Very clean and new cabin, even the weather was terrible with heavy rainfall, there was no water leaking insidecthe cabin. If there is a small heater like other KOA , it will be perfect . The only thing to improve is the water drainage in the bathtub : It takes > 20 mins to drain about 1 inch of shower water.

Friendly owners Safe & very well maintained campgrounds Loved the outdoor cooking kitchen Only one suggestion, when arriving from Edmonton after dark it was a little difficult to locate the entrance, we drove by it But all in all the is a beautifully clean & safe campground

I have been going to this KOA since it first opened! Cabin was clean and the operators stayed open until 9:00 pm as I arrived late from my drive from Edmonton. The heat was turned off, but after a quick email, I was able to get it to work.

Very nice, the cabin had a funny smell, nothing that a plug in air freshener didn’t fix. Would have been nice to have a bigger fire pit

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which included a full bathroom and a room with a queen bed and a separate area with 2 bunk beds. Cabin was very nice although the cushions/mattresses used in the bunk beds were very uncomfortable as were the futon/couch used when watching one of the two televisions. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent facilities and the stunning natural beauty that surrounded the campground. It was such a relief to have warm water in the showers and well-maintained washrooms. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at KOA America in Hinton for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

We loved deluxe lodge. It was cozy and nice. Close to the gate of jasper. Easy to check in and out. Very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 5 nights, pretty clean cabins and bathrooms. Campfire area on rainy days maybe start the fire earlier. Beds could use an upgrade but overall great place to stay cooking hut very clean and helpful. Staff friendly would stay here again!

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.
