Not the parks fault that there was a big rainstorm, But, the place turned into a quagmire. Mud everywhere. Bathrooms were filthy and out of toilet paper. Laundry room was dirty and several machines out of order. And

Advertised having WIFI, but could never connect for the 2 nights we were there! Called the office and she said that was the biggest complaint! We stayed in Site 35, and she said Sites in the 30s were the worst bfor WIFI. So why were we put there? There were plenty of other spaces. She said the owner was told about the WIFI and never did anything to correct it! I work remote and need WIFI!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was good, the restrooms were clean and nice, the sites were spacious and level. The WiFi was not sufficient to reach the campsites, however. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Best RV spot in Holbrook. Nice level gravel spots. Pool was clean and well-maintained. Restrooms were clean, but water pressure left a lot to be desired. Showers had no shelf space to place shampoo, soap, etc. Office staff very friendly.

Friendly staff. We stayed there to see the Petrified Forest which is underrated of you are a geology lover. The wide open, non-delineated spots make it hard to know where to put your camper of you are first in like we were. Few trees help guide you but not enough. Bathroom facilities very dated.

Teresa was awesome at check-in, the facility was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast at the campfire kitchen was amazing. A little better signage pointing to the KOA on the main road in Holbrook would be helpful.

The campground was neat, clean and very inviting. The staff was very polite and helpful and all of the amenities were excellent. We were just a short drive from Winslow Arizona and really appreciated the location of this campground. Would definitely come back.

This was a great KOA! All staff were very nice and accommodating! The on site cook out was amazing! New York Stip, delicious, better than resturant quality! Breakfast, wonderful! Thank you!

We loved our night here. The park was quiet and we loved the private fenced area for our weary dogs. They enjoyed every minute of their time!

Very nice and clean property. I stayed in one of the cabins with a bathroom and shower. Charging $15 to charge an EV though is usurious and ridiculous.

Other than gravel parking lot where we were and had a tree between sites, the facility was clean and the offering of dinner and breakfast was a treat.

Clean campground close to Petrified Forest and Winslow attractions. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Overall a good spot. One issue we had was that almost all the trees in the tent camping area were dead and were a hazard to anyone setting up underneath them. We were fortunate to have a site under a live tree but they really should replace the dead trees before someone gets hurt by a widowmaker.

We stayed for five nights to enjoy the Petrified Forest. There are not many options for campers. The site we had was well treed and reasonably private for a KOA. The swimming pool is of a good size and was clean. The side walls look like repairs will need to be made. The laundry was not very clean in my view. The wifi is quite poor.

Nice koa. Spaces are big enough for large rv's. Easy to get to. The one thing I could'nt figure out was they keep the pool closed when the wind's blowing. The wind blows in Holbrook all the time! The pool was closed most of the time I was there which was 4 days.Other than that, it's a great koa.

Holbrook in general is run down, but some TLC inside the park would help offset the noise off I-40 and trashy town appearance. Bathroom fixtures need tightened/replaced. Restrooms are hit/miss meaning good when clean, but some guests think trashing and not flushing the toilet is acceptable. Lots of potholes, old tires, concrete, rubbish. Laundry iffy. Friendly staff and nice store though!

The campground was very nice and we enjoyed their cookout. On the other hand if you had to do laundry it was awful. Filthy facility with broken washers and dryers. Definitely needs improvement.

Don't quite understand. You say you're a pet friendly koa. But everywhere we walked it said NO PETS ALLOWED . Hmmmm.! Tv wifi was terrible, wasn't able to see TV 90% the time we were there. ..

We stayed the night of 9/11. The lady in office was less than friendly. Next day (9/12) lady in office very nice. Laundry had issues with multiple machines out of order or failed to complete load after paying. Women's bathroom showers were disgusting. Drains full of hair and clogged water up to ankles. Gross standing in that much water. Wife followed cleaning lady and still hair everywhere.

I was disappointed. I had paid for a camping/rv site and just could not find it in the campground. I asked the person at the front desk if someone could show me where it was and she said she didn't have anyone, so I ended up staying in the regular tent sites. I would like a refund for the extra portion that I paid for the more expensive site since I didn't use it.

Electric poles are all tilted, laundry needs repair and cleaned. No breakfast or supper due to owners emergency .. not really dog friendly .. dog area was small . Keep off the grass no place for pets to run.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
