People at front desk were rude and unhelpful. Acted as 1. Front desk greeters were unhelpful and abrasive when we were placed in a spot too short. 2. Apparently Family management has changed . Previously Good ... now staff is bad and "Management" is unavailable and did not followup on my complaint re: Attrocious internet. No wifi. System is broken Called KOA corporate .. This KOA is

We initially planned to tent camp, but due to weather forecasts we upgraded to a deluxe cabin. This was well worth the extra money. Our cabin included a bathroom, linens, cable tv, and air condition. Our stay was only overnight, but we did use the pool which was wonderful. The entire staff was pleasant. Would stay again.

Everyone was so friendly. Prices were very good. The open air cooking and the meals were delicious and reasonably priced.

It was such a great place! From the moment I arrived the woman that checked me in was phenomenal, making sure that I had everything I needed. The cabin was adorable and everything was clean and updated. 10/10 recommend!

Quick trip California to Florida with my family. It was hot 100 degrees out so camp was bare. Kids had the pool to t themselves we liked they did a cookout and pancakes and dinner onsite great hosts. Especially Sandi

Stayed there on two dates 8-2-26 and 8-10-16, both times I was received very well and had no problems. I would recommend this KOA to everyone.

The campsite was nice. The grass was a nice change to sleep on in the tent. The food place and workers were very kind. The bathrooms are not great - not the cleanest in the showers or stalls, the water pressure was so bad i couldnt wash the soap out of my hair, and i got burned by the water when someone in the other bathroom flushed.

Site was clean and neat including the gas barbeque grill. Couldn't use the pool because we arrived late and the pool closes early at 8:00 pm. We had an upgraded site to include Wi-Fi and cable TV, but the Wi-Fi access was 2.4 and too weak to use with 14 other people in the park online at the same time. Cable TV wasn't clear, nor was the over-the-air reception. Seasonal restaurant on site.

Sprinklers came on while we were sleeping in the tent at 6:30am. Management re imbursed the stay.

KOA is "pet friendly" but I have never seen so many "no pet" signs. I went to check in there was a sign "no pets" I respected it & held my dog & opened the door staying outside of the building & was "greeted" with "NO pets!" and I simply replied I am inquiring how to check in, I can't leave him in the car. She said I'll come out & was rude. Also, my cabin AC was not on in summer, miserable night.

Loved the beautiful cabin! However no toilet paper, no dish soap, used coffee pods in coffee maker, no new coffee pods or condiments, the TV code did not work.

Only stayed one night and checked in late but check in was easy. The park and facilities were clean and well cared for. I loved that we could get breakfast before hitting the road again.

Great convenient location whether your vacation is on the I-40 area attractions or you need a refresh before you head down the hill and back to the valley. Cook shack was a great addition and excellent menu. My TOAD had a battery run low and staff was very helpful in borrowing a battery tender. You can also the pool.

i WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE PAID FOR A PATIO, WHICH WE DID GET, BUT THE ONE THAT THEY ASSIGNED HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SHADE AT ALL. eVEN THOUGH THERE WERE MANY OPEN PULL TROUGHS WITH A PATIO THAT HAD SOME SHADE FROM THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING THAT WAS IN EFFECT. wE ACTUALLY JUST LEFT A DAY EARLY.

We have stayed at 10 koas over the past two weeks . This was the cleanest and the friendliest. The camp kitchen option was very tasty

Too much noise from the highway (we were in a tent sight), a lot of mosquitos. Nice swimming pool and playground for children. Grass ground was confortable.

One of the best KOAs in the high desert section of our country. There are trees, swimming pool and you can purchase a breakfast and dinner onsite. The staff is helpful and friendly

I've needed to stay in a cabin during a storm and return later to stay in a tent site. I'm sure, as a guest, I've extended my stay beyond the 3 days, lol. Yet this place is pretty awesome. A really nice tent grassy area pets are not allowed to be on wirh water and 20 amp if needed. The cabins are very nice with a microwave and fridge, the sound of the rain on a tin roof would be better than the leaky shingles, lol. Management came in and checked it out, offered to move me to another cabin and replaced the shingle, however I did not move to another cabin. The restrooms are clean and the laundry facilities are clean as well. My favorite parts are the kind staff and the Chuckwagon breakfast and dinner. PETRIFIED TOAST for dinner? Yep, it is so good, and the sausage burrito for breakfast are my 2 favorites, great cooks and all the food cooking smells so good, it's hard to say, no, lol. Any problem is addressed immediately and for being by the interstate at the tent sites it's quieter than I thought it would be. Overall a great place to stay the night or a few days. Yet, I'm a guest, just like fish, after 3 days we all begin to stink, unfortunately some of those guests with smaller dogs feel their need to clean up after them is as small as the landmines they left behind in the dog park. So, not all the guests whom stay here are respectful. I'm grateful for the place to be while my dog healed from a procedure at the nearby vet. I'd go back again iffin they let me, lolol Thank you for a safe place for me and my fur baby during the storms of life. Petrified toast just try it, yummmm

This is a nice KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry was clean and well maintained. The site was nice. This is a good location for seeing the Petrified Forrest National Park and Art Rock Ranch.
