovi State Park and Meteor Crater! We will definitely stay again. Nice playground for our son. Helpful staff.

Just there for the NP. The office was very helpful and friendly. Laundry facilities weren't as clean as I have been in, but not bad. All sites are gravel and adequately sized.

This was our 4th KOA to stay at within the last 10 days. All 4 were within a few dollars of the same price per night but it was the first one that the wifi was not fast enough to stream TV or movies. Holbrook did offer cable but only 10 channels and they were fuzzy.

Best KOA we’ve ever stayed at! We are not big KOA fans, but this one was really nice. Nice playground for the kids and warm and welcoming staff.

Men's room has a hand dryer and a wave activated paper towel dispenser. Neither were working.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The park was very quiet and has mostly short term stays, with a lot of Rv's that come for only a night stay. The sites are pull through and large. MOST everyone was very nice. It is apparent that the owners are investing some money into making improvements at this campground. We would come back if in the area again.

Nice large sites - nice staff- easy access from Rt 40 We had a nice stay there. Hard to stream as internet service spotty.

It was quiet, comfortable and I felt safe. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again. As I assume the issue I mention below is not a common occurrence. One thing I must mention not as a criticism but as a heads up. The Cabin I stayed in was not as clean as it should be. Also, somebody dropped the ball and did not clean the toilet. I tweaked cleaned everything as I always do with lodging.

I ask Lady in office is ok to set a tent up. Said it was O.k. After I get tent set up. Manager comes along telI me I cannot. We are camp across from were manager lives. He leaves for afternoon. Left his dog outside. Bark whole time. Must been out there for 4 hours.

Our spot was pull-through and had electric, water, sewage and antenna. It was wide enough for our unit and had room to park our truck. It came with a lovely aluminum table. No shade. The laundry (affordable) and bathrooms and showers were clean…My only complaint was the hook-up next to us was leaking into and onto our outside carpet. We reported it and nothing happened during our 3 days.

I stay here frequently for work. The staff is always very friendly and the customer service is amazing before, during, and after the stay. Cabins and property are always clean and well kept. Folks who stay here also always seem to respect the quiet hours as well.

We splurged on the fancy campsite (Patio Private Super Site). While it was nice, we had NO internet. I left two messages at the office and never heard a word. The young lady in the office was very nice. Her conclusion was that we were too far away from a source. She said she would speak to the manager about some kind of refund and we never heard back. For our first KOA stay, we were dissatisfied.

The campground was clean and well kept. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and nice. It is close to a lot of attractions (day trips) and is conveniently located.

It’s a great layover. Easy in, easy out. Level, all gravel no frills site. My issue with the KOA’s that have new owners, they charge too much for what you get. I understand they need to make a buck to enhance the park. But man, this park is overpriced for what you get. But, will stay again due to proximity.

Always a great stay at Holbrook. This was probably about my 6th visit there, Effortless booking, check-in and checkout. Will be back when I'm passing through again.

Cute and comfortable KOA. Staff was very helpful and informative. I would suggest adding a few more pet waste stations along the pet walk, especially towards the back of park.

Made a reservation and told them we’d be arriving after closing. Found out paperwork (SAID HI to the person that was leaving and locking the door, THEY DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME). Unacceptable customer service. We didn’t use any of the amenities just the electricity. I hope others receive kinder service. All of our other KOAs on our recent 19 day trip were very polite.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
