Improvements are noticeable from last stay, however some basic issues need to be addressed. We paid for a private patio which was great except for the weeds growing around nation and through the cracks in the pavers. This could be addresses easily with weed killer. When you pay a lot more money for a spot, you expect the basics. Was a good stay.

Unfortunately I did not stay the full night as a solo female camper I did not feel safe no security the privacy fence had areas large enough for a person to walk through I experienced a man possibly homeless walk into my campsite and argue with me about being in there another man followed me from restrooms and sat near my campsite for a few minutes with no apparent reason other than to watch me.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was a great start to our day. Thank you. Also loved the gift shop. They have quality merchandise.

Very nice stay. People friendly. Fairly level gravel lot. Very large site and so easy to drive through. Full hookups. We are 43ft towing plenty of room. We did notice a power drop on one of the 50amp legs during the heat and as park filled up for the weekend. I turned one ac off. A little dated but everything in good order. A nice place to stay. Great location to park.

This KOA is at the top of our 8 weeks KOA's stays. Very friendly staff, Very knowledgeable about local attractions and what routes to take to see the National Parks. To top it off: ONSITE RESTAURANT ! Breakfast, dinner, absolutely perfect. Thank You, WELL DONE !!

Very nice stay. My cabin was clean. The bathroom was clean. It was very nice to be able to have dinner and breakfast.

This KOA has a very diverse range of options on the types of parking your rig even with your own outside dog area. All though we were passing through for the night it would of been nice to check out the breakfast.

We stayed in a cabin. Very clean and comfortable. It was very nice to just drive up to the cabin and park your car not having to unload everything to haul it in for the night. The grounds was very clean and neat and the staff was very friendly. If the need to stay in Hollbrook again arises I will diffently book another stay there.

We only stayed one night. But the gal that registered us was very nice and helpful. The campground was clean and well cared for. It was nice that they had a cafe/food option as sometimes we are just too tired to cook or go looking for something to eat in a place we are unfamiliar with. Would stay again and would recommend to other travelers.

The site we get is easy to get in and out of but it's definitely not 100 feet long as indicated. Fortunately the extra 16 ft hung out the back end where there was plenty of room to go around. There was no longer a bench in the dog run area. I can't blame the campground for lazy people but I had to clean up a lot of dog poo before I could let my dogs loose. We will definitely be back next year

One issue did happen about 11pm on the nite of my stay. I was awoken by something outside apparently trying to get in thru the locked gate into the palapa area. Don’t know if it was human or animal, but in the morning I noticed that the bottom of the gate was broken and was pushed inward.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The park was clean and the bathrooms were clean. The only problem I had the bathroom had no windows or ventilation extremely warm inside. They also had a water pressure problem. This was the seasonal restroom. The restrooms up front of the park had windows.

4 day stay to check out the Petrified Forest etc. Park staff at the outside grill and maintenance were the most outgoing. The sand volleyball, merry go round, monkey bars and metal sliding board are very outdated. The pool had some missing tiles. Other than that good place to stay passing thru.

Advertised breakfast and dinner. Both were not available when we stayed. Grounds were clean but neighborhood surrounding were rough. Staff both at night and next morning were very short and kind of unhelpful.

This is the third overnight stay. It's a great location, great staff, nice campground and very easy in and out. Close to a Maverick for a fuel stop. Would stop again, no question.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The park was well maintained. We did not use the bathrooms or laundry facilities. Perfect location to stay on I-40 and easy access to Petrified Forest NP and the Painted Desert.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
