Great, friendly staff, new improvements, breakfast and cowboy cookout plus a band. Very nice. Close to I 40 but really couldn't hear it.

Really enjoyed our stay. Looks like improvements and upgrades are being made. Really liked our site and enjoyed the cowboy dinner and music. Excellent & helpful staff. See you in a couple of weeks.

I found all the employees to be very helpful and friendly. The grounds are all gravel and the sites seem to be mostly level. The Wifi was very unreliable and dropped out multiple times a day. The water pressure was barely 40 PSI when we arrived and the park was less than half full. On our last night, the park was completely full and the water pressure dropped below 30 PSI.

We were there for three days. The staff was great. The food at the cowboy cookout was awesome as well and we met some nice people while we were there.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast and lunch cookouts were good. The only thing we didn’t like was the length of our site and the location of the hookups. These are close to the entrance of the site and we had to get a longer sewer hose. We walked out our door right in front of the neighbors septic hook up. I should have asked for a different site but didn’t think about that until late

Customer service was below par. Don't think employee knew much about the CG. Requested call from manager and did not receive it. Strange configuration of big rig sites. Store was very well appointed at least. If in Holbrook again, will find another CG.

Sites extremely close! While there is a picnic table it sits right next to neighbors sewer., no ability to move table. Should one need Wi-Fi you are best to have your own source (starlink or such) as the Wi-Fi in the campground is spotty at best.

Sites are narrow and close together. Though there are a lot of dog rules, there were dogs barking nonstop way past quiet time. The dog area in our section had no grass and was just muddy from an earlier rain shower. Other than the traffic noise on I-40, which is close, and the dogs, the park itself quieted down near quiet time.

No bathroom exhaust fan in men’s or women’s made it smelly and disgusting.Makeup lights and outlets in bathroom did NOT work-reset button =zero.Shower floors stained from all the dirty feet and needs cleaning cleanser.Otherwise CG looked nice but no time to explore.

there was a dog barking in the adjacent home all afternoon. When i asked the reception person if the dog would eventually settle down, and if so, when, she was clearly annoyed with my questioning. Dog settled down about 8:00, but barked non-stop from the time I arrived (2:30) until 8, and made if impossible to relax and enjoy the campsite.

We did a quick half-day tour of the Petrified Forrest and the KOA Campground was just fine for our needs.

It was a muddy mess. While we were there over three RVs got stuck in the mud. We had a return in the next week. We tried to cancel due to the bad conditions they had and they would not even consider a refund. Couldn’t even walk our dogs due to the mud everywhere. They need to pave their roads to help their customers. We are staying elsewhere paved roads & rain came and all good.

We stayed for 2 nights, while visiting the petrified forest and painted desert national parks. Conveniently located to visit the National Parks. Great gift shop. Friendly staff. Our only disappointment was that we asked for 3 sites together and one was not located close to us at all. Two sites were quite close and spots were open near us, so we could be together. Other KOAs accomplished this.

Tent site with sand pad and privacy fence was more than expected. Bathrooms and laundry clean. Showers were nice and hot. Check in was easy and the woman was patient with me when I returned to desk because I couldn't find my campsite. I did not follow the directions she had given me.

We enjoyed our two night stay! We loved the wide site and the pups really enjoyed their own personal pen. Staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of with any needs we may have had.

Deluxe cabin was comfy. Wi-Fi was non-existent. While staff was very friendly they admitted they knew WiFi was terrible but there was nothing they could do about it.

No WiFi. Although I spoke on the phone in making the reservation, I was not told until I arrived that there was no WiFi (due to weather that was mid-70s with no wind or rain). I asked for a partial refund - no reply. When I came back to Holbrook 10 days later, I asked if the WiFi was available- still not available. I stayed elsewhere. Not what you expect of KOA or even some dirt lot rv park.

Restrooms were clean. Parking area needs gravel. Dusty when dry. Muddy when wet. Check-in staff eating chips during checking. Not friendly. Other than that - fair.

The site we were assigned, should not have been rented. The ground was soft and uneven, from what appeared to be caused by landscape work in the site beside ours. The camp had plenty of chipped asphalt piles to make repairs, but it had not been done in this site. To make matters worse, it rained and water ran into this lower site and under our trailer. It was a wet mess while tearing down to leave

Friendly, helpful staff. The store is well stocked with essentials and other items of interest. The cowboy breakfast in the morning was really good. Unfortunately. Rain put a damper on our stay. Of note is a huge block of petrified wood on display.....200 million years old!

It was exactly what we needed. The front desk was friendly the other campers were also friendly. The whole experience was wholesome and the only thing I will do differently when we stay again would be to extend our stay. The view of the night sky was beautiful. My whole family enjoyed staying here.

We love the new, larger fenced pet friendly patio sites. They allow us to sit outside and enjoy our coffee in the morning without rushing to the pet area. This KOA is always making improvements, is clean, neat, and well appointed. Their pet area is also very large which is a plus for us. We will return next year.

We have stayed at this KOA multiple times and love it. It’s conveniently located and is a perfect stop to break up a long trip. This location has a Chuckwagon that serves breakfast and dinner and the prices are great and it’s delicious!

We've stayed here before and always find it clean, friendly, and enjoyable. The bathrooms are very nice, roomy and easy to access from any place in the park.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
