Stayed in a pet friendly cabin. Air conditioner unit was to small for unit and cabin remained hot during our stay. Front door of cabin had large gaps around door. A ceiling fan would have helped. Would replace light with a ceiling fan with a light kit. Pet area was a long walk from the cabins. Thank you for not having a 2 night minimum stay policy.

Great but.. Restrooms need handicap stall & an exhaust fan! Sandy was awesome welcome greeter and the gift shop rocked! Thanks!

Friendly staff, easy to access sites (we have a 34' 5th wheel). On-site walk up food facility that offers breakfast and dinner. Older facility but clean.

Great journey location. Amenities were similar to a holiday koa. Sites were ample but close. Disappointed in the Wifi.

Very pleasant place to stay. The chuck wagon serves a great breakfast. If you're going to the Petrified Forest, this is your best choice for your RV. Biggest disappointment was wifi, an experience we've had before on KOA properties. Wifi shouldn't be advertised if you can't get your email on it. I did email the office (using my hotspot), but never received an answer.

The campsite was great. Patios with furniture help keep the mess out of the camper. Worth it! The Cowboy cookout was fun too!

Went to the Cookout place between the hours stated on the sheet given to us durning check-in and it wasn't open for meals. Wondering why, no signs to give information. Also, the person that drives around in the blue golf cart does not obey the speed limit and kicks up lots of dust. Enjoyed the pool and appreciate the clean bathroom and shower.

I felt lied to! I booked the site because I needed the internet for a meeting. We came in around 6:30 pm and I imediatly tried to connect to the internet my meeting was at 7pm. it would not connect so I called and was told she would have maintenance man go reset it. 6:50 nothing. so I called back no answer. 7 pm NO INTERNET! called back 2 more times and left messages no return call no internet!

This was just an overnight stay for us. We always know what to expect with KOA, so they are our first choice! Great location and clean park. The wifi, however, was a disappointment, little to no connection.

The camppground is well kept and the office is like a gift shop has a wonderful selection of gift items and necessaries. Sandy greeted us when we arrived and was very personable and professional. We took full advantage of the campground canteen that served breakfast and supper. We highly recommend this KOA Campground.

One night stay. Very nice facility; loaded with amenities. Bathroom and shower house exceptionally nice. Nice area for dog walk and run. Wish we had time to take advantage of the pool. Thank you.

We always stay here on our way across Arizona and it’s always a quality stay! Love the option for dinner at the Cowboy Cookout and pancakes in the morning!

Everything was well taken care of. Check in was fast. Sites are roomy. Quiet. We had dinner and breakfast at their chuck wagon which was also good.

We had a quick overnight stay during a road trip. The location was convenient, the reservation process super easy (on-line), the facility clean and well maintained. We didn't use any of the amenities because of our timeline (late in -> early out) but next time we hope to be able to stay longer and have the breakfast they offer at a minimum.

Very clean place and friendly staff. Food was great and they let me stay and extra night after emergency repairs needed on my trailer. They even pick-up and deliver my propane tank I needed filled!

Was a nice park. However, we were in space 60, it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival, the grill was very dirty with food, there was also dog poop in our fenced area.

So LOVED the food shack they had when we were there. We had the steak dinner and you cannot get that price and quality anywhere. The dog park was great and even though you can see the freeway - you don't hear it at night.

My family and I traveled to Holbrook to visit Petrified Forest NP and celebrate our Grandson's 9th birthday. He had his birthday cake outdoors at a campfire. An experience he will not forget. The cabins we had were perfect. The staff was friendly. The playground was a big hit with the grandkids. The cooked to order breakfast and dinner service was awsome.

This KOA is one of the best we've stayed in. We had trouble with the 50 Amp service and Mike was right there to fix it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The meal services were a real benefit and delicious. Will defiantly will stay there again.

This is a nice campground nice staff and very clean. It was also close to the Petrified Forest so we spend the morning enjoying the park and then headed home.

Short spots not big rig friendly pull thrus. Changed spots because the upgraded spot over $100 a night had trees that hung over so we couldn’t extend our sides. The next site was short and uneven so when the rain storm that came thru flooded our whole site making it swampy. Stupid metal poles on either side of the site made it so we had to unhook the Toad and back out of our site. No pull thru

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
