This was our second time in the park. When I went to check in, I was greeted warmly and had a pleasant conversation with the staff member. Everything in our site worked. Everything we saw in the park was in good repair. Thanks

The park is very well kept and has a very good layout especially for big rigs. Although we did not use it I liked the table chairs and BBQ areas set out for the guests.The manager was very friendly.

Everything was in perfect condition, clean and extremeley well maintained. This KOA can be resommended 100% to anyone.

Quiet campground. Sites are a fair distance from the road. Nice place for a nights stay. Close to town, which has a Safeway and Walmart.

Great location, quiet just off the highway, close to Hinton for shopping, some great eating in town and just down the road, and of course close to Jasper. Great staff. Clean facilities. Just a great spot to stop and spend a few days.

We only stayed for 1 night. The manager was very helpful and very friendly. He gave us a different camping site than the one we booked on-line.

We were waiting on a package that ended up taking much longer to get to us than we were told. Peter was wonderful right from the first checking and every day we had to extend. He even delivered our box right to our door. We could not be more grateful to him. A wonderful man. The park is very clean and very well kept. He and the others work very hard to keep it that way.

I didn't stay. 3 Issues: no water (lines broke-not their fault), gate locks from 11:30 pm - 0600am (I'm on call for hospital); long term site too small for 33 ft 5th wheel. Unfortunately, I paid when I arrived. When I saw the site (and other issues), I decided not to stay. THEY COULDN'T ISSUE ME A REFUND OF $1675.80!!! I called corporate and am hoping for a refund.

Very relaxing and restful stay. Only negative was that we were unable to connect to water supply as there was no supply.

We were travelling from Ainsworth BC so we had no cell service all day. When I tried to reserve online at 6:30 I couldn’t because you can’t reserve online after 6:00. That is not in the least bit convenient and should be changed!

We were put on a nice and level site facing the mountains, what more can you ask. The sign in was friendly and pleasant. Grounds looked well maintained. We would recommend this KOA and would stay here again.

We only stayed one night, but we would love to come back another time and stay longer. Very lovely park, lots of grass and appears to be very well kept. It's also just far enough off the highway to very quiet.

Loved the campground, very clean, great showers. Only downside was a neighbors barking dog every night. Even with our furnace blower, ear plugs and a cpap machine running it was enough to keep us up. Koa people said there’s not a lot they can do since it’s off the property. I put in a complaint with the town bylaws contact but doubtful anything will happen. Just beware. Other than that, great

This KOA was our first time staying there, one word "Breathtaking ". Everything about this KOA was amazing from start to finish, the welcome, cleanliness of the entire campground and facilities. My senior dog especially liked the enclosed dog park. Easy access to all needs from groceries to parks. Loved our stay.

We absolutely loved this KOA. I spent some time talking with the owner about various subjects; he was very personable and caring. He helped me after hours with booking another nights's stay. The only thing that we feel might be helpful was the shower area had flying bugs that were attracted to the lights; maybe screen doors going into the building would cut down on them in the building. .

Had a nice stay. Sites are a bit close together but wasn’t terrible. We had a vacant space next to us until day 2. Nice dog friendly property which we really appreciate. Showers are not private enough. Women’s and men’s showers should be separate physically.

Perfect!!! I cant say enough. Soooooo affordable. So close to the entrance of Jasper you can look at mountains from your own site. We rented a cabin. No water no kitchen no linen. - so plan to use the communal kitchen and public washroom but both are clean and well stocked. Showers are great

We came in to Jasper quite late last evening and found there were no available spots in town. We called ahead to the Hinton KOA and they had one spot left. Peter in the office was very kind and accommodating and stayed open late to help us get checked in. The grounds are clean and well kept and it is very quiet. The price for a full service site was reasonable.
