Just a quick overnight stay. The showers and bathroom, were spotless. They were nice enough to let us check in early.

The staff was friendly and helpful the sites were clean and level and the access was convenient to main highways we would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends

2017 Newmar 39’ Class A motorcoach, towing a Ford F-150 pickup truck: Beautifully well maintained campground, plenty of room for our Big Rig configuration, although we had to drive a different route to fit into our site (#49). Friendly staff, reasonably priced. I recommend this KOA!

Nicely kept up KOA. We stay here when headed East. Easy on and off the freeway. Grounds kept up nicely. Never have used any facilities except the chuck wagon for breakfast or dinner.

A nice campground. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility with long pull through sites. Great home cooking at the Cowboy Cafe!

Great park decent spaces . We had the extra wide pull thru. Nice dog park! Nice pool area ! Park is clean and convenient.

Camp ground clean and friendly. Restroom for tent section had problems with the Cabo. Poor water pressure for flushing.

Great campground. Very clean. Much better than the pictures. We loved how they served dinner and breakfast as well.

The staff was very friendly . The restrooms were clean. The chuckwagon restaurant we ate at night and in the morning was very good..

This is a very well maintained and friendly KOA. Seems every year, they add more amenities and improve the landscape/campsites. We especially love the private patio sites, which sell out fast, so book early. Although no private patio sites were available, the patio site we received was spacious and well maintained with trees for shade. The dog run actually has grass - definite plus. Thank you

First site did not have 50 amp that was requested on reservation. WIFI has never worked here, have stayed here several times. Next time when we stay in Holbrook we'll look for a different campground.

This campground is lovely. We always enjoy staying here while traveling out of state. My only complaint is that they don't read their emails. We had a problem with our rig and had to move our reservation back a couple of days. All of the other campgrounds did this for us through email. Holbrook did not. We were charged for both nights even though we only stayed one. Very clean.

The WiFi info given at check in was wrong. When I called to ask for the correct info a message said they would call back at THEIR earliest convenience. Guess it wasn’t..never called back. Also the water pressure in the (not nice) showers was awful. I pay extra to stay at KOA campgrounds and this was definitely not worth it.

The cabin & facilities were nice but the front desk customer service was not good. We called & asked if we could upgrade our lodging & they said there was no availability. Then forgot they told us that & responded late to an email I had sent the day before saying there was availability but we’d have to book 2 nights. We saw there were several empty lodges that night we could have upgraded to.

While the space was fully gravel we were able to enjoy some time outside. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was amazing!

Everything mostly OK - but this year the voltage was very low in the afternoons (less than 107 volts - triggering warnings in my RV) - even though we were connected to 50 amps. I had to turn off some of the A/C and limit other electrical usage in the afternoons. Attention needs to begiven to the campground electrical system - never happened before during same temps when I've stayed before.

Traveling from Las Vegas to Liberty Texas this was a perfect rest stop. We arrived after hours and found our check in documents near a lockbox. Hand no problems finding our site and hookup. Site internet not great but used our own service.

Surprised to pay over $85. When all other KOA stays have been about $68 average with same type of hookups

It was an (expected) warm visit to the Holbrook KOA but the swimming pool cooled us down nicely after a day of walking in the National Park. The cabin was comfortable enough although the small A/C unit was working overtime. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick.

Laundry Room needs some work. Washer beside the one I was going to use had a small out of order sign on it. Put the detergent in the washer I was using, loaded the clothes and then tried to add quarters. Washer would not accept quarters. Waited with clothes dripping with detergent for another washer to become available. Think that someone may have moved the out of order note.

The 1-person stuff was very nice & friendly. We were disappointed at the lack of trees and the abundance of gravel- it felt like we were camping at a drive-in movie. Our specific sight was not prepped- dirty sink, cobwebbed station, uncovered outlet. Toilets didn’t flush either.

Nice wide spot!!! However the water spigot broke underground and flooded our campsite on the hookup side. Employee unhooked our filter and hose and dropped it into the flood next to the sewer. Had to toss the filter. Went into camp store told them what happened, brought bottle of bleach up to the register and was charged $5.99.

We stayed one night as we passed through on our trip across country. My husband loves to tent camp, me…not as much. But it was a nice campground. Bathrooms smelled a little musty but were very clean. If we do this trip another time, we would absolutely stay here again

Staff was rude and unresponsive. Completely unhelpful in my request for an early arrival. Rather then just decline my repeated requests the choose to ignore them. When I finally spoke to someone at the campground, they responded with "check-out is at 11am." The campground is 20 miles away from the Petrified Forest National Park, so not entirely convenient.

I've needed to stay in a cabin during a storm and return later to stay in a tent site. I'm sure, as a guest, I've extended my stay beyond the 3 days, lol. Yet this place is pretty awesome. A really nice tent grassy area pets are not allowed to be on wirh water and 20 amp if needed. The cabins are very nice with a microwave and fridge, the sound of the rain on a tin roof would be better than the leaky shingles, lol. Management came in and checked it out, offered to move me to another cabin and replaced the shingle, however I did not move to another cabin. The restrooms are clean and the laundry facilities are clean as well. My favorite parts are the kind staff and the Chuckwagon breakfast and dinner. PETRIFIED TOAST for dinner? Yep, it is so good, and the sausage burrito for breakfast are my 2 favorites, great cooks and all the food cooking smells so good, it's hard to say, no, lol. Any problem is addressed immediately and for being by the interstate at the tent sites it's quieter than I thought it would be. Overall a great place to stay the night or a few days. Yet, I'm a guest, just like fish, after 3 days we all begin to stink, unfortunately some of those guests with smaller dogs feel their need to clean up after them is as small as the landmines they left behind in the dog park. So, not all the guests whom stay here are respectful. I'm grateful for the place to be while my dog healed from a procedure at the nearby vet. I'd go back again iffin they let me, lolol Thank you for a safe place for me and my fur baby during the storms of life. Petrified toast just try it, yummmm

This is a nice KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry was clean and well maintained. The site was nice. This is a good location for seeing the Petrified Forrest National Park and Art Rock Ranch.
