Peter the campground keeper is phenomenal. He is what gives this park a 5 � the cabins are quaint and the park has communal kitchens, and firepit. More like field camping then woods. The showers and bathroom are clean.

The host was a superman. Not that he was strong, just amazingly helpful and quick to respond. Our site had a bad 30AMP breaker. I called him and he showed up minutes later with an adapter from the 50 t0 30 AMP. There are next to no trees in the park; however, they had numerous planters with blooming flowers. It clean, thelaundromat was clean, and the equipment was comfortable and reasonably new.

We liked the campground was very clean washrooms were quite clean only wished they would open handicap shower for 2 hours a day not much privacy between sites. Best part is Hilton is just down the road for all your needs.

Always a pleasant stay at Hinton, KOA. Very clean and tidy campground. Staffs are very helpful and very responsive and very organized. I would like to say special thanks to Mr. Peter who was the staff on duty during our stay. He is very helpful and always make sure that the customers are taken care of at his campground. Great guy. Thanks KOA. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Jasper

I think the tent camping sites could be made more private. Bushes planted around the sites, more trees around, and such.

Excellent campgrounds. Staff were fantastic. I started in a tent. But due to heavy winds and storm . My tent collapsed. Staff were able to upgrade me to a cabin. Which was very cozy.. I definitely would like to come back here in the future. View is incredible

Our first time staying at any KOA. We had a great time at a good price. Felt like some maintenance needed to be done (broken bench swing, starter in bbq didn't work, some broken slats in the blinds) but we would definitely stay again.

The location is very convenient. We stayed in a cabin for four nights. I almost packed up and went home after the first night because the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. Since we were unlikely to get a refund we remained but it wasn't a very relaxing time due to lack of sleep. I noticed there was unsafe wiring in a fixture in the ladies washroom.

We loved our stay at the Hinton KOA. It is conveniently located less than an hour from Jasper. Easy acces and quick ride to the most beautiful Rockies. The park was meticulously cared for and everything you need is 5 minutes away. The owner was extremely welcoming, kind and took the time to chat with us. We will stay here again!

An affordable option for a stay. Cabin was not level. It was very warm inside and the front window was difficult to keep open. A mother one or two receptacles would be nice considering all the devices these days requiring charging.

Nice place, quiet, we travled from Prince Rupert to Jasper over 3 weeks. KOA Jasper was far more expensive than other places, sites small and no privacy but for one night we would be back. All was clean Desk staff was helpfull and friendly. Convenient to go to hot springs.

Its clean and quiet. We stayed in a basic cabin, it has a double bed and a bank bed with fridge, heating system is also installed.There’s communal kitchen equiped with cooker (you dont need to bring cooker with you), and sink. Bathroom and shower is clean. Highly recommended.

I don’t really consider this a KOA Holiday, it’s more of a journey. The roads to the sites could use some improving lots of pot holes.

Stayed in a pet friendly cabin and it was mostly great. The cabin could use a good cleaning tho. Empty water bottle behind fridge, mattress had stuff stuck to it, definitely could have used a dusting in there and maybe a wipe down of the mattresses. Cabin served it’s purpose during this rain filled week

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
