Great gift shop/store. The Cowboy Cookout is clutch when you are just staying over night. We did dinner and breakfast both times we stopped. No dishes or pots to wash! Thank you for having that!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holbrook KOA! The campground was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the cabin was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the other campers were courteous. Our only suggestion is to list what’s provided in each cabin on the website, so first-time KOA guests know what to bring. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay! Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Sandy in the office was AMAZING! We stayed in the private patio which was the perfect getaway & easy with our fur babies. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay to enjoy the pool. It was the first KOA that had onsite meals that were so good & convenient so we didn’t have to cook as much. We loved everything about this KOA & will be back

Sites are gravel and fairly level. Bathrooms clean with plenty of hot water. Chuck wagon dinner very tasty. We had burgers with fresh toppings. Cook and other employees friendly and efficient.

We stayed 1 night on our way home to Prescott after a 10 week rv trip. Reservations (same day even) and check-in were seamless. I think our street was missing its sign but we circled around & found it. We want to come back & stay longer.

Campground is nice. Our space because of the rain has a low spot and was extremely muddy. Was a mess for us. WiFi never worked at our sites location. Lady at the desk said WiFi hardly works.

We stayed here twice in a two week period while traveling. Once for one day and the next for two days. We stayed in two different sites. Both were easy in and out and level sites. Friendly helpful staff. Really good breakfast at their cook shack. Well maintained and clean throughout. Only issue we had was neither site had working cable we paid for.

Would have been perfect except both stays low branches were a big issue on our. Sites. We are lower than bigger RVs but still had to drag our roof membrane through branches. Please prune! We had a branch at the Asheville KOA cost us $11,000 on our last RV. Our site flooded in rain and my feet were soaked getting unhooked to leave. I realize not as much you can do there. Great park.

Great stay had an issue with the water but all was good they fixed it as quickly as they could. Would for sure stay again.

I give it 4 stars because the day we checked in they had to turn off the water for the whole camp. However we were not notified that this was happening so later that night we decided to get ready for bed, there was no water to brush our teeth or wash our faces. It would have been nice to have a heads up. We weren’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Otherwise, our 2 night wastay go

A very nice experience here. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean park. We had thunderstorms overnight, rained quite a bit. Our area had good drainage. They have a mini outdoor cafe where we had a good breakfast to begin our travel day. The other RV parks in the area pale in comparison.

We camped in a motorhome. When we arrived, the staff quickly told us where our campsite was and verified it was a pull through. (basically everything looked like a pull through). They explained the features and amenities. The site was long enough for our motorhome and toad. The site was gravel and pretty level. the whole facility was clean and inviting.

Original sites (in the 70 area) we got very badly out of level from Driver to Passenger Side: low by 8 inches on driver and 4.75 on passenger side, tried other spots 7 to 5 inches off. We have automatic leveling but 8 inches is way outside of how much we can level. Eventually moved to site 2 and was able to level there. Everything else was ok (water pressure was 30 PSI).

The cabin was clean, as were the bathrooms and showers. But the real story is the people. Sandi at check in gave me an insider verbal tour of thr area, which set in motion one of the best days ever!! So, ask her where the gold is!

Staff very friendly and helpful! The Wi-Fi would not work on the tv you should get a solution to that or explain it ahead of time! The next koa admitted it up front!

Journey with a bunch of Holiday perks, love the patio sites. We may not be back only because of front desk staff and WiFi & Cable didn't work. Place was empty with temps in high 90's so asked to upgrade to a shaded patio at the going rate and was told no, that's not what you booked! They do not offer select a site :(. Never been turned down an upgrade at KOA when space is available. Sad for owner.

First - pet friendly doesn’t mean a dirt and rock area. Have grass! People take their pets, treat them like humans. We rented a spot with a dog fenced area. Paid extra and the entire enclosed area was dirt. We paid for nothing we didn’t even sit in the patio area. Second- don’t advertise WiFi when you can’t use it because the signal is weak! Good chuckwagon breakfasts

Nice quiet stay, had no issues. Had a nice meal at the Chuck Wagon, an on-site concession type stand. Site was a bit tight with the trees, but I was able to swing it in & pull through the site infront of me to get out (30ft travel trailer)

This has been our second time in Holbrook. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever but just a ton of compliments. Clean cabins and very nice staff! One of the best koas to stay at

Honestly not the best KOA . The water pressure was horrible; the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower. borderline didn’t work. Upon arrival, the area was confusing with little to no visible signs guiding to the sites, some cabin letters not even visible. The shower had hair in it. Did not have a positive experience with the staff.

The Holbrook, AZ KOA Journey is a GREAT Kampground; MUCH nicer and better than the Nashville KOA Resort! The main reason is Managers Miranda and Don. They take great pride in their beautiful Kampground, and honestly CARE about their customers enjoyment of the kamping experience! Fantastic campsite with great views of the wide open range. The spots are super level brand new gravel by the looks of it and at night you can see stars like crazy! You can also see traffic on Highway 40 but that’s OK. It’s really neat to see at night all the different trucks lit up and everybody going places. I’ll definitely come by here again!

This is the campground we use whenever we’re in the Holbrook area. It is clean, has nice roomy spots with patios at some and well maintained. Highly recommend.

I've needed to stay in a cabin during a storm and return later to stay in a tent site. I'm sure, as a guest, I've extended my stay beyond the 3 days, lol. Yet this place is pretty awesome. A really nice tent grassy area pets are not allowed to be on wirh water and 20 amp if needed. The cabins are very nice with a microwave and fridge, the sound of the rain on a tin roof would be better than the leaky shingles, lol. Management came in and checked it out, offered to move me to another cabin and replaced the shingle, however I did not move to another cabin. The restrooms are clean and the laundry facilities are clean as well. My favorite parts are the kind staff and the Chuckwagon breakfast and dinner. PETRIFIED TOAST for dinner? Yep, it is so good, and the sausage burrito for breakfast are my 2 favorites, great cooks and all the food cooking smells so good, it's hard to say, no, lol. Any problem is addressed immediately and for being by the interstate at the tent sites it's quieter than I thought it would be. Overall a great place to stay the night or a few days. Yet, I'm a guest, just like fish, after 3 days we all begin to stink, unfortunately some of those guests with smaller dogs feel their need to clean up after them is as small as the landmines they left behind in the dog park. So, not all the guests whom stay here are respectful. I'm grateful for the place to be while my dog healed from a procedure at the nearby vet. I'd go back again iffin they let me, lolol Thank you for a safe place for me and my fur baby during the storms of life. Petrified toast just try it, yummmm

This is a nice KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry was clean and well maintained. The site was nice. This is a good location for seeing the Petrified Forrest National Park and Art Rock Ranch.
