I had a good time there. Staff was friendly. Showers and bathrooms were clean. Store had necessities in case anything was forgotten. They had the chuck wagon going for breakfast and dinner. I had the pancakes, cheese burger and hotdogs and they were good too. Totally reasonably priced. The KOA is across the street from a gas station so its convenient before the adventure

This was my first KOA stay and it was just what I needed. I’m a woman traveling alone with my dog and the campground was safe and clean. My only issue was the mud in front of the site. Otherwise it was great and I appreciated the clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Front desk staff were rude both on the phone and in person. They seemed unhappy and not friendly despite my efforts. I’ve run a franchise, so I get it’s hard work, but guests shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. Water pressure was very low for a KOA, and they shut off the water while we were washing our tank and hoses. Cookout staff were very friendly.

We didn’t stay. The roads in the campground were mud. The tent site is only about 200 yards from the freeway. So loud. And some kind of home/shack was behind as well with dogs barking constantly at 3pm. There would have been no sleeping and worried about SUV getting stuck in the mud. The locations is AWFUL. Don’t recommend for tent camping.

What a beautiful KOA. The spaces are level, easy to get in and out off. The campground is only 20 minutes away from the Petrified Forest National Park (we didn't get to go because of the government shut down) but it's that close. We had the grandkids with us and they had a blast on the playground.

Appreciate the response of the host, we were given a site to pull into, once there i discovered someone already occupied the spot. I contacted the host after they did some fact finding they apologized and provided us with an upgraded spot. It was nice to have a business response appropriately.

We love this campground. Our site was so big, we could have built a swimming pool. All jokes aside, the campground is welcoming, after a long day on the road, and is a pleasant way to end the day.

Disappointed this trip. Water main break left us w/o water in the morning. Couldn't shower, wash dishes, or clean out hoses. I was ignored when I asked for a discount. Got a text offering 25% off if I stayed another night. I don't think so!

Check in was quick and we were directed to our site close to the office. Level & graveled. Even though we were directly next to one of the main streets in the park & playground, it was not noisy. Maintenance of the WiFi system was a bit noisy but done during the afternoon. The cowboy bbq and the breakfast was yummy and reasonably priced. Great biscuits & gravy. We would return!

Bathrooms were clean. The lady at the desk was very rude and unhelpful. I asked her about other possibilities for seeing petrified wood other than the national park and she was rude and suggested the 3 small pieces on their property. The government was shut down during our visit Most koas are friendlier.

This KOA park is beautiful. The huge plus is the Chuck Wagon with a reasonably priced and delicious breakfast. The park is open with large spaces. We recommend the Holbrook/Petrified Forest for a restful and wonderfully convenient stay.

This is one of the larger KOAs I have stayed at which is nice for getting nice long walks in with the dogs. I also love that pet pens are an option. I travel with 2 large dogs and having a separate pen to put them in makes traveling so much easier for us.

We stayed in patio 61 site that is completely privacy fenced in and included a pagoda, table and chairs, picnic table, cushioned furniture around fire pit. This was great as it’s quite windy in Hollbrook. They serve food and it was delicious! Staff was great and place is managed really well. We were just passing through but there is really a lot to see in the area.

During the October rain storms we decided to spend 2 nights at Holbrook KOA. We liked the clean bathrooms and shower combinations. Also, enjoyed the morning free coffee, pancakes and cereal.

What a wonderful KOA. The staff was great and a cookie when signing it was a definite plus! The park is a little dated but everything works and the place is clean. Food prices were good too!

Loved the Holbrook KOA! We chose the KOA Patio Private Super Site. Enjoyed the huge private, covered area. In general, the park was well maintained, and they are bringing many new cool patio options. Close to the highway so you can still hear some of that noise. But we don't hear that in our fifth wheel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, clean and the campground is super friendly. My only negative is that there really is no grass only rocks to camp and walk on. It can be a little tough for some of us and our pets.

Everything was fine. I really liked that they had bathroom & showers out by the tent sites. Also, they had food you could order which we took advantage of; that was really cool. The only downside was the noise from the freeway, which is not their fault, but still exists.

This campground gives you everything you need. Good location to Petrified Forest NP, clean, hot showers and bathrooms, and a great camping kitchen that you can do your dishes in! The office staff was very accommodating to us because we needed to leave our camper, go to the NP and then come back to pick it up. We were able to secure a late check out for a small fee. The entrance is super cute and welcoming by the way! I would recommend and come back to this campground

Safe and clean. We were coming through late and needed a place to stay, and didn't have a reservation. They had an easy late, self check in. Found our spot and it was easy to hook up. Quiet campground. We saw a few families having dinner or going to the showers and that was it. Will definitely stay here again.
