When we checked in, staff was so friendly. We were in site #83 and it was quite, very pleasant.

We were on our way to our assigned site and then were directed to a different site. The gentleman said something about our “length”. We would have easily fit into the original site. Our Site had a leaning power pole. Campground needs an update, new look. Trim brush. Don’t assign campers alongside long term, unkept sites. Bathrooms are outdated. Poor, worn, cheap decor. Will cancel KOA member

Peter was awesome. We had an issue as he was walking to his car and after he locked the office, but he cheerfully opened back up and came to our site to resolve the issue. What a kind man and a great employee! Give him a raise!!

Beautiful setting. Less amenities than a typical KOA Holiday. Sites are a bit tight and water pressure does get low. Will stay there again while traveling through bit not for a longer period

The staff were very friendly and accommodated our concerns. Was a nice quiet campground close to Hinton and amenities. Only 45 minutes from Jasper as well.

Bon accueil! Les sites ne sont pas très grands! Pas beaucoup d’arbres! Tout est fonctionnel! Un peu loin de Jasper mais presque de Hinton ce qui est plus pratique parce que la ville est plus grande avec plus de service. Jasper a perdu de son attrait depuis l’incendie de 2024 .

A wonderful place to stay. We had mountain views out each window. The dogs loved the large running area, so so much. Loved all the animals all around us, such an unique experience. Miss it already!

Location was ideal for cruising the Jasper/Banff scenic highway. Campground and bathrooms were spotless while being run by very friendly, helpful people!

Nice campground. Plenty to do there. Nice dog park. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it �. I wish they had a propane fill station. You can swap tanks but we don't have the small gas grill size tanks. All in all, nice place.

Very nice park, clean, well kept. Friendly staff. Lots of grass. Nice dog park. Just a short distance to Hinton with good grocery and dining options. Good laundry and showers. Would definitely stay here again.

With our host EM & Peter it is always no problem wiil help you with your request. Nice & quiet site. We stayed 2 nights but could not see the sunset but this is not contolled by KOA �

Netter Platz mit tollem Umfeld. Leider etwas getrübt durch eine Reisegruppe aus den USA die sich nicht an die Ruhezeiten in der Nacht halten konnten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch die Sanitäranlagen sind ok.

This was our second time staying at the Hinton/Jasper KOA. The campground is well maintained and being off the highway a bit it is quite quiet. It has everything that we need or expect at a KOA.

I didnt like where we stayed, it was quite a ways from the bathroom and facilities. Thank you to Peter, he let us move and told me to call in, instead of booking on line. He was very nice!! Snd helpful. We did not like tthe mens and ladies washroom setup. It didnt feel safe.

Quiet park, nice view of the mountains. Close enough to Hinton to run in and grab something if you forgot it. This was our second stay, and we'll definitely be back.

Park is well maintained and you can tell there is love put into it to help people enjoy the beautiful nature of Alberta. Staff was friendly, sites are clean, bear proof trash bins and recycling throughout the rows of campsites, bathrooms/showers clean, locked gate overnight, beautiful views ~1hr from Jasper but best full hookup option. Convenient to Hinton restaurants, grocery, fuel options.

This is a very clean and well managed rv park. The hosts are overwhelmingly helpful and professional. It was a joy to stay here.

Well-maintained campground, rest room/shower and laundry facilities were clean, I liked the fact that they had several place close by to dump trash, I didn't have to hunt down the one big dumpster which is usually the case.

We stayed for one night only but the campground was amazing and we had a great time staying at KOA. Kids play area definately helps. Campground was very clean. The washrooms and shower area were well maintained.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
