There is no gravel to park on at the tent sites signs saying no to park on the grass. I made a trip to ask where to park. Lawn guy told me I parked too far in. Bathrooms in basement. I have COPD stairs and inclines are very hard. I would not have chosen this place had I known.

My wife and I stayed one night. The camp ground is very well kept and the staff are super friendly. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking to explore the area.

Host was very friendly, and took care of us well. Facilities were clean and well maintained, great for our group to camp, have a camp kitchen and fire pit area, as well as open areas for the kids to play games.

We enjoyed our stay at Hinton/Jasper KOA as a respite from many days of travel. The campground is really well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean restrooms. We were in the tenting area. No electric/water. Dog constantly barking in the pavilion was ignored. It’s a very windy location, so be aware of canopies, large profile tents. Conveniently located to Hinton stores/restaurants and Jasper NP.

Peter was very helpful. As a cyclist, I needed to stash my food for the night and he found solutions. Clean bathrooms, sites, and cooking shelter (someday with food storage lockers?). The absence of shade was a problem for tenting, but grass/sod made pegging the fly possible and welcome, compared to the average gravel campsite. Many friendly people.

The stay was wonderful. I should have done more reading up, but I missed that there were no fire pits at the sites, so roasting the hotdogs and marshmallows we brought wasn't possible without charcoal. Perhaps making that more obvious would be helpful, but overall it was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed.

Lovely campground and well kept. Owner and staff were friendly. However, you're promotion of campfires fell short as they weren't permitted at this KOA. There were no restrictions in neighboring federally run campgrounds.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and the tent site was great. The site was fairly flat, all grass and made it easy to set up the tent. Highly recommend this KOA as a place to stay.

We liked the excellent location of the camp - just a few minutes from the entrance to the Jasper National Park. In addition, the location provides a good 360-degree view of the mountains in the area.

Fyi parking for car for tent camping is shared with the next site. They should really label this on the campsite. It is confusing everyone Facility somewhat close to Jasper national Park. There's Walmart and fast foods down the street. The shower facility here is old.

The lady at the desk didn't even speak to me herself about having an extra tent. Instead she yelled at my daughter while she was walking to the washroom. Plus, I was hoping that tenting it on the ground, I was expecting a site with a fire pit. We were put in a spot without one, and there were dozens of spots open with fire pits. Then I was over charged for the extra tent the day before.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

Nice camp grounds but a bit far from Jasper Park for daily commute. Clean washrooms and showers. Nice field for dog to play in with views to the Rockies.

Was a very nice park. All facilities were very clean. Just need to be aware you are an hour away from the city of Jasper..
